Dr. Terry and staff are extremely kind and knowledgeable. Administrative staff on phone are patient with my questions and very kind and transparent. Prices are competitive and fair. Dr. Terry let my pug stay at clinic for observation when she ate chocolate and charged me less than $100 whereas University charged me $300. Also got a spay here and had no issues. Absolutely love this clinic for my pug - unfortunately I switched vets because they mostly do curbside and I wanted to go inside during vet exams. Highly recommend Potwin Pet if that doesn’t bother you!!

I have used this location for over 40 years. They’ve changed vets over the years and I’ve never had a problem. A number of times the veterinarian went above and beyond when it was time to say goodbye to a cat or dog. Always compassionate. I’ve moved out of state now and hope to find a group of people this great.

I have been going to Potwin Pet Clinic for about 22 years now. I have never had a bad experience. When we had to help our dogs over The Bridge our vet went above the call of duty for us. We even received flowers. They are excellent, compassionate professionals. I highly recommend them for any animal lovers.

Update :We still go there and have to give even more love to this place, we just love Ashley and how good she is with our Storm. You have no idea what that mean to us ! Very professional. I thought my cat was dying because his gums were white and he had stopped playing. They said they could do blood work for $170 or pay under $100 for the office visit and a shot of antibiotics but he definitely wasn't anemic or dying and the color of his gums was okay for his breed.

Doctor explains things in a calm, easy to understand manner. Staff and doctor knowledge and friendly. Of note ~ Open till noon on Sat; closed on Wednesday.

They are very friendly and caring. The only thing is you can't go in with your animal. They come to the car and get them, then the vet comes out to talk to you. I personally don't care for that, I want to be there to address my concerns and issues. But they do cut your pets toenails well.

My family has been taking our animals here for over 20 years. Dr. Terry is the only vet I trust and reasonably priced for amazing quality care. My boyfriend recently found a kitten at work and brought her home, and I set up an appointment to check her health. Due to Covid, I stayed out in my car and they took Frankie inside. I was completely comfortable with that and knew they would take care of my new kitty. I would not have let any other vet take my pet back without me. I recommend Potwin Pet Clinic every chance I get.

Mr. Whiskers loves all of the vets and techs. He likes the canned cheese they give him when he needs shots. I've been taking my cats here for over 20 years. Wonderful place...good care and so sympathetic when you lose a furry family member. I got flowers when my 18 yr old Mmrrowh passed. Human doctors don't do this!!!

Potwin Pet Clinic is the best pet clinic in Topeka. They are a very caring group of individuals that I've ever met. They treat your animals as though they were their own animal. Very friendly, very happy-go-lucky staff and the best veterinarians I have ever met. Everyone there once your animals to be in their best condition just like you want your own animals to be in the best condition. Best veterinary clinic in town. And I have been to several none of the other veterinary clinics in town, are even on their level of care and compassion for the animals and the owners of the animals. Always warm and professional. Dr. Terry and staff have taken care of my animals for MANY years. The two oldest kitties just passed away, Pascha (Mama) and Tia (dau) w/I a year of each other and were 18 and 17 respectively. They had excellent care by this clinic as well as all my other pets.
