Excellent customer service and fair pricing!On our Spring Break trip from CO to MO to visit family, my tire completely crushed as my children and I were trying to leave the Wakeeney Best Western.Steve, the owner of Wakeeney Tire & Service, came to the hotel, removed my tire, took it to his shop and replaced it, and returned and reinstalled it at the hotel. Very impressed!Then, when I decided to replace the second front tire due to wear, he waited for me to load the kids and luggage so I could follow him to his shop. Then he replaced and aligned the tires right away.I was very pleased with the courtesy, speed of service and the fair pricing. All online pricing for those same tires were $40-$100 more each.Highly recommend this company!

Steve was amazing coming out within 20 minutes of our accident, got our car dropped to a work shop and made sure myself and my friend were safe. But then he went above and beyond and showed back up at the car shop to check on us this morning and make sure we’re getting what we needed to make it home safe. For such a traumatic incident we couldn’t of asked for someone more kind. ❤️

We ran out of gas 4 miles from where we were needing to get gas. Called and the gentleman who answered was sweet and said he'd be right out. He was there with gas in NO time and followed us into the truck stop. Extremely nice guy.

Eddie is a wonderful person! He let my stranded and hungry group of friends come along for the ride to Hays, saving us almost $100. He also helped us get to a good place to eat until help arrived to take us home. This guy has a good soul.

Went above and beyond to ensure that I got the help I needed for my truck. Stayed with me and even called several places he could think of to try and assist me. Unfortunately being a Sunday we were unsuccessful, but i am truly grateful he didn't just drop me off at our original destination

Lied on receipt. Put they towed me 44 miles im assuming for their records if they get audited. I was stuck in mud and the guy lifted me out. Gave me a higher quote than a company who was more than an hour away and he was right up the street. Took him about 5 minutes tried to charge 700 and lied on receipt stating he did more work than he actually didm dishonorable con artist. Theit treachery will ruin them. If you can avoid them. They lied on the receipt I will see if I can take it up legally. Checking the state laws regarding the matter.

Great and friendly service. Broke down in my big rig and set all nite wated for other service to come and help was given there number by locals and Steve the owner came out in less than 20 min, within a 2 hour window I was back on the road. Good group of people.
