Nori, the City Clerk is excellent. She should be elected as the Mayor! Seriously. Unfortunately the bullying Mayor gets to appoint someone to the empty spot. He apparently graduated from Valley Heights before the Social Emotional Character Development of learning to play nicely with all team members. No efficient impartial way exists for citizen engagement in the decision-making processThe male mayors have been keeping the rest of the Council & the school & the organizations & businesses from playing the hybrid “ Everyone Counts Game” for years.in the decision making process.
