Called before hand to make sure my daughters prescription was ready and the lady in the pharmacy confirmed it was. Pulled up to the drive thru waited 20 mins behind a customer in front of me. Normally I would assume you would have the guest pull around if their prescriptions wasnt ready. When I get up to the window now the pharmacist needs to call the doctor to confirm dosage. Poorly run business if my kids was not sick I would've transferred prescription.

My 96-yr old mother has her prescriptions delivered to Thornton Place. She called me and told me she had not received it, so I called the pharmacy and talked to Paulo. He was very concerned and helpful. He looked it up and said my mother had signed for it. Sure enough, she had received it and forgotten. Paulo was very caring and concerned during the whole process. He reduced my stress level by a ton!

I just want to thank this pharmacy for always being so helpful and going above and beyond. We have some medical issues within our family and frequent this pharmacy often, they are always accommodating. There maybe times when they are busy, but they always provide the same great service. They are all great, but I would like to mention Scott, who just went above and beyond to fill a needed prescription insurance wouldn’t fill until Tuesday. He set up a discount program and put it through as cash so we could get the needed medication for my daughter. Thanks again Hy-Vee Pharmacy for being a step above the rest!

Staff is always incredibly rude, never communicate when there is an issue with your prescription or missing info from the provider unless YOU call them. They always act put put when you want to use good rx to lower your price. They've charged my debit card instead of my HSA card multiple times and always act like it's my fault when it happens.

Hy-Vee has become my one place to shop for groceries. I've switched my prescriptions to the Hy-Vee pharmacy as they are the lowest cost in town, even when using my GoldRx+ account. The people are why I go to Hy-Vee. They hire the nicest people I've ever met in any grocery store. They are helpful, and enjoy greeting their customers. They always have some of the best deals each week, and the Hy-Vee+ program is an amazing way to get great deals throughout the month. And I guarantee their fuel rewards program beats any program around. I love my Topeka Hy-Vee so much that the trip across town is worth it, even though Walmart and Dillons are closer.Hy-Vee does need a better selection of MSG because it Make S**t Good.(Aside: The GoodRx+ is worth the price, even if you have prescription insurance. GoodRx decimates my employer prescription insurance by leaps and bounds.)

Have started going here as the Walmart Neighborhood Market never has the medications I need in stock, even after waiting weeks because they've ordered it. They also were able to process both of my daughter's insurances (she's double insured) to bring her medication price down to $0. Walmart had always told me they were unable to do so. I've never really had to wait (and if I did, there is a sign to call ahead so they can start processing your pickup order). My wait times at the Neighborhood Market are always terribly long. Scott is also the best pharmacist around!

Pretty Good Service and what wait-times there are, are moderate once every so often, if at all, especially when compared to a number of places where '1' window Only will operate while someone decides to have a full-on "Q & A Appt.", regardless of the line behind them, and this is usually at certain Walgreens and even Dillons locations. 🙄I have had issues repeatedly with my GoodRx and especially GoodRx Gold as of late, though - the latest price coming up when they charge me will be too high and not match the current coupon online. Fortunately all of the Pharmacy techs have fixed this pricing issue thus far although one of the actual Pharmacists, (Ken I believe), has repeatedly butted in, - telling the techs that it's ("most likely") an issue caused by *different generic meds that are not the same ones that are selected for this particular GoodRx Coupon and therefore the price has changed, (or rather increased significantly).Fortunately I know better from experience over time at various other pharmacies and have found that if your GoodRx/Gold Account has Not been updated, which occurs regularly with the plain GoodRx so always look up the latest Coupon and have it on your phone ready to present & update again, and as far as GoodRx Gold, as long as your account does Not change and NO monthly payments are missed, it should automatically update to the latest correct price. However, I know with GoodRx *Gold that if you missed a payment or your account changed, (mine oddly did over some minor price increase which gave me another 30 days Free but did Not update my next prescription price), I had to therefore convince the pharmacy tech that she needed to just erase the current form on my account and from my phone, type in the new data numbers and then run it which updated my account & the price to match the much lower price my App was currently showing for this script. The problem was solved. If GoodRx, especially the Free Version last I checked, is not updated each time, then the price always gradually increases. If $5 is what you first payed, then without updating as in presenting the latest GoodRx Price via the coupon on your phone or printing it out, the price usually jumps up to nearly $13 and then $17 and perhaps still higher the next time. So if this is happening, always bring in the most recent GoodRx Coupon and have the Pharmacist/tech re-enter the info onto your account for the prescription(s) after scrubbing the old info and there you should have it, the same low prices continued.I like HyVee Pharmacy as they usually don't mind taking the extra step or two, which really saves a huge percentage.Their weekend hours, especially after this 'Pandemic' are much shorter, especially on Sunday, which can be pretty inconvenient, so plan accordingly.Also, as far as the 27-day period, where one must wait until they can get their "Controlled Substance" refilled, which really is annoying especially when you don't live near the pharmacy or you only have time on a particular day of the week to get it, HyVee of course follows this Law but unlike several other pharmacies, they will give you your prescription on the 27th *full day after you last Picked it up with NO hassle.I've literally had Pharmacists/Techs wh have made me wait 28 & 29 days after just so they could be analyzing and/or because they *thought they were preventing the abuse of a few "Controlled" tablets like OMG...!!This was at the Dillons Pharmacy off of Rochester in N. Topeka.Another case I remember was at a Walgreens Pharmacy by 8th & Topeka where it seems certain Pharmacists especially like to follow their own versions of the Law, which is wrong.I had a Pharmacist straight and So much more ‼️👍

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Not only is the customer service bad, but they quoted me one price over the phone and then jacked it up more than $200 when I got there. Apparently, an employee over the phone didnt tell me everything. And the store manager was no help. What's worse, it is late on Friday and I cant call my doctor to get something else. I can't afford their price so I have to do without a medication for at least a few more days. Not only that, they argued with me about the rules for using a manufacturer's coupon. I read their website thoroughly and knew the rules. I will never use a Hyvee pharmacy again.

I love this little gas station. The people that work there are always very nice and helpful. I come here all the time and they are super awesome. The prices are good and they even sell fidget spinners and a lot of them!

A real bummer compared to the Hy-Vee Gas in Lawrence on 23rd St. This one never seems to have any fuel saver items, almost everything seems 10-20% higher priced, the pizza is worse, the grillers items and other food aren't ready during all open hours, and speaking of hours, they aren't 24/7 like the Lawrence spot. And can you people PLEASE fix the air compressor??

Lady at the pharmacy is incredibly rude, audibly made fun of a guy that needed insulin the day before Christmas. Kept interrupting and was very grabby and just generally hostile towards customers.

Fuel too expensive. Casey's has 0 ethanol fuel like 20 cents less per gallon. Hyvee ⛽ is out of touch,over priced.

I've been going here for about 9 months and half the time, either there is a mixup with the prescription, or they are out of stock, so I end up having to go without my medication for several days each month.
