I would say this is one of the better DQs I have been to with full food service options. It was that nostalgic taste of a icecream/burger shop that so many places dont have anymore. The young girl there with the pink nails was very sweet and good service from her. We could hear the cooks chattering wich was funny for the most part exept a couple comments that were a bit racist but it was slow so hopefuly thats not the case with youngins. I sat down to eat and the floors wernt swept or moped and only one clean table and with it being slow figured that would be a main task to do but overall good food id just say take if to go.

I have been to my fair share of DQ's in my time. But I can assure you, if you want the beat DQ food, this is "the one"! My cheeseburger was picture perfect! The onion was the perfect size and placed exactly in the center of the burger. Perfect amount of condiments that touched every bite of my sandwich. Cooked perfectly!The chicken strips were also cooked to perfection. Not dried out and tough.I NEVER leave reviews. So that should tell you something in itself.We drove up, it was not fancy, it's a very small town. But let me tell you, they take pride in their work. DQ and the community should be proud!

I ordered the 7 dollar meal and wanted cheese curds instead of the fries and the older lady taking the order said " i do not allow cheese curds with the special." I thought the way she stated tha was rude. We were not given an order number and it was not on the receipt so when our food was done we didn't have any idea it was ours to take. I do not recommend this place to eat. It is more family owned and not ran like a true dairy queen.

The food was great but the evening entertainment from the kitchen was a bit shady. Probably not a good idea to have 4 teenage boys working together. The F!-bomb was a frequent used word and pretty sure the music was not Dairy Queen chosen. We also paid $3.19 for a $1.00 sunday. Being almost the only choice in town on Monday night!, this place could be great. We are from out of town so won't be back.

Seemed clean and service was friendly. My order came out quickly and was yummy! I love when I order a Large anything, and it actually is Large! Prices seemed less than I usually pay back in Nebraska. Love the memorabilia also....Marilyn, Elvis, James Dean. Nice place to stop for a quick refreshment.

The fries and toast came out cold and rubbery. The chocolate shake had very little chocolate. The service fell short of other Dairy Queen's. The employees intentionally did not go the the drive through, and said "it's ok they can wait" about the people in line to take out. On top of that the teller expected my family to know how many pieces of chicken came in the meal even though the menu did not say. Over all I felt like an inconvenience trying to order food at a restaurant.

We waited at the order speaker for 10 minutes, no one asked to take our order. There was only one car in front of us and they were at the pick up window. We drove to the pickup window assuming the speaker was broken and waited there for another 5 minutes. The employee did take our order finally and our money. 10 minutes later the employee told us there was no chicken, which is what we ordered. I had to ask for my money back. No fast food restaurant should be out of what they sell for a living. There is no excuse for that and there was none given by the employee. Went to McDonald's and got exactly what I ordered in a prompt efficient manner. If I could give negative stars I would.

5-6 teenagers in the back...one sitting on the counter (I imagine food gets prepared there) no one greeted me or at the order counter. Those kids looked then ignored me. It must have been close to a minute until some girl showed up to take my order. The extra star is for the yummy banana split, otherwise it'd be one star.

Very bad experience here. While driving through on the Sunday after Thanksgiving we stopped here and ordered a chicken strips basket and a hamburger meal. After a very long wait we got the hamburger, but no chicken. I asked why and they said it wasn't on the order. I had spoken to the girl face to face with my order. I wasn't going to wait another who knows how long to get chicken. After that it was a very long drive to Dodge City to find another place to eat.

I stop here once a week while on my route. It's always good food, they actually cook your burger. Unlike some of the microwave food that you get at other chains. Service has always been good . Once in a while, you have to wait a few minutes, but worth the wait . Ray

We stopped at this location on a random Thursday night around 7:30ish pm. When we placed our order we were told that the grill was already closed for the night..1 and 1/2 hours before the restaurant closed. Not to mention this is one of 2 burger places in the town, with the v second being McDonald’s. Not a good . Why not close the restaurant if you aren’t serving food?? Why even be open or have posted hours at all.

It was a very busy evening and the few workers did an excellent job of handling the pressure. They worked together and got everyone's food and ice cream to them in a timely manner. Also they were cheerful and gracious during this trying time. Thank you.

We stopped at this out of the way Dairy Queen on our way to Kentucky and were very surprised at how awesome it was! You can tell it's older but it ha a cool style and very attentive staff. Our food was fresh and tasted great. Stop here for an excellent burger and ice cream!

We make bi-weekly trips through this town and have attempted to use the drive-thru on our last two visits.. Both times it was no where near the typical meal time and we sat in the driveway for half an hour waiting for someone simply to take our order. It never happened. With all the negative reviews I'm surprised that this franchise hasn't lost its license.We spent 20 minutes at the drive up waiting for someone to take our order and then another 20 to get our food. Don't waste your time. Mcdonalds is just down the road.

Waited 10 mins in the drive through. Went in was told "yea it's gonna be awhile" extremely rude. No one cared about the job. No one offered any sort of refund or apology. Won't be stopping there again as we travel back and forth.

Editing this review once more. This Dairy Queen is decent. But often the orders get messed up, and the reciepts do not tell you what you actually purchased and thus cannot really be used to get your order corrected. You have no way of verifying what exactly you paid for. They are also really short staffed. While that may make you a bit sympathetic towards them, don't be. Everyone I know of who applied got turned down. If you people are truly so desparate for help, why don't you put in the effort to hire anyone?And sometimes they will charge you for something they are out of, tell you they ran out, and then not offer any sort of refund. They just skip putting that particular ingredient on the food. 2/5 stars from me.

This should be shut down! Ice cream was a puddle/ shakes couldn’t be turned upside down or you wouldn’t have ice cream left. 6 people working not one of them knew what they were doing- the order was completely wrong everything was burnt. My husband got a shake with peanut butter cups and we then brought it and told them that it had none and the guy said sorry you took a bite nothing I can do. Uh how would we know? The place was gross and they have no clue what they are doing! Avoid at all costs

Usually good food/service. Have had times also that we have waited forever for ice cream, like 26 minutes for 2 banana splits. Also, the staff could be a little more friendly at times.

This was the dirtiest Dairy Queen I have ever been in. Not only that but the employees fought over who took orders in front of customers. The food was not good. Tasted like the grease in the fryer hasn't been changed in 40 years.

Disclaimer: For anybody that said this was a bad place must have been in a bad mood.-------------------------------------------------------------------------Literally the best Dairy Queen experience. I admit that it wasn't the fastest but they made it FRESH and with care. Seriously, the burgers were cooked perfect and could have been on a DQ commercial!The staff and other patrons were extremely nice and caring...exactly what was needed before getting back on the road!Completed the experience with a Blizzard. Loved how they served them traditionally by turning upside down!

Worst Dairy Queen I have been too. I am heading back home from Colorado and stopped here to grab a bite to eat. Was there a good 30 minutes waiting on food. Not a sorry for your wait or nothing.
