Paid $15 for Big cheese. We had driven at night back from TX so we had lots of bugs and road grime. I mentioned to the attendant about the bugs on the front. Went though the wash and got out to vacuum and saw that I still had dead bugs, bird poop and very noticeable road grime still on my car. I drove back to the front, heard the bell chime and we waited for over 5 minutes for the attendant. I mentioned it hadn't washed well and he was a very about the rehash. He didn't make any effort to brush off the bugs or bird poop, just sent us through again. Was hopeful that it had gotten washed better, but that didn't happen. We pulled around to the front again and the bell chimed and we waited for several minutes again to no avail. My husband then got out and looked for the attendant. He finally acknowledged us he said..."what is you people's problem, you people are never satisfied. I'm just going to give you ur $ back". I wouldn't bother going there...terrible service, bad car wash. We will Never return! :(

Have tried to go at close to open multiple times and they are never open. 8:34am on a Saturday with a posted open time of 8am and everything is closed and locked. If you’re not going to be open more than a half hour of the time you have online and on your door, why even bother posting that as your opening time?

Got the best wash available. Noticed the wheels were still dirty so we came back after we ran an errands. Attendant greater us with why did you come back after 40minutes?" We explained the wheels were still dirty,heard that's what the towels are for,we should wipe them off. I paid for a car wash,not a do it yourself job. Won't be back to wash our cars or pet.

Had to run my car thru twice. Wheels were still dirty. Their dryer blowers seem too weak, definately had to towel dry.

Great place to go to bathe your dog. They supply everything you need. Only complaint is the recent 50% price increase. Went from 8 dollars to 12.

I'm an uber driver and my rider was an employee, he gave me a free car wash. Car wash was great worked really well. Super friendly staff. Love the pup wash station as I own the only lab in the world who hates water! Def. Recommend! Thanks ryan!

I used to come here all the time to wash my car and use the dog wash. The staff is usually nice. However there no consistency of the hours with the dog wash. They have a nice set up. I prefer to cone here to wash my dog.

Staff is always nice and the free vacuum and wipe rags are a great touch. Recently added some colored laser lights to the soap cycle that the kiddos love! I won’t go anywhere else.

Worst customer experience ever! Never been there before, was reading which option to choose and guy flagged me in and asked if I had a problem, and stated he didn't have to wash my car, I was just stunned! Didn't do anything wrong, I left.

The attendants do a good job on the areas the machine doesn't reach. Very little wiping is required to dry the car.

Buyer beware - About 1/2 the time in the auto wash, the water pressure isn't hard enough & the fluids aren't working properly. For the price ($13-$20) i should drive away with a PERFECTLY clean vehicle... but usually not, so I have started only getting the 2nd teir price because at least when I drive away with a dirty car, I'm only $13 in the hole.It's cheaper & get a better clean by using the self service wash bays rather than either of the auto wash bays. There are wheel brush & body scrub brushes in the self serve bays. The ONLY reason I still go here is because I work nights & they're open 24 hours & self serve car washes are scarce.

Been going here for years. They're good. Good car wash, and great people. Lately, though, their brushes have been putting tiny scratches on my car. On request, they can back the brush assemblies off a little bit, to reduce the intensity of the high-speed spinning brushes' impact with your car, and it's the side brushes that will get you. The top brushes are quite soft and nice. The top wash is pricey, but worth it. You'll get that 48-hour guarantee, which gives you another wash at no charge. Definitely worth it!

Paid for the Big Cheese. Car wash was ok; didn't get the front bumper or tailgate cleaned or either of the lower sides of my car. Vacuums weren't working and he didn't disclose that before paying for the car wash.

I really love this place since they upgraded the vacuums. I like to take my dog with me everywhere I can. Oh and did I mention he is a Husky?!! He spends a significant amount of time in the car with me. The new vacuums are powerful enough to take layers of his shedding and fur off of my seats and carpet! :) It convenient to be able to just drive through the car wash and the rollers do a nice job of removing the road grime from off the bottom of my car. Of course, I love the dog washed that is attached as well. My dog always squirms around during bath time so the hooks come in handy. It’s great not having to bend over and break my back the entire time I am bathing him. They have everything you need and more for bathing and drying. Highly recommend all dog parents to give it a try.

My comments are for the Dog wash. They have a nice dog wash, I did like the remodel they did to make more stalls and built in dryers. Since I think it was December 2018 a dog groomer started working out of the dog wash which is fine. All the wash stations were still accessible, including the tall wash station for smaller dogs which is nice so you don't have to bend over while washing a small dog. That was one of my favorite things about this place.In the last couple months the dog groomer is not only working out of the dog wash but she has taken over one side of the dog wash. The nicer side where there used to be less foot traffic. It is now gated off, not accessible to paying customers. This only leaves 4 wash stations, more foot traffic and no tall wash station for smaller dogs left for the paying customers. The price has not gone down on the dog wash since the changes have been made.This used to be the place to wash dogs but now I believe it will soon be turned into a dog grooming salon.I will be looking for another dog wash, it will be a shame to have to drive to Lawrence for a dog wash.

I work for a company that has fleet vehicles and we use Squeaky Clean to wash our fleet. The staff is always very efficient and our vans come out spotless. I've been to most others in town and for the price, this car wash is the best. 5 stars!

We always use this excellent dog wash but the last two times we went to wash our dog it was CLOSED during business hours. The website said it was OPEN! Please update your website for whatever reason you're closed during business hours. We made two wasted trips across town. You could also have a recorded message on your answering machine stating you are currently closed.(Also the car wash was closed)

I set out front of their business for 30 minutes waiting for them to open at 7 o’clock. Staff pointed out the window when I drove up and to let me they didn’t open till 7 AM. I was very aware of what time they opened, 7 o’clock came employee knew I was their, failed to open the business. After waiting very patiently I left. I’ll will have to think hard and fast about going back and doing business with squeaky clean.

I bring my car AND my dog here to wash them! The remodel of the dog wash area is THE BEST! Thank you! It has saved my back! If you use the dog wash too make sure to clean up after yourself, clean out the tub and empty the drain screen!

This is a good inexpensive place to get a quick car wash. Use caution if you drive an F-150. You may have to reposition your side mirrors after you exit. If you have an exterior antenna please note their caution on antenna's. Otherwise, pretty quick way to get off the road grime.

My son took his Toyota Tacoma in, to have the interior detailed, by Rock Star Auto Detailing, which is a part of Squeaky Clean Car Wash. He was extremely pleased with the work done. This was done the day after he approached them. The group that had been doing his detailing, was scheduled out into mid February. He drove over to Rock Star, to see if he could get in sooner than February. We took the truck in at 8am, and they were done before 1pm. And, he's still smiling.

Wasn't real happy with this place. My truck was muddy so I paid for the additional under-wash. I checked underneath after going through and realized I hadn't gotten the underwash and my door jambs were still loaded with sand. I circled back around and talked to the attendant who put me back on line for a second go around. Before I went through the second time, I asked them to spray the sand out of the jambs, the attendant with the hand held pressure wand blew mud all over the passenger side of my interior, dash, carpet, seat, everything. I watched the floor of the car wash and realized that they aren't even set up with an underwash system. It's not there! After the second pass, I just left. No point beating a dead horse.
