I came in to order for everyone in my household after work and was already exhausted from a long day!!!The cashier was great, pleasant, and helpful with making decisions & choices for my picky eaters at home!The ISSUE was the COOK in the open back!!!He did NOT try to hide it and made it obvious that he had an attitude and was upset about something that had NOTHING TO DO WITH ME OR MY FAMILY!!!He was grown up, mumbling and was throwing things around in the kitchen! Also, when it came time for him to place our bowls of food on the tray for the cashier to bag, he even threw those up there too!!!If I was NOT already tired from a long day, it would have gone completely different, but luckily for him... I focused on the face of pleasant cashier/hostess and left!Sadly, going forward... I will choose another place.

Definitely not exactly what I was expecting, and while they did offer some of the Asian fare I thought they would, the menu is much more diverse than that. I had a fantastic shrimp pasta with feta. The chicken noodle soup and Caesar salad were both equally delicious. I was extremely impressed with the staff who offered a lot of help and information. It was my first time in and they made finding the right meal a breeze. The interior of the building is pretty nice, but the parking lot is looking pretty rough. Overall, I'll definitely return.

The young woman who took my order was super nice, knowledgeable and friendly, and she really tried helping me get the best order for me. In the name of health I tried the zucchini noodles (zoodles) but with the pad Thai sauce. Sadly, the dish was small and non appetizing. For $9.50 this deal falls short. I have not been to this chain in years and was excited to try it again, but won’t be back.

In Topeka for work and went to Noodles and Co for the first time. We loved it so much we came back for more! They have a lot of variety! My daughter had the Wisconsin Mac and Cheese and I had Pad Thai, hers was very cheesy and mine was very tasty!! We will probably go again before we leave town lol

The staff engaged in incessant arguments, hindering effective communication between two individuals. One was an elderly Caucasian gentleman, while the other appeared to be of Mexican descent. This behavior was far from what I expected from Noodles and Company, lacking professionalism. Unfortunately, my order took over 30 minutes to prepare, disregarding any consideration for the customer's time. Finally, when I inquired about my food, disappointingly, it did not live up to its advertised appeal.

Chris was being really rude, I'm 14 and went with my grandma to pick up some food, as we walked up, he asked if we needed any kids menus, I nicely said no, he said "Are you sure?" In retaliation, I told him that I could drive, he said "okay." I then ordered a small size Buffalo Chicken Mac, and he said "You need the big boy one right?" And I said "Yup." The only good part was the food.

There isn't even enough cheese sauce to call this macaroni and cheese. Majority of the noodles have nothing on them. Makes it very dry and tasteless. I'd like to say this is a one time thing but this is every time I order. Even when I ask for extra cheese sauce, and pay the ridiculous extra charge... They gave me the tiniest little bit in a separate container to add and it STILL wasn't enough to cover all the noodles or taste the cheese. Absolutely silly to skimp that much on cheese sauce for macaroni and cheese.Even the udon noodles and steak had so little sauce that it mas extremely dry. Atleast that one you could taste the tiny bit of sauce they used. However for this dish, I LITERALLY had to add water to it to make it even edible it was so dry.

8-17-2023 visitThe property looked like it was an abandoned building. Weeds overgrown everywhere. I was ignored by staff for several minutes before being told someone would be with me. After another long wait I was finally waited on. The food was Ok. The trash was over flowing and tables needed cleaning. Overall it felt like no one cares about the business anymore.Old reviewThe food is great but the few times I’ve been here the cashier would mumble and would look irritated when I asked him to repeat what he just said. I didn’t feel welcomed with my visit.

My experience today at Noodles and Co fell far below expectations. After arriving at the restaurant only to find a sign on the door instructing customers to use the online ordering system exclusively, I placed my web order at 6:13pm. Eventually, at 6:51pm, I received my order and promptly sat down to enjoy my meal in the restaurant. However, upon opening the bag, I discovered that my daughter's order of Mac and Cheese with shrimp was missing. Concerned, I approached the counter and brought the issue to the attention of Cory, the manager on duty.To my disappointment, Cory engaged in a three-minute argument with me, insisting that the missing item was included in the bag and expressing doubt regarding my claim. Despite pointing out that I had never left my table and had come specifically to dine in, the manager's behavior escalated. He began throwing items from the countertops onto the floor, creating an unpleasant and unprofessional atmosphere. Eventually, he conceded and agreed to replace the missing Mac and Cheese with shrimp.Regrettably, it wasn't until 7:09pm that I finally received the Mac and Cheese with shrimp, causing further inconvenience and delay.Throughout my time in the restaurant, I observed that the cooking process seemed inefficient and disorganized. The cook appeared to handle only one order at a time, resulting in a backlog of bowls filled with food waiting for chicken to be added. Furthermore, I witnessed the cook carelessly tossing dirty utensils and other items from the kitchen towards the sink area, indicating a lack of attention to cleanliness and proper kitchen etiquette.To make matters worse, when our food finally reached us, it was disappointingly cold. It was evident that the overall quality of our dining experience had been compromised. Our order number was 20084239843999747.However, amidst the dissatisfaction, I must commend the woman responsible for bagging the food. She exhibited exceptional politeness and kindness throughout the ordeal. In fact, she even took it upon herself to advocate on my behalf and engage in a discussion with the individual in charge, in an effort to resolve the issue and ensure that my daughter received her much-awaited Mac and Cheese.

First time visiting. Tony was very helpful in explaining the ordering process and their guarantee policy (if you're not happy with your order, you can try another selection).The food was delicious, hot and fresh. The place was clean and seemed to be well kept.The ingredients in the dishes were well planned and executed. For instance, I'm not a fan of cucumbers but, I forgot to ask them to be left out of the dish. So, since they were included, I gave them a try and they really added to the overall flavor. The spicy Korean beef also included cilantro. I cannot emphasize how much flavor the cilantro brought to the dish. It really took it to a whole new level.As a personal preference, I will ask for the sauce on the side if possible so as to be able to control the amount added. There was a little too much for my liking but, you can't expect to get something like that perfect in a way everyone will like.For the spicy korean I recommend asking for extra cilantro and a lime or two.I was impressed with the food. Having seen the company before, I didn't really give it much thought because...a lot of niche food places fail to deliver. Glad I gave it a try.

We enjoyed our entrees an the tomato bisque was very good. The pot stickers were cold though when reheated at home were good so 4 stars. Now the reason for only 2 stars. We went to dine in at 8:30pm. We knew the restaurant closed at 9:00 but made the assumption we’d be finished by then. Took a good 15 minutes to get our food. It was delivered to us by an employee. We’d barely gotten started eating when the same employee came by and said we had to be out of the restaurant in 5 minutes as they were closing. Why did they not tell us before we started eating?? He had the opportunity to tell us when he delivered our food. What’s more, we had to ask for a bag to pack it up!! At no time were we told that we wouldn’t be able to stay past 9. We wouldn’t have been upset to be told it would need to be a to-go order. This however left us angry and confused with the restaurant’s “policy” for patrons to be out by 9:00.

I've eaten here a few times already. I like my pasta with saucy. In the very beginning they served the portions well to my liking. Over a couple years, I had to start asking for extra sauce. The sauce was mixed into my food directly and it always seemed like they weren't adding ANY additional sauce I paid "extra" for. I then started asking for extra sauce on the side so I could add it myself to make it to my liking. They used to fill up their bowls enough to where I'd have extra sauce to share with my breadksticks. Today, I bought extra sauce for $1.25 and they gave me 4 TABLESPOON worth on the side. I did go back and ask them to give me more sauce because I thought what they gave me was a mistake, knowing they used to give way more. The people in the back quickly made me some more, however one of the girls kept saying "ask her to pay for it if she wants extra sauce" from there it was evident that it was not a mistake, they do just give you a few tablespoons worth. Lastly I have allergies to certain things they make, so I edited my order to make sure it was substituted for something else. Sadly, I found it in my food by the time I was already done eating.

I went here for lunch hoping for a quick and delicious lunch break. Ordered the Spaghetti and meatballs. The young lady at the cash register was very nice, friendly and helpful. (Didn't catch her name).The food came out quickly, probably less than a 5 minute wait. Everything tasted good. The meatballs could have been warmed a bit more; they were starting to cool.The restaurant is a very nice, clean place with modern decor. The service was superb, the food was good. I will knock them down one star because the meatballs could have been warmed a bit and because the food was pricey relative to what you get.4/5; Recommended for a quick lunch that's a cut above fast food. Expect to pay a bit more. I'll come back.
