First let me say I despise this store because my former ex used to be a manager here so that should tell you.I stopped in for gardening supplies and I was greeted by an older woman who had a very nasty attitude. I asked if they had carts for bigger items but the older lady told me I did not need one.So when I finally found what I thought was an actual deal I gave Mike the item number which was clearly marked as four dollars and sixty four cents.When I drove to load up my items I looked at my receipt and decided to discuss this with Miranda the manager. fyi she took 20 mins to arrive.Her solution: "I can give you one for that price"! I realize math is challenging but clearly I bought four in good faith.Customer service was contacted and I will happily shop somewhere else!

If your female, do NOT go in this Walmart. I had a guy follow me around the store today. A security guard came by twice but did nothing. The guy propositioned me twice in the store. After I finally got him to leave me alone, I checked out. He followed me to my vehicle and propositioned me again. He would not get away from me until I tried to hit him repeatedly with my cart and pointed out the camera right next to me. I ran to my door for in and locked it, and cried for about 15 minutes. Scared the whole time that he was going to come back and break in and hurt me. This Walmart is unsafe, just like this entire city has become.

Customer service here isn't what it use to be..the only one who speaks to you is the greeter..the ones who stock the shelves complain to each other about work, cussing and act like you aren't there..lawn & garden employee doesn't speak & always has ear buds in..Customer service just needs improving..a lot..now the pharmacy staff, TOP NOTCH!! KUDOS!! They are always friendly..and my stuff is always ready..they always apologize for delays if they are with a customer..I just love the pharmacy staff! If only the rest of the employees could take some notes from them.. 😁4/29/24Not much has changed..pharmacy is still EXCELLENT! And people on the floor stocking and organizing are not friendly, they don't speak, customer service is just not a priority..but in the Electronics dept. The gentleman working Monday evening was helpful & friendly..and we even stopped at customer service to give him a compliment!

They need to have more employees on the floor. If you have the app, it makes finding things easier without an employee. I usually can't look at my phone because of the kids, so I prefer to ask an employee. Half the time, I can't find one and it is frustrating.

Had the bakery help me with my son's birthday cupcakes as you can see they're absolutely fabulous and perfect for his Pokemon themed birthday I seriously couldn't be happier with them and they where only 15 bucks and some change can't beat that so Go down to the bakery on 37th in Topeka Blvd❣️ THEY ARE THE BEST ❣️

Came to make a delivery and was asked to come back tomorrow when someone is here that can use a fork lift. Normally this wouldn't be a problem but I'm delivering plants on racks with wheels. The workers and management (4 people) were too lazy to walk the plants (17 racks) from the GM receiving bay door to the garden section......... I politely asked if I could wait where I parked til they could unload me in the morning and was told yes with grumbles cuz they wanted me to unload the truck. I'm a no-touch freight operator........ It's bad enough my family is loosing money to their laziness (Truck drivers get paid by mile driven or load delivered so I loose a days worth of pay, approximately $350), but then the security guards kick me out of the parking lot as soon as I got back from spending over $120 in the store. I hope #Walmart reevaluates their priorities and stops stealing wages from the drivers that keep their businesses open. Worst experience at a Wal-Mart by far.

This store is just sad. No help finding things. No cashier's hardly ever. Mindless robots running around with out any direction. Employees that park at nearest parking stalls for eight hours. I drive Lawrence before I'll go back there. The most ridiculous security service I've ever seen.

i called and was greeted with an annoyed hello? nothing acknowledging who i was talking with. when i asked if it was walmart i got a yeah. i asked for what i was looking for a got hung up on. i called back and got basically the same treatment. no amount of savings is worth being treated like that so i wont be and would suggest to everyone, shop where you are treated with respect and your dollar is important to them. or me, that will not be Walmart.

So I called Walmart Heidi picked up...to many buttons I pressed the one I thought was right...she transferred me an in two mins Lorraine helped me out and even walked to see if they had it...very pleased with these ladies...I could hear her walk to check and in less then a min I got my answer good job.....!

I'm working UBER today. At 11:00am this morning I had a pickup at the Walmart pharmacy on 37th Street. Now I pickup and drop off at this Walmart all the time but this was different; the pickup was a heart patient. I pulled over to the fire lane which was right by the pharmacy entrance so that I would not block the entrance. A Brosnan Security truck pulled up behind me. A severely overweight security officer in his mid-fifties with a crooked tooth and in a white shirt with a Barney Fife complex walked up to the truck and demanded;BARNEY: WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?ME: I am a UBER Driver and I am picking up a heart patient who is coming out of the pharmacy entrance...BARNEY: YOU HAVE TO MOVE, YOU CAN'T PARK HERE!ME: I am only going to be a moment, he is coming out now.BARNEY: I DON'T CARE! I SAID YOU HAVE TO MOVE NOW!!As I pulled away to circle the lot to come back around I looked in my rearview and noticed two things; First, my passenger was coming out of the door with a confused look on his face wondering why I was pulling away. Secondly, the reason why I had to "MOVE NOW!!", was so that Barney Fife and his cohort could park in that spot. Which of course puts forth the question, If I can't stop for a moment in the fire lane to pick up a passenger who is in poor health then should they not park in that same spot?My passenger told me that is not the first time he had seen that particular security guard be rude to people.I contacted one of the managers at the 37th Street Walmart and told her what had happened. She said that she would contact Brosnan Security and report what had happened. I thanked her and as soon as I hung up I placed a call to Brosnan Security HR. I left a message on their voice mail and I am awaiting a call back.I figure Barney Fife is miserable because he failed police academy training and just has a big enough burden dwelling on his failure that he just wants to make others miserable too.I will say a prayer that Barney Fife finds peace in his life and situation and that he is able to stop dwelling on his failure and find some sort of happiness.

First, three employees standing around talking, not one acknowledged me or asked if I needed help.The one human they have for checkout and the cashier was lethargic and slow. The cashier was more concerned with restocking the shopping bags on the turnstyle than helping me. The cashier had plenty of bags already there and said hello. Not once did the cashier make eye contact. The cashier then made me wait till they finished putting bags on the rack at a snails pace. The cashier then placed the receipt on the turnstyle. They couldn't even hand it to me or at least place it in a bag.I swear they intentionally place the slowest employees on checkout to encourage self checkout.

This particular Wal Mart has poor customer service at the return desk. It's a long story but trust me they were very rude. Called the 800. Number and was told someone would call me back to assist, and no one ever called.

It's fine, for a Walmart. The floors are shiny and the people all know what they're doing. Selection in apparel is pretty slim lately. Their pharmacy is great, and check out their bakery cookies. Three stars, four if it's just deli and bakery ⭐⭐⭐ ⭐

As with most people, it's a love-hate relationship with Walmart.You just can't beat the prices, but selections are starting to get a little iffy at times for people with dietary concerns, especially sugar, free and gluten-free.

Automotive Center does not answer the phone. I attempted to schedule tire install for tires I ordered there. The website would not allow the scheduling for an unexplained reason . Over course of several days I have called the automotive service department and never get an answer.

Your money center employee was not very friendly, never greeted me or gave me a warm welcome. Never said a single word to me except hm hmm. I was there August 27th at 3:30pm. As far as I know Walmart always expresses how much you should greet your customers no matter what you are doing. It was a very unwelcome experience.

Placed an order for express delivery. Received notification that the delivery was not able to be delivered. After multiple phone calls, I was transferred to the online order and delivery department. The associate thought I was on hold and made a comment to the other associates that "that guy stole her groceries." The other associates and the one that answered the phone all laughed. I was told they could not find my order in the computer and to call back in 30 min to talk to the manager because none of the associates there were able.or capable of looking up my order. After 30 min, they no longer answered the phone and when I spoke to another store manager she told me the manager of that department was back from lunch and transferred me. This resulted in a very ignorant associate who would only tell me the manager wasn't available and when I asked who could help me he said his manager but she wasn't available. Now ai have to wait 10 days to get my 200$ back. Do not use this store. Their associat3s are lazy and unprofessional.

Was going to a self check out and was told we couldn't use it because they are shut down at 9. And when I was told this, it was 9:45. Before walking up, a customer had left seconds prior to me walking up. Only had 4 items and was still told no and go to a different self checkout. In the time it took to talk with the cashier, it would've been enough time to scan and check out. Very rude 😒

Customer Service: There were no wait lines due to using self checkout.Quality of Product or Service: We went in for a fan but it looked like some of the boxes were crushed. Throughout the store it looked like other items were in good condition.Price: Walmart has raised their prices a bit so if you are looking for the most for your money in terms of food, Aldi’s might be a better alternative.Cleanliness: There was trash in the parking lot but it’s understandable with the size of the lot. The store was fairly clean save for packages of skittles on the ground outside the self checkout.Atmosphere: Store was at a cool temperature and mostly clean with Walmart radio playing through the speakers.Location and Accessibility: Parking and handicap parking available as well as a section for pedestrians to cross.Ease Online Ordering or Delivery: Walmart does have online ordering and online pick up at their stores. There are also online exclusive deals sometimes.Loyalty or Reward Programs: None that I know of at the moment.Staff Friendliness and Professionalism: I noticed staff helping several customers in the electronics section and self check out.Overall Experience: Overall experience was positive and we got exactly what we needed for a reasonable price.Any concerns, constructive feedback, or suggestions: One main concern I have are teens screaming throughout the Walmart with staff not engaging or giving them any warning. Other than that, we’ll done!

The store has no organization everything is in weird spots (example: fans are by the garden center and beauty???) staff isn’t very helpful I came for something wasted 20 minutes still can’t find it I left.
