Got a nice deal on a new paddle boat for Father's Day! Took it right to the lake and got to see the most amazing sunset! Thanks for a great way to end a great day! This location has always done well for us and has good customer service as well. We will plan to come back.

Very disappointed in the way we were treated regarding the dog wash. We were in the bay 15 minutes before told we needed to hurry up because someone else was waiting. Not only that, but they claim to have “grooming tables” but apparently those aren’t supposed to be used for actual grooming. Neither of this information was relayed in a kind or professional manner with any consideration of us also being paying customers. Very disappointing as I have highly recommended this place to other dog owners. Will not continue to do so.

Won't fill propane tanks unless there brand new, even if they get recertified they won't fill. I have never had any luck with them filling my tanks even though they were recertified fall of 2022.

We showed up sad cuz the mower we bought last year doesn't run & our trusty repairman can't fix it. We left in good spirits thanks to help at the Customer Service desk ! Rather than report to CubCadet we got short cut info that the local Tarwaters business handles Cub Cadet warranty work! Called them on the spot & now making progress on warranty work !

The individuals at this Tractor Supply, besides the extremely nice cashier, were very rude. My husband needed items loaded into his truck and they treated him like he was less than. This is not the way you conduct business. Everyone has bad days at work. But don't take it out on customers. I hope that they aren't rude to anyone else.

Poor customer service.I was hoping to run in quickly to buy feed 15 min before close. The two employees did not know anything about the sale ad and failed to find the correct sign for Standlee products . When I asked for a print ad to look for the ad the lady had no idea what I was talking about. Quick trip turned into leaving the store empty handed because their employees are not knowledgeable of the ad and do not have a sense of urgency.

Hands down my favorite store in all of topeka (it helps that they are a stihl dealer lol)They are always friendly,have good prices and always seem to have exactly whatever it is i need for yard care and pets.

8 days ago I went in at 5:30 before they closed. I had my Rayban sunglasses on. There was nobody in the store but my friend and I and 3 employees.I took my sunglasses off after walking in to be able to walk around and shop. When I got out, they were missing. I went through the whole store and didn’t find them. It’s impossible that they just disappeared. I looked all over each isle I went through and there was absolutely nothing.Then I asked the manager to look at the video cameras to see where I must have dropped them or something like that. He said he will. I called twice and he promised he will.I just called now and he told me he couldn’t see me with my sunglasses on at all. And couldn’t see me walking into the store. I find it strange that he didn’t call me.He was very nice when we were there and nice on the phone, but he didn’t try hard to find them. I also have to believe someone stole them. And this wasn’t taken seriously.Sad.I obviously can buy another pair! But it’s the principal of the manager trying his best to take care of his customers.

I use this tractor supply a lot! It carries some of the horse feeds I use, and I can usually order anything I need and have it shipped to the store if it isn't currently in stock. They typically have competitive prices, and you can find most of the farm supplies you might need to use on your farm or ranch at this location. The staff are always friendly and helpful as well.

I didn't catch the young ladies name but she had great tips on how to give my pup medicine and pointed out a few products they would like.. Friendly service cashier was super nice.. And bought candy

Went here to get some pellet grill supplies, but they didn't carry them. Ended up buying stuff for the dog.. I like visit here to see the off the beaten path things they sell. The staff is always nice and friendly. I will return the next time I have a specialized need for something.

The Store goes above and beyond. I just left the store after pulling a stupid, but they still took care of me. I bought 4 large items and one that was bagged, I didnt get the bag... I went back into the store and the bag was gone from the bagging area. Hope someone enjoys the free tools. A+++ service even when its customers stupid.

I have been coming to this place for years. For a particular screw,metric or hardened,or varied little items to make my equipment run better. Household hardware stuff, rope,plumbing drainpipe and pet things . My chickens like the pellet layer food and I depend on the staff to load the bag into my car.

Awesome place for pet supplies. One of the few places that carries the 7 in one shot for puppies as well as shots for other animals. Fully stocked for horses and cattle. Household odds and ends, cleaners, tools, clothes, varnishes, fertilizers and my favorite, those hard to find bags of candy, like royals and salt water taffy. Staff was super cool and helpful.

Merchandise was marked $24.99 and was supposed to be 40% off. At the register it rang up as $22. When brought to the cashiers attention we were told that the original price was $29 so $22 was correct.People this poor at simple math should not run the registers.In the same trip, a grinder was exchanged and we were required to pay more because the it was no longer on sale.We will be going to the store on the north side of town.

I love this place! They have freshest pet foods and they carry a huge variety of healthy, nutritious dog foods and treats. The store is big but theres always someone to help customers find their way to their needs. They have revamped their store recently to expand their pet section. They have huge amount of toys for pets including KONG toys and similar products. The prices, i find, are actually cheaper than pet smart and keeps are locals in business. And their potting soil and mix by MIRACLE GROW is cheaper than Wal-mart and not nearly as overwhelming and never hot in the store. Dont forget to sign up for Rewards.

Please like my review if it helps you!Who wouldn't like Tractor Supply... My local store is my go to place for many things that hopefully keeps me from going to Walmart or other big box stores. Hardware, tools, All my pet supplies, clothes, and cheapest place in town to fill my propane tanks. Staff is always friendly and eager to assist. Use the website to order some things sent to store for pickup.

TSC is still the best place to get my farm supplies with the exception of livestock feed. Undue to TSC the overall prices have increased by around 30% above what they were 1.5 years ago. South Topeka, KS TSC has a high turn over rate of employees and the new ones know nothing to little about Agriculture which makes it hard to find what you need sometimes.

In stock seems to be a bit wanting, but I was just there for gardening supplies, and it's the height of the season, so everybody is having trouble keeping up. Staff was extremely helpful, easy in and out, good selection.
