Ordered at the time of arrival at a stall, 6 other vehicles arrived after our arrival & placed orders as well. All 6 vehicles received their orders prior to ours. When we received our order, not only was it cold, but 1 sandwich was also incorrect. The server seemed ashamed when delivering, and that was my clue they knew they messed up. Horrible service for those that should be experts in fast food done well.

The food was good and the person that delivered our food to the vehicle was nice but the wait for the food was way longer than expected. They weren’t all that busy and we waited probably the longest I’ve ever waited at a Sonic before for food. Not sure if they were short staffed or what but it seems like it’s always something with this location. The last time I was there the breakfast burrito I ordered and some of the other food we ordered was not great, but this time the food was good and the wait was not great.

Man what happened to this place? Speakers are bad, screens are broken, getting your order takes a seriously long time and it seems that people no longer want to work here as you are told to go to the drive thru. An American company that's definitely failing.This place needs a MAJOR overhaul, top to bottom.They get an extra star because their blasts, slushes, and ocean water are still good.

The kid who was our car hop told us he wa called in and was working off the clock. That is completely illegal. I'm a gm, I should know. I took all the cash I had and gave it to him.Then we noticed we didn't have straws so we drove around to ask for straws and the girl working was extremely hateful. I just needed 2 straws for our drinks. No need to jump down my throat.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. They always take 20-30min for me to get my food after i have already place my order. Granted I've only been their 2 times both times have been HORRIBLE. Food is just blegh.. morning workers are rude but not rude if you get what I mean. Just go to McDonald's at least you know what to expect.

We ordered our food, the screen was not correct and tried to tell the woman it was not. She said the total and completely ignored us. When our food arrived, the young lady was not pleasant at all. Even though she was rude to us, we still have a tip. Before we left, we looked through the bag of food to make sure everything was there. Minus the item we got cut off from ordering, everything was there. The burger was cold, tater tots had way too much salt on them and the fries tasted like they had sat around from earlier in the day and not even close to being hot. The burger was supposed to be pickles and mustard only and got the exact opposite... Mayo, ketchup, lettuce, tomatoes. And the supersonic burrito was so runny that it made the tortilla soggy. The churro shake that was ordered was so full that the lid barely fit on it and caused some of the shake to spill all over the place. Regardless of the mistakes, the burrito and burger was eaten, after everything was basically scrapped off of it. This is one of several times this has happened. We will probably not be returning.

More than half of the stalls are closed some of the ones that are open you hit the red button amd can wait 20 min and never get a response so i would assume they are not working either. drive thru closed. Takes forever. Car hops have to go inside to get your change wait is even longer. Use to be a great place for a quick stop hoping things come together soon

They need to get better people who work there and run the business. Every time I call to place my orders no one answers the dam phone. It's like when the boss or owner is not around the just play around and not answer the phone. I think that they need to have someone who will always answer the phone and take orders. They are going down hill with that business and I don't want to see that happen. Or they need to do some house cleaning and get rid of the ones that don't want to work and just play. And put people who do want to work and take pride in what they do. And they need to get better on giving you the drinks when you order a coke sometime it's a diet instead. And sometimes their hamburgers are over cooked. They really need help badly

Stopped through on a road trip for a quick lunch.Loved that they had a grassy space to run around for a little bit and stretch our legs.Between the 5 of us, we ordered burgers, fried chicken, and grilled chicken - plus fries and tots.Burgers and fried chicken were really good. Chicken strips not great. Fries were really salty.Grilled chicken though - so awful. The chicken was rubbery and the sandwich had no flavor. No one in our group would finish it.Sonic is worth it. Just stay far away from the grilled chicken!

Sonic is great fast food drive in. Stay in your vehicle and order from the stall, they bring out your order in no time at all. That was cheesy. Trust me their food is so much better than my rhyme. They will customize your order in just about any way you want. They are constantly having specials so you can try new menu items. New flavors for drinks, shakes. They have new combinations for burgers. It's a great place to hang out with friends or just be alone in a crowd.Busiest times that might slow your order being delivered are during strong storms that hail is predicted- Sonic has a covered area for the vehicles so people flock here to avoid hail damage. Other times are when after game school buses stop in. Our carhops are some of the fastest in the area but still they have limits. If you happen to hit one of these times please be patient they are not slacking only working as fast as they possibly can. It takes time to make great food and get it delivered.

We had two choices Sonic or McDonald's. I could count on one hand the times I have visited a Sonic only because they're few where I'm from. My double cheeseburger 🍔 was dry and the wife's chicken sandwich was as she said better than some and worse than others. Could be late on a Sunday night you get what's left in the bin. Cheese sticks and onion rings were better.

Sat at the window today for literally 12 minutes and received burnt tater tots. I mean sure life is bigger than tater tots- but I felt compelled to take the time to leave this review. In a town as small as Ulysses, there are not many options. So it would be great if the few we had, were worth a damn.

Sadly the food just doesn't taste great here. The food is so overcooked that it's almost burnt. My tater tots were so hard I instantly just threw them out. Such a waste of a ton of money, this food is not cheap to have to toss it because it's inedible

We have given this Sonic a few chances since the new ownership. Every time we have been disappointed. Today, my Chicken Slinger was not good. The sandwich came with 2 tops to the bun, instead of a top and bottom. One of the bun tops was burned and both tops were chewy and rubbery. Not sure I will try anything there again. If Sonic doesn't shape up quickly, they will lose this town's support.

Poor service. Ordered 2 blasts the same and they were wrong. They got orders mixed up. Weren't even busy. Blasts not mixed well. Most of the candy on top and very little through out. This took 15 minutes.

Previous visit was very good. Fast, hot, friendly service. Most current visit was ordered from Sonic app. 1 Lg diet greentea. Took 15 minutes to get order delivered. However, car hop was very courteous.

It would be nice if when your order their "crispy tender chicken strip dinner" it actually contained chicken strips. Ordered it tonight and got 5 very small strips of breading with a very small amount of chicken inside of them. Very disappointed! I don't know what has happened to the Sonic here but they need to change something. Will NOT be ordering the chicken dinner again!

Half price shakes after 8. And they have jalapeños for the sandwiches. Not always the fastest but nice. The owner works hard to please the customers and make sure they have a good experience.

Go for the drinks but skip the meal. Drinks and desserts are on point but the order accuracy is pitiful. I've eaten here since I was a child. Moved away and back again, in the past 2 years I have only eaten at this sonic about a half a dozen times. I've had my orders made wrong, missing items when the food arrives, and even had undercooked chicken wings. My most recent order wr were served chicken dinners and had to throw away the soggy tater tots, my daughter who's picky, ordered 2 plain cheeseburgers, screen was correct, and so was the order ticket, when we arrived home both cheeseburgers came with everything.

Used to be a great place to eat. Now they are as bad as McDonalds. In the last 5 times that I have been there, none of my orders were right. Even when they are not busy at all. And they always ask you if your order is right on the order screen and it is and they still mess up your order. Hate that they are not open in the morning anymore also.

Quick service with good quality even for a family of five eating. Extremely rare that they get your order wrong unlike other establishments locally. Best bang for your buck in fast-food.
