This place has a lot of options when it comes to medications. Very well stocked and organized. Ive been to other walgreens with empty shelves but here the trip was worth it.Staffs are friendly. Lots of parking space and also wheel chair accessible.

This review is for Doug and Crystal in the Photo Department. They helped me so much during a terribly difficult time. I had ordered a cardboard enlargement of a photo of my mother (who had died quite suddenly and unexpectedly) for her memorial service. I picked it up but after I got home realized it was too dark. I took it back today and they invited me to stand at their computer to have input on lightening it. When it printed out it looked too washed out. They were extremely kind and understanding of my non-functional grief brain and the tears that were springing to my eyes about how I'd wasted materials in failing to improve the print and assured me they would fix it. I came back later and it was just right. They not only really mean it when they say 100% satisfaction guaranteed, but their wonderful, caring attitude while ensuring it is above and beyond. Thank you, Doug And Crystal!

Always “temporarily closed” due to staffing shortages…. Makes it super hard to get prescriptions. Ver inconvenient having a sick child who has a prescription sitting at the pharmacy.. Doctors office closed. Pull up to get the prescription and you’re notified of the closure.. been an ongoing issue for months.

Some sales, but very empty shelves. Pharmacy has signs that it's closed due to low stuffing. Be careful. Parking lot wasn't cleaned of snow and ice and almost lost my life on it.

The pharmacy is always closed. Can you get a pharmacist who ACTUALLY works and is on duty? This is completely ridiculous and unsafe for those who need prescriptions asap for their health. Or maybe hire another pharmacist since this one never works? Thanks

Came in there looking for 386 batteries for a thermometer. Overheard the manager talking to an employee that you can fire someone for almost any reason. Stopped shopping and walked out to go to a CVS. I'd rather not buy my stuff from a manager whom doesn't keep things like that to himself. Professionalism at its finest. 10/10 would never buy from there again.

This is the 2nd time in less than a week that I have had to use this pharmacy. Today, I had my prescriptions sent over ahead of time before I left the Dr's office more than an hour ago. I am here to pick up my prescriptions and told I'll still have to wait 20 minutes. I don't know what is worse....the customer service or the attitudes of the pharmacy team. I also had to use the pharmacy at 10th and Topeka Blvd....and even though it is farther from my house and in a less desirable neighborhood the team there is so much better and more helpful. Their willingness and attitudes far surpass that of the Fairlawn Plaza Walgreens employees.

I moved to Topeka just a week ago from Colorado. My neighborhood Walgreens in CO hours were 7am to 10pm. I Googled the hours of your store (21st & Fairlawn), just a couple blocks from my new home and the initial Goigle page stated your hours were 8am to 10pm so I drove to your store and arrived at 9:40pm on Monday evening, February. 24th to pick up one item. I was greeted by locked doors. This was very frustrating. I looked again and YES...I read the hours correctly but then...I clicked on "More Info", there I saw"CLOSED". Please correct your hours to match on both pages as I usually trust what I read on the first page.Misleading to your customers, especially to new residents like myself.Thank you.Kathy H

Horrible they seem to mess up every freaking time I need a fill. They always run out of meds or one time he told me I was trying to fill my script a month early which they actually were out of the end I got the time prior so I didn’t even get my full script and he could of easily seen that but by the time I waited the month my prior authorization was out and had to wait another two weeks unmadicated because of his mistake. Idiot still works there along with the other rude older lady who is always talking down to you. I don’t know why I still use them I am slowly trying to switch all my meds. THey are sickening.

Closed the Pharmacy due to staffing without alerting the Dr who called in my prescription. Just had tooth pulled and Dr office closed. Pretty irresponsible.

One of the three best Walgreens in town, always friendly nice employees, but the Pharmacy is extremely busy, and I don't understand why they took the second drive thru out, it did make it go so much faster. But otherwise great place.

Closed Saturdays and Sundays yet googles business hours doesn't reflect this. Major inconvenience. Oh....that's all walgreens in Topeka.

My prescriptions are always refilled automatically on time, I always find the basic stuff needed in a quick shopping trip, including food, drinks, snacks, hair care, dogs stuff, office supplies, cleaners, etc. The staff is friendly and they offer to go to pay to Photography or Cosmetics if there are many clients at the exit cashiers.

Tried to get some emergency information about pharmacy product and was forced to listen to a 2 minute commercial before it even allowed me to find out they were not open. Cold day in hell that I will deal with them.
