They treat you like cattle, driving you from one end of the store to the other. We took our 5 year old to get shoes and a toy. Kids shoes are on one side, clothes in the middle, and toys on the other side. Then back to the first side to find a cash register. NEVER AGAIN.

I purchased a Bissell Carpet Shampooer 10 months ago from Kohls. I hadn't used it much before it broke. I took it apart, and spent 30 minutes on the phone with Bissell support. They advised me to return it to the company. Instead, I contacted the LeAnn, Assistance Manager at Kohls who agreed to exchange it for a new machine. I was so pleased with Kohl's response, and Kathy in Customer Service. My new one works great! Kohls was flexible in listening to me, and making an exception in their return policy. That's good business.

Cashier Judy was friendly with a smile. It’s had to get smiles anymore at the registers. She also read back all of my savings and Kohls cash. The reason I shop at Kohls is to get the savings and the Kohls cash.

Doesn't have items in the store that are posted online as deals. Even though it clearly says it's in store. And good luck finding help therefore anything in a locked case. Nice looking clothes there though

This is a great place to start your shopping trip. They have a good selection of mens and womens shoes and clothing. The facility was clean and well staffed.

Slow service and could not use my rewards card to pull up my account. Therefore did not give y gift rewards! Store sooo, mouthing folded or employees did not know where men’s belts were so left without one

Kohl's 30% off coupons and Kohl's Cash is a "bait and switch" ongoing 24/7 SCAM. 30% off only applies to items that no one really wants, and the Kohl's cash is a scam to get you back within a very short time; and if you don't use it, you loose it. Refunds are not available on returned items if you use cash.

Very nice store to shop at! A little bit pricey here and there, I absolutely love how they put a Sephora and remodeled the store. Customer service is very good and bathrooms and fitting rooms are very clean! One of the best stores in Topeka!:)
