It's a nice clean store. And prices are great. Lots of good sales. But customer service is boring. Cashier doesn't talk much. Guess you can't have it all. LOL!!!

You can smell this disgusting Market from a mile away. I recommend wearing a face mask to avoid the retched smell when approaching or entering this establishment. If you are looking for Anthrax or Mycosis I'm sure you can walk into this lovely infestation and acquire some from the moldy carpet and dusty shelves .Who puts carpet in a grocery store? The food is worse than week old left overs, on some occasions you can even find one month+ expired food stuff. Do they buy left over food from a larger chain hike up the prices and try to re-sell ?Just because it is a small town does not mean you should accept poor quality out dated food. The produce in this store is disgusting. I can not believe people just kick back and accept the sub-par offerings or spend hard earned money in this store. Hands down the filthiest garbage store. The service is also just as bad. I would get more accomplished talking to a scarecrow than trying to get through to a manager. Overall F-. Go the extra mile and drive to the city your food will be healthier and fresher. Happy grocery hunting!!

They are the only grocery store in town. They keep the store clean and will help you find what you need if they have it.Their produce is fresh and priced accordingly. The meat looks and tastes good.They have fresh barbeque that will fill your cravings. The dairy has a good selection of popular items they go above and beyond keeping it stocked.If you want to make fresh food yourself or pamper yourself and let them do the cooking it's the on stop shop to get the job done.

I am very disappointed! I ordered a cake from there,and it was really badly made,they asked me if I wanted it or not right when I got there, because they knew it was not what I ordered, it was poorly made,I asked the lady if she could make me another one, that it was okay because I had ordered it a week ahead,she said no we are busy today,do you want it or not,I decided to not take it because it didn't even look distant to,it was for a special day,I will never order again.

I stopped by Lowe’s to get some stuff I needed while I was passing through and boy was I overwhelmed. The only grocery Ulysses has smelled like rotten eggs when I walked in and almost all the time I walk in there I feel unwelcome. The carpet in the store makes the whole aesthetic of the place look old, gross, and smelly. The whole building looks like it’s gonna collapse. Not only that I was looking around the produce and everything looked spoiled. I’m not saying they should tear down the place but Ulysses needs an upgrade on their grocery store. Maybe a Walmart perhaps.

Meat Department stinks, the meat goes bad before date of expiration. there have been times when there has been packages of rotten brown meat out in the case, still for sale!!! there is one Very rude human that works in that department. One reason why I don't frequent the establishment very often. The prices are unaffordable. Many items on the Shelf have and are out of date. Milk spoils in a few days and In some cases is bought spoiled.You would think for a small town that the prices would be affordable so that Lowe's would have plenty of happy customers. That's not the case. but, I for one will go out of town when I need more then a few items.

Came in the other visiting my first cousin/ nephew who lives in town looking for some grub to munch on. Ended up scoring some chicken tenders that were only a week old! Of course it smelt a little funny when I took out to cook it but hey pickers can't be choosers. Anyways I see others commenting on the anthrax/ chloroform sales all the time but I guess they have that in the back or are always sold out because because all that's left on the shelves are cobwebs and pecan shells. Anyways this store felt very friendly and local and I can't wait to come back upstate for the next family reunion!

Seems to have improved. Prices need to be more competitive to keep all my business. I still do a lot of Sam's and Walmart due to the savings.

I went there hoping to find Wide Awake hazelnut coffee creamer. They had every other flavor of Wide Awake creamer but no hazelnut. Very disappointing

Dubious meat and produce sections. Check dates on anything you buy. Limited selection and mostly overpriced, relative to actual retail values. Usually fairly clean and short wait times in line.
