Man 1st time in this place and I loved it. The guy at the register was awesome and helpful, the prices aren't as high as you'd think and they even have clearance items and hand made treats for animals! My dog loved the ice cream cone cookies lol

I only go to buy a mouse for my snake. Every time, it takes forever to get an employee's attention in the rodent section. However, once I get assistance it is always friendly so that's a plus. All in all it's not a bad place to buy live food for a python.

Will not buy anything from this Petco, or any other, especially live animals.We brought three Parakeets (Budgies) last night, on impulse. Kept them in our small cage thankfully , so they could get used to the ones in the large flight cage.Was looking at them this morning more closely and noted the seemed very slight, and one has bowel issues. And are now on antibiotics to treat their issues.Took them to an avian vet. They are malnourished, have vitamin deficiencies, and even heart issues.My wife rang the store to advise them they need more food options, and supplements. All they said was we will take that into account.The three budgies that are with us are the lucky ones (hopefully). They obviously do not care about the birds. And likely all their animals. I wish I could take them all. I would like to say go rescue the budgies, but it encourages places like this to keep selling them. But on the other hand, they will suffer.If you are a breeder supplying these guys, stop, your birds are suffering there.

My girl showed up on a Sunday for a 9:15 appointment for her dogs. We waited for 10 minutes with her dogs and absolutely no one showed up.The groomer was extremely rude when we called back to find out where she was and why she didn’t answer the door.After talking to the manager she saw the security video and apologized to both of us.The business and its employees feel they can treat people however they want and if you call and complain you are wrong.

Not too many animals and several of the fish tanks looked like it was full of sick fish, and the place definitely needs to be cleaned up and organized better.

The store was smaller than other pet stores with limited stock. What they did have as far as treats go, were expensive and their sale signs were very mis-leading. You have to join in order to get the sale prices that hang in front of the products and really read them to see that you're only getting the sale price if you are a member. A good way to get you to join their club. It did not impress me at all.

This store was nasty. It needs to be cleaned. Trash on the floor and what looked like dried piss on the corner of the shelf. I've never seen such a dirty Petco. They need to clean this disgusting place up.

Took my dog into the self wash. Per usual things are halfway done. The closed sign was still up at noon, The conditioner didn’t work and the person working the grooming area was no where to be found. Other than that dog got cleaned and dried well.

BEWARE!!!!!!!! Cashier had me sign up for petco premier telling me it would only be a one time payment for one month because I specifically told them I was only dog watching for ONE month. Turns out the subscription is for a full year and there is no option to cancel billing. Highly disappointed they basically scammed me. Now I have to deal with the headache of cancelling my card.

Staff are friendly. Lots of animals.The space is a little crowded but had some good items on clearance. It also has a grooming shop inside.Good selection of items for pets.

BUYER BEWARE!!!Unfortunately won't be shopping here again. Purchased some Hill's Science Diet dog food with a 100% unconditional money back guarantee and they refuse to honor it when the diet didn't agree with my pets sensitive tummy. Just keep this in mind when shopping. Avoid buying and pet food here that has that guarantee bc they will not honor it. Very disappointing to be lied too in this way but a company that I used to think was reputable. BUYER BEWARE!
