OTR Driver here. Delivered here. Overall the people are friendly and unloading is good. Now for the Not so good, this location has extremely tight docking for a semi w/sleeper/53ft. Trailer. There is one large pot hole at the rear driveway around bldg to dock that would be good if it was repaired(see photo). You enter at the 2nd entrance, tandems slid farthest forward,slide them to the rear when you get positioned at dock. The entry around the bldg to dock and getting docked has multiple obstacles like utility poles, trash dumpster, lolly post,etc. A blindsided back and plenty of G.O.A.L and maneuvering is the order of the day/night here. Also check your appointment time because they will get dual shipment same morning/day and you'll want to not back to dock n be in way, I was given misinfo on no one being before me, well that proved otherwise..lol...anyways the folks here worked it out on getting me unloaded, and I was able to help another driver get backed in/depart also. Both docking and departing from the dock are both challenges, it just very tight, but doable. Thus photos/vid.for drivers. I give the store 4 stars, but the docking access a 1/zero. ovnp yes on side entry of truck entrance is best.

My go-to store. Always clean, always easy to find what I need. Every employee I've ever encountered over the last 5 years has always been helpful and nice, with the exception of EVAN. We encountered him on 4/16/24 & his attitude and facials were insane and beyond unprofessional. I didn't realize he was hired to be a store ornament. I was under the impression basic customer service was in his job description. Thank goodness for high turnover. Hoping I don't ever have to interact with such a miserable individual here again in the future.

Bought a tiller there and it turned out to have a bad engine. I even bought the warranty on it. Took it back a few hours later and the employees seemed like they were trying to put me at fault for the faulty engine. They kept telling me it was just “flooded” but it was running when it shut off and would not start back up no matter what I tried. I’ve been a mechanic for 10 years and I think I can tell when something isn’t going to run. They refunded me my money but it sure was a hassel. I don’t believe I’ll be doing business with this store again.

I am disabled and it is hard for a person to get in. In past told corp about the adding of a chair because you have to wait sometimes. It has not happened here but the south stor has.

I've never had any problems when I go in here - whether it's to buy feed, tools, various supplies, etc. Staff is always helpful and polite. The store is also always clean and well organized. I shop here usually once every week or two.

Best customer service I have ever. I ordereda large stock tank I was converting into above ground pool and was lucky enough to have found one. Like most customers, I show up close to closing and with a truck way to small to pick it up. Due to the work and availability of vehicles to use, I was late and had a tiny truck. So my apologies for that. When I drove up and parked the little tuck to pick up the 8ft stock tank, I was greeted by the employee and told him I was here to pick up that large stock tank and put it on that pickup. Instead of laughing at me or telling me, I was crazy, they loaded it up in the truck and did a great job. Once I tied it down, I was then able to drive home and make it safely back. Thank God my 9 year daughter got some duck tape that I was able to use to extend the length of the racket straps I purchased to make them work. Now my two little girls will have a pool to swim in all because someone at Tractor supply company cared about me as a person and helped make this summer a much better place for my two little girls. First time shopping at tractor supply, and I am a customer for life. Thank you

This has been our families go to place for everything from food for our pets to hardware and tools for jobs around the house. The employees are remarkably friendly and always available to help if you need it, and thats why Ive rated this store 5 stars

Went looking for great shrink tubing with no luck but while looking around found a couple other things i needed. Always good to visit occasionally just to be familiar with what they do carry, which is quite varied.

Always a good experience at TSC. All employees are very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions. I get my dog food and chicken fees from them on the regular. Additionally I have bought many chickens and ducks from them each year. They are very helpful to anyone who is just starting out with farming or for anyone who is experienced.

Staff at the Highway 24 in Topeka Tractor Supply was not very knowledgeable and rude... Staff was in the back room and they were more concerned with having their own conversations among themselves than helping the customer....I used to have a line of credit with Tractor Supply and now I'm very glad that I paid it off...

Don't buy pellets from this store. Husband brought home 3 bags, he's never bought them before, 2 of the 3 bags are wet. Can't use wet pellets in a stove total waste of money. He said all the pellets are sitting outside can't keep them dry that way.

Well I shop here daily. I went when they got first shipment of ducks. I bought 2 however I think (cause the store is clueless as i) I was given a Gosling and duckling. I would love to know for sure but no one knew any of the 3 hatcheries Names...

Tractor Supply has a pretty good selection and many brands other retailers don't have which makes them unique and separate from the other farm and garden places. But on the flipside if you don't like a lot of the brands they carry it makes for a business who can't keep up with the competition whom has more variety, brands and better prices.

I believe they really overfilled my propane tank, as the next day it was burping propane and the temp didn't change. I bled a lot off and it still weighs over 50 lbs (7 gal tank). I had two tanks filled and didn't see how much went into each but will definitely be watching next time.

A great place to buy farm and home products. Ample parking. Monthly animal buy sell and trade get together. Easily accessable. Friendly staff.
