I hadn’t been in this store in a while. It’s the same, as clean and organized as I remember it, and the same as other Sam’s in which I have been. It’s both for businesses and for individuals. One can find many things that are not packed in bulk but as single items like clothes and books among other things. I have found good prices. For example, books of good quality, comparing with other stores, they are not as expensive, especially children’s books.I like the variety of what you can find, with good quality, in everything… school and office supplies, clothing, electronics, food, household, toys and books, and more.

Ordered for my elderly mom and disabled sister and the cashier "Lori" was very rude and dismissive and rolled her eyes. I understand they were busy but not okay to talk to customers that way. My mother felt rushed off the line. Another cafe worker Raul was very friendly and helpful.

Needed help with an item that I had insurance on but could not get any help from all state which Sam's club used. Thanks to Wanda and manager Becky who went above and beyond to make sure the item was replaced. They were able to get the same piece of Jewelry replaced within 2 days. Held it and contacted me to come pick it up. Great customer service!

Hadn't been in a long time. Went today and was pleased with everything except I missed not tasting anything. Only sample was from a machine. Forget the name but weird. I remember tasting all the new foods and even some we already got. Would of been nice to try hot food of the store brand or even the store brand chips.

Very popular place!! Got there a little early today just before opening time by accdent, and there was already a line of people wanting to get into the store. All of the staff where working hard to make sure everything was going good in the store and for the shoppers.

Been to many Sam's across the country and it is one the the cleanest ones. Was able to shop quickly without any lines unlike some in larger cities.They have normal foods, tech products, CC cookware, and clothing,Fyi you do need a membership to shop but there is a Walmart right nextdoor to this location too.

Enjoy being able to go to Sam's Club. Disappointed that their Black Friday 50% off Plus Membership only extends to new customers. They don't seem to appreciate those of us who have been long time loyal members as no discount is offered.

I took my car in to get my tires rotated. I had the good fortune of having Cliff and Steven work on my car. I was so impressed with their service, knowledge, and customer service. I highly recommend these guys. I won’t go anywhere else.

Sundays are a packed house. So, if you want to avoid the crowds, you might want to rethink your shopping day. It's a nice store and the staff in my experience is very friendly and professional.Edit after 2 years: no change whatsoever. I still love this store!! I just wish there were more brands. But hey, hang in there; more products seem to appear every day.

Ordered pizza using scan and gas we entered the store, grabbed the items we came in to buy after we left checkout went to get pizza it was not ready, lady said it would be 10 minutes 15 min latter still hadn't gone in to oven. Lady said she hadn't had a chance to check it tablet but we had already talked to her she said it would take 5 minutes so after a total of 33 minuets we had pizza. Don't use the scan and go app if it's busy they won't be checking the tablet.

I had an unexpected flat tire. They got me right in. Tire couldn't be repaired but thankfully with their tire plans I only had to pay the warranty to get a new one. They had it in stock and had us back on our way in no time. Servicemen was super polite even dealing with our sweltering kansas heat wave.

I bought a diamond ring in this store at a very favorable price for me as a memento for my anniversary. The ring was a little small and the store employees offered me the service of stretching the ring one size. I agreed. I paid for the ring. The ring cost $1,311. The store clerk in my presence checked all the stones according to the certificate that came with the ring. The stones were real and the device glowed correctly with a green light, confirming the originality of the stones. The ring was placed in an envelope with me, sealed and sent to jewelers to work with it. A few weeks later, a store employee called me and said that I could come and pick up my finished ring. When I came to pick up the rings, I saw that the sample on the ring had been erased. When I asked to check the stones, the seller agreed to do this and only one of the stones glowed green, I confirm the authenticity of only one of several diamonds, the device did not confirm the rest of the stones. The store manager was called to me. I asked to check several stones from the display case with the same device and the device confirmed the authenticity of the stones in other new rings in the store window. To my natural indignation that I was returned a fake and they are trying to give me as my original diamond ring and that I plan to call the police, the store manager decided to take my receipt confirming the purchase of the ring from me and after I snatched it from her hands, out of fear of being left without even a single document confirming the purchase, the manager kicked me out of the store. I am looking forward to the end of this story. I will write for everyone who is interested in its continuation))) I am very interested in where the diamonds from the ring have gone and what will happen next. The behavior of the store manager, who did not even apologize to me because of what happened to my purchase, upset and surprised me. What should I do in this case? Thank God, I still have a receipt for buying a ring.

Had an awesome shopping experience today at Sam's they had everything I wanted and got us out of there pretty darn quick , the Cashier was very Nice and treated us like we were people not just dollar signs!

Pickup - sat there for 25 minutes ! Customer service? Someone who couldn't speak English! Guy at the door - 'I have to do what the computer says - sorry man no idea where the order is'. Transfer to a manager- call dropped!

Went there on a day trip without a club membership. The staff were rude and the service was the same , the older man with the grey beard didn't even offer to sign me up as a member ,just rude if you visit this Sam's expect similar services.

I like the store over all, but I'm very disappointed with their pick up department.I ordered groceries from the app and my grocery order was not delivered and was returned to the store because the driver couldn't find my address. I was not given a phone call or text, I didn't realize I wasn't getting my groceries till I tracked my order an hour after it had already been returned to the store.I called the store and was given a different number to call. The man I spoke to tried to contact the store to find out why my order was returned, but couldn't get ahold of anyone. So I called the store back for a refund, and I was put on hold for a lengthy period of time before being disconnected, called back, had to go on hold again till someone from Pick Up could get on the phone to tell me they'll refund my order.I know Sam's works with a third party deliverer, but the least you could do is make sure the customer has been contacted if their order wasn't delivered.I will not attempt to have my groceries delivered again.UPDATE: Received a call from the store confirming my refund and offering a $20 gift card for the inconvenience, not a lot of stores will do that. Thank you Sam's for following up with me and making amends, I'll be raising my review to 5 star!UPDATE II: So apparently there was a misunderstanding and our membership was cancelled. We will not be renewing, all this just because someone couldn't deliver our groceries.

Normal shopping adventure - managed to get in easy enough but this nonsense of standing in line for an associate to scan your sales ticket in order to exit the store as I said is nothing short of nonsense.Would really like to have somebody explain to me just how the hell that helps Sam's monitor what's leaving their store when it's already on the sales ticket.
