We stopped her for the night. The front desk clerk was so nice and friendly. He made our night by being so accommodating. I wish I had gotten his name, he should be comandated. The room was very clean, clean white bedding and a very comfortable bed. We were traveling with our dogs and behind the hotel there is a beautiful field which our dogs loved. I highly recommend this place.

We were headed from Colby up to Hays and my car started having transmission issues. So I got a room for the night and the owner was great about helping us with the second night and let me know if there was anything we needed to let them know. Breakfast was good and the service and the room were great. They definitely went above and beyond and we are so thankful and appreciative!!!Rooms: Rooms are super clean and quiet. The heater worked so good as well as the air conditioning.Safety: I felt more safe at this hotel than most hotels we stay at.

Location is convieniently off the highway. Likke most super 8s its a little worn on the outside and the rooms are dated but everything is clean with no bugs or stains on the linen or beding to be found. The thing that stands out for me was Kevin who worked the front desk when we got in at 10 p.m. Most front desk clercks can be a bit cold this guy is like your favorite Uncle. Warm, freindly, understanding and helpfull. You dont find to many people like this anymore and this pushes a 4 star stay to 5 in my book. Thank you Super 8 and thanks Kevin

There was supposed to be breakfast at 6am. I got up at 5am. There was no one around. All doors unlocked. 6am came no one showed up. I cleaned the lobby coffee urn. I then made coffee. I then had to drive 20 minutes to pay for breakfast. Would not recommend nor stay again. Wyndham would be ashamed. The safty aspect alone was unsettling.Safety: None existent

I’m giving 4 stars for this Super 8. I almost gave 5. Keep in mind that it IS a super 8, but it was a nice one. The owners seem to care about this place and the effort shows. The room was nicely decorated with cool lamps Matching The Other colors. The painted walls were yellow, which matched the other colors in the room. There was a refrigerator and microwave and a coffee maker! Thank you for that. The last super eight I stayed and didn’t have any of those things or even a disposable cup of any kind! I took off one point because the check in wasn’t as friendly as it could’ve been and the landscaping was pretty much nonexistent and I didn’t feel 100% safe letting my dogs Roam around in that, but I’m not overly protective so they did. The guy that was working at the front desk in the morning was super nice. And the breakfast was very surprisingly nice. There were scrambled eggs and sausage, milk, and orange juice. I just needed a place to stay between Kansas City and Denver. But this was a pleasant surprise and much more than just a bed. This was very affordable too, and I will definitely be back to this hotel the next time I make that same trip.

Nice place, good budget hotel, clean, nice friendly customer service. My first night's room was quite a bit better but even still, the 2nd night's room on the 3rd floor was still okay, just not quite as nice.Safety: Seems very safe, good location, lots of parking.

Not sure why this place has 4.1 stars. This was gross. The bathroom made me want to throw up. Nasty stained tub, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Small hairs all over the place. The pillow had weird stains, and although it says “non-smoking” the whole place smelled like cigarettes. Yuck it’s gonna be a 1 star for me. We stayed at a 4.1 star Super 8 in Fruita CO and that was definitely worth 5 stars. That place was clean, and linens were super fresh, bathrooms spotless. I’m so disappointed in how nasty this one was.

Bathroom light didn't work. The check in process was super easy but then again it's always a smooth process and good customer service when they know they are about to get paid. Beyond that the hotel sucked. I know it's a Super 8 and it's not a fancy hotel. But I don't want a fancy hotel. I wanted a basic hotel that was clean and didn't even get that far.

Room was clean and all but I was in a two bed when I made reservations for a one bed and I could hear a tv or something producing music pretty much the entire time I was there making hard to sleep. Service in the morning was more friendly than when I showed up as when I showed up, I didn't quite know who was supposed to check me in until one of the few people walked behind the counter. and for the location, it was right next to the highway, but if you needed anything to eat or go out, you had to drive into town after already driving the full day and nothings open after 9

We stayed the first night out of convenience along our route. The room was clean and comfortable. We came back for the second night because we knew that this location was a great value, has a huge parking lot and is clean/comfortable. The parking lot is large enough to turn around if you are towing a trailer. The rooms on the ground floor are comfortable, clean and quiet. Side note, there is not an elevator so if you don’t like stairs, be sure to request a room on the 1st floor. They had toaster waffles at breakfast which was a great change up (and my husband’s favorite). We have added this location to our list of “stay her again” locations for future trips across I-70

Woman at the check-in desk was friendly. Pet friendly ($12/night/dog). Sheets & comforter were stained. Luckily we had sleeping bags in the car. There's a field next door but it's full of thorns, trash, and dog poop.Rooms: Mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Small tv.Safety: Parking lot was fully lit at night, but key entry at the back entrance was broken.Food & drinks: Only fast food chains. Local Mexican restaurant just closed.

We recently stayed one night in this hotel. Our (my husband and I) room was clean, comfortable and met our expectations. Breakfast was hot, good and quick. The juice machine was out of order but the hotel provided pitchers of orange juice and apple juice in the breakfast-room refrigerator. We dealt with Kevin for the check-in and he was friendly, knowledgeable and was quick to successfully answer all our questions about local eateries and sights. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Motel is older but clean. The room was a queen double and it was clean including the bathroom and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good with variety and the staff including the owner were helpful and interested in meeting your needs. Great value for the money spent.

It was a place to sleep. The room was ok. The bath tub needed cleaned better. The ice box in need of defrosting! The pillows are square and soft not comfortable for me. The young lady at the desk was very nice and helpful when I checked in and when I had issues. The breakfast is good it is hot! Biscuits and gravy!

Front desk was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, yes everything is old but this isn't the Hilton. Plenty of space for dogs nearby plus a dog park.

this was my worst experience ever. a man walked up to two children and began questioning them on what room they where in, who they where with, etc. that man was working the desk, he left the desk to stalk two children one who couldn't have been older than five. the only reason this gets 2 stars is because the man working the desk was incredibly kind, he offered to take bags up and down the stairs because the hotel didn't have a lift to the second floor. the rooms where nothing special but wherent horrible. I brought a pet along and my cat snuck behind the dresser causing me to worry about him going missing, be sure to check behind/ under the dressers if you bring a pet. I am so creeped out by that man from the night shift I will never be staying here again.Rooms: the rooms wherent special but they where nice, they could be cleaned better but it is a two star hotel so pretty good considering that fact.Nearby activities: not much near by. we only stopped here because it was on the waySafety: incredibly unsafe. if you have children don't stay here. a worker followed two young kids around asking who they where with and which room they where in. he only backed off after the older one said they where with their dad. discusting that he even got a job here. terrifying that he got a night shift one.Noteworthy details: there's alot of places for pets to get stuck, make sure you check the dresser, they can get under it from behind.

Meh. Staff was cordial. Easy location to get to. Room was dirty and dusty. There was a bug we thought was a roach that we killed and took to the front desk. It was dismissed as a water bug, and WE felt like they were dismissive. Roach or not, it was a large bug crawling in the room. BTW, I know what both look like and don't appreciate the dismissive tone.

Old, dirty run down motel. Bugs in the room. Paid for a king suite and they gave us a regular room with 2 queens. The 70s called, they want their carpets back. The signs are missing outside, with trash and rodent box at the door. Bathtub looked filthy dirty. Sheets were threadbare. They have a huge nerve charging $160 including taxes. Can’t comment on the breakfast because I would not even consider eating in such a nasty place. The positive reviews have to be fake.
