I took a package back for a neighbor. Even though the package had never been opened they wanted a receipt or the credit card that she put it on. I told her to open the box and get out the paper that was inside and it should show that she bought it. But there wasn't a paper in the box, not even a shipping invoice. So I couldn't return it for them. Which I do understand, because they don't know if the package is stolen or if it is really hers. So even though I waited in line for what seemed to take forever, she did the right thing.

Clean environment, but the staff wasnt friendly and didnt want to help me. I asked them to help me find something and they said to go to the back and look. I told them I already looked, and they said i just missed it. When i finally got them to show me, they took me to a different area from where they pointed and found it for me. They wanted me to waste my time there.

Busy the day I visited, only had 1 store employee running a register, and there was a line with 10+ people for it, and the 2 or 3 self check outs. Otherwise it was a clean store, organized and had items I needed that I couldn't find elsewhere.

I avoid shopping here as much as possible. Every time I shop here, there is a long line at self-checkout, and not a single cashier working.

Found everything I needed in stock. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I haven't been here in awhile and I was very pleased with how well stocked the store was and the variety of things I don't see in other stores. Check out was fast. Refreshing to walk into a store and not come out frustrated because I couldn't find everything I needed in stock. 5 stars!

Though busy, employees are helpful and friendly. I had no trouble returning an item, and again, the store was sooo busy but wait time to check out was less than 3 minutes. I even needed an item unlocked from a case, and those employees were also quick and pleasant to interact with. Really great experience during a crowded and stressful shopping season.

Holding $600 of someone's money because your website allowed me to put my money in for a product you guys didn't even have and then have the audacity to tell me I'm going to have to wait for 3 business days to get my money back, for a purchase I didn't even receive! Right before Christmas at that! The 3 people I spoke too were saying policy this and policy that. I don't care, fix your website, this has nothing to do with me and something I did. Corporate was just as useless as the people I spoke with at the service desk. Everyone was "a matter of fact". I just want my money back, so I can get my son his Christmas gift!!! Never shopping at target again. So if anyone decides to buy Christmas gifts from Target on their website, you run the risk of what happened to me, happening to you, and they'll tell you there's nothing they can do about it. Sorry for the rant, I'm so disappointed in this store. I spends hundreds there a week and I will literally never shop there again. Even if it was the last store on earth that had what I needed. At least Wal-Mart will make stuff right and go out of their way to ensure you don't leave unsatisfied.

Drive Up is extremely convenient and a very handy tool for a busy person who loves Target but dreads taking their young children inside the store! It’s easy to stay on budget and I almost always get everything I requested.

It was fine. I'm not really a Target person but it looks like Red Walmart so I guess 👍🏻👍🏻 Anyway, they still have clerks doing checkout, which is novel. The cashier was friendly and competent. Four stars, check em out

I get curbside groceries from this target about 3-4 times per month. Produce is always sub par, rotten avocados, bruised bananas, rotten & moldy oranges, heavily bruised apples. No ones cares. Produce & grocery manager is definitely not doing his job. He should make sure items are fresh, so pickers- who don’t care at all, because they are timed, won’t pick bad items. 40% of my orders have something rotten that needs returned. Oh good, I get to waste $5 a gal gas & time to correct their problem. I try to check every item now before I pull away. Their “timed” curbside folks really love that- having to wait car side while I inspect the produce. After 4 days, still waiting for the mgr Shane to call me on the rotten item I received in my last order. Yep, I’m sure he’s tired of hearing about it. There’s a solution, ding ding ding.

Target's employees are incompetent and policies at this store are terrible. I bought a hormel party tray. The price on the shelf was not the actual price at checkout. When I asked the clerk to remove the item, she did and instead of putting it back, she took it to customer service and discarded it. It was out of the cooler less than 5 minutes. What a waste!

This is my favorite place to get groceries. I really wish Emporia had a target because it's the best, best vegan products, best vitamins, and best goodies. Employees are always engaging and helpful.ItIsTheBest

Why are there no traditional registers open for customers who have many bulky items? I was told it is due to staffing issues, but I’ve seen this situation at this Target before COVID. For people who have a lot of stuff or who don’t have a lot of items, but struggle with the self checkout, this is a HUGE disservice. This Target generally irritates me in one way or another every visit because many (not all) of their employees seem lazy.

Poorly staffed, next-to-never has a checkout lane open, doesn't respond when the self check line gets long, and still has plexiglass up in the lanes when they aee open which was ridiculous 3 years ago and is ludicrous now.

Poor customer service. Didn't even aknowledge my presence. When some kid comes around the counter to help me there was an issue with the order pick up. My name matched my ID and the order. My sister sent me the barcode and confirmation. The barcode says the order doesnt match yet EVERYTHING ELSE DOES!! Clearly there's an issue with the scanner. Then he goes to the back to get it and bring some chick with a walkie talkie and a vest asking me if she can see the original email. Umm...NO you CANNOT. It's a gift for my son's b-day ordered by his grandmother in California. Then they had the nerve to look at my ID again just to give it to me anyway?? I would NEVER ever again shop at this store. I've alwayused Target for online shopping. Never again!!

Target really does have decent looking and quality clothes. Be sure to keep an eye out for clearance items...many good deals are there to be found but you really do need to dig and keep your eyes peeled. The store is fairly nice and clean and is well staffed with friendly employees. I did not have to wait in line at all when checking out and the cashiers was not rude, pushy or difficult to understand. I did see one employee glued to their cell phone, but they were able to assist a customer without skipping a beat.

My wife and i came here for shoes....the womens shoe area is multiple shelves with a decent selections of shoes, boots, etc.. etc.. and several spots to sit down and try on footwear. The mens footwear section is shoved back in the corner and it is one small rack of shoes with NO PLACE TO SIT DOWN AND TRY ON SHOES! I couldnt even find the mens shoes for about 15 minutes, i had to ask a staff member who didnt even think they carried mens shoes...this was the same for the second staff member...finally a third staff member said "oh, the mens shoes are back in the corner by the changing rooms...good luck finding anything there, we dont carry much for men ...i dont think Target gives a F' about men and what they want" ....that is seriously 100 percent exactly what he said. Since i could not find shoes here, my wife didnt buy anything either. We went elsewhere.

Justin was SO helpful in customer service. An item I ordered on line was damaged during delivery. He took care of promptly and even though they didn't sell the item in the store, he found something similar for me and price matched it. Great customer care!

Got in and out quickly. Using the wallet in the Target app with the Red Card makes the trip even faster with no need to pull out your card since you can add it to your wallet in the app, which makes it virtually touch free at the register, even through the self checkouts. Saving 5% with Red Card purchases on top of savings from Target Circle gives a nice break for your wallet. The Pick-up and Drive-up programs are nice when you have a tight schedule and need to pick up a few things without wandering the store.

During this time, Target is taking great measures to keep both the customer and their employees safe. I felt very at ease shopping in their store! The staff are doing a great job wiping down all the carts, baskets, and self checkout stations, after every customer use.

I love Target and the modern products they have. I just wish they would take more pride in their restrooms. Every time I walk in, it feels and looks very dirty. Not very encouraging to those that like to shop the store frequently.

Target is always a fun place to get ideas, but not always a fun place to shop. I can never find assistance throughout the store unless I go up to a cashier or customer service which is inconvenient if you're in the back of the store. Many of the household items are about 10% higher in comparison to a regular grocery store, but you get the added bonus of clothes shopping. In all, customer service lacks exceptional service, it's "ok" at best. Prices are higher for similar items located in the same shopping center at another store. I think if the customer service were better, it might be worth visiting more often since I always have to fight for parking and the prices are always higher than competitors.
