I luv Walgreens! Just takes too much time to find & buy a product can take up to an hour. Even if I find my hometown Store they take me to another area or state. It brings up Pharmacy & it's hard to be able to order something else? Millions of us get our scripts some place else. Usually can't order anything else but pharmacy. Start over is your best bet. But then you find out curbside service will be in Chicago & that can't be changed to your state. Start over w/ zip code again or just go in next time you're in neighborhood?

Pharmacy is terrible. Consistently messed up my prescription for at least a year (saying I don’t have refills when the doctor has clearly stated and sent them a message repeatedly saying I do). Having me drive all the way a crossed town multiple times just to have shipped my meds without my approval!! Not worth the trouble it’s extremely unorganized. I suggest picking a different Walgreens to do business with.

Worst Walgreens Pharmacy in Topeka. The drive thru is shut down randomly throughout the day. pharmacy hours change without notice. If you need reliability, this Walgreens location is not for you.

I never write reviews about anywhere even if the experience was bad but good lord you guys give bad service a new meaning. I would rather die of an asthma attack than to have to wait and deal with the people in the pharmacy to give me my inhaler.

I spent over an hour trying to set up a vaccine appt for a Covid booster. I kept getting cut off, told someone else had my email address, waiting on the.phone, that they couldn't help me schedule my appt, etc, etc. It's no wonder your ratings have gone down. I never rate businesses this low, but I am fed up!

The pharmacist lied to me about having a vaccine appointment (I did have one, but didn't have the confirmation email on me originally). Then, despite the confirmation email's assurances, I was denied the vaccine due to not having my vaccination card on me. They seem to be making it up as they go along here. Consider a CVS instead.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been in anywhere in this country . The standards & procedures needs immediate review. The standards are low and their procedures are inadequate. I went to the drive up window after waiting for 20 minutes to drop off my prescription, before I can ask when should I come back to pick it up the very rude girl working the window replied come back and 7 hours. And when I was sitting there I noticed they was passing a box out the other window to people they were sticking the test rod for covet up their nose putting it back in the box touching it with their hands no rubber gloves nothing it was going back in the window to the attendant which had no rubber gloves on and I thought what is going on here. I was thinking what if they lay it by my prescription on that counter. highly contaminated counter and I caught something right there at the Walgreens drive up window. I go back again to get my prescription the line was so long I didn't want to wait so I returned today only four cars in the line I pull up ask for my prescription she says it is not ready yet there's a problem with your insurance. I said insurance I don't have no insurance and never have had any insurance I have a credit card she said okay we will get it ready you will have to come back in an hour. I will never go to another Walgreens I don't care if it's the last pharmacy on Earth Walgreens you're dirty and nasty.

Never dealt with the pharmacy cause Dillons is right down the street but the photo shop is always helpful and always get to you ASAP reason why I go at ALL

Don't know much about this place because I just stopped in to find a restoom. The restrooms are locked with a passcode and you need to ask an employee to let you in. Is this because people were doing drugs in the restrooms or something? Not complaining, mostly just curious. The staff helped us in.

Walgreens is great for products I need. I can get in & out quickly. Checkout is usually a breeze. Store clerks are helpful when you need help locating something.

Im always greeted with a friendly....''welcome to Walgreens''...clean and friendly atmosphere and staff is always willing to help. I don't feel like I'm just another customer in the way

It's faster for me to drive to the Walgreens in Lawrence and pick up my medicine than to drive 1 mile to this walgreens.

walked in to receive my photos I ordered and from the very beginning a young lady working at the photo place was very rude and kept rolling her eyes at me and my sister, she then instead of handing me my photos she slid them across the table, very unprofessional and deserves to be fired.
