I found the craft supplies that I needed at this dollar tree location however the cashier was very rude and sarcastic when serving the customers ahead of me. When speaking up for the senior customers she was rude to I received the same treatment.I did not catch her name tag but she is a Caucasian female with dreadlocks.The lines were busy and people started to move over because a second cashier approached a register. A third cashier comes out and says that she’s open and the second gentleman is not.To the two customers that changed lines thinking the second gentleman was opening a second register, she stated that it was a “wild assumption” to assume that he was opening another check out station because he approached a second register. Being as though the store was busy it made perfect sense for the approaching gentleman to have been a second cashier.Upon leaving I let the lady with dreadlocks know that for better business she should kindly redirect people versus using dry sarcasm to project the anger of how her day was going. She responded to me by being sarcastic and asking me why I didn’t like dry sarcasm. As I attempted to tell her exactly how she was rude to the previous customers she over talked me and continued to tell me to have a good day in a sarcastic tone.I got what I needed but received extremely poor service. The surrounding cashiers attempted to console their coworker versus having an eye for the disrespect that was just allowed. 11-09-22 approx 2:45-2:50pm.

Took my daughter to spend her allowance. I left $46 dollars later. I mostly picked up cleaning supplies and party supplies and other random items. The store was clean and organized. The cashier was pleasant.

As always, the store was neat and clean. There were boxes in the aisle as they were stocking the shelves today. I was surprised at the length of the check out line. Normally they have another checker there quickly. They did get one there but it was a good 5-7 minutes before that happened. I still highly recommend this store for the variety of items available, cleanliness, you can actually find what you are looking for and the employees are helpful.

This $Tree could use a couple extra employees around the store to help keep the floors pick up. The same at the California$ Tree store in Topeka Ks. The manager there name Paul he does a fantastic good job at this store. Thanks alot.Val Harris 👍🏼

The staff is getting friendlier. Seems the turn over rate is very high. The store needs a facelift desperately. The dirtiness of the store isn't something the employees could do anything about at this point. Great prices, great selection & you never see a empty shelf.

This was worst dollar store I've been to.Wanted to try a new one so I chose this one to go to after an hr drive,bought a few things then ask to use restroom and was told close to public.I will not go back.

I went this dollar tree today and the manager was very very rude to the only checker. All of a sudden there was a line and checker called for back up and as the manager walked past her she said - now is a fine time to call a back-up. The checker, helping me, said they just appeared all at once, which they did...manager was very rude in front of the customers. I normally have to call for my own back-up cause she always in the office...I will stand in a long line and say out loud, CAN WE GET A CHECK-OUT ON LINE 2.. Jeez. I normally use a basket, but this visit before today, I had a cart full and had a time getting the cart outside with the pole on it....could not understand why the pole. I admit I bent it a little. Today, the same bent pole cart was there and at this time I noticed all carts have poles on them..>WHY??? Today I had 45 items some large to where the cart was full of bags. I parked right at the door and was heading out when the manager shouted. You can't take the carts out...I said, How the am I to get my stuff to the car...I am handicapped, do you not see that handicapped placard. I can't make three or four trips to my car...I ask if she was gonna take em out to the car, which she did. I went out ahead and she was pissed as I was and told her to hurry up so I can get my ass outta here. As she put the bags in my car, she literally tossed them in, I thought i was videoing her but wasn't to sent it in also. I was saying to myself how she think we supposed to get our stuff to the car without a cart...I was not making more than one trip. She asked if I was cursing her and I said NO, but I can...she then told me not to come back to HER store. Then I cursed her and told her F you B, F you and this $tore too....I like N Topeka where the workers are more friendly and the store is a lot neater. I only go there when I need something at Aldi. I spend 50 to 70 dollars each time I am in there. No more. She is a very rude manager, she acts like she too good to be called to check out when I saw her doing nothing but hiding in the room.

Wnt here a few weeks ago. The cashier got moody with me because i had more then 10 items. He muttered cant handle this. And rolled his eyes at me. I apologized for being a problem and stated i just moved to topeka. And some how it was funny to him. Very rude.

It's a dollar tree you get what you pay for the stores are rarely ever stocked with the same items the people who work at most of these places stand around talking about their private lives in the isles while stocking. Most things break within the week if not the day you get them. It can save you money if you need a few items till Payday.

It's my favorite job yet... I love working with all my co-workers and how amazing we all handle the store to make it presentable to our everyday regular customers and also the new comers. Dollar tree is the best.

Was picking up balloons for my twin teenagers party this weekend. Had picked at four balloons and was looking to get at least two more. Went through about 6 no we don't have that one in stock then she tells me they have a 4 ballin limit. Wasted 10 minutes on balloons!!!

I was surprised to see they have a limit of 5 balloons. I called the store on sw 6th street and they have no limits. The people on 29th need some training on how to treat customers. Will not go back to this store. Needs cleaned up. Staff and store.

Once again,Dollar Tree had what I was looking for that wasn't at Walmart, Target, tractor supply, or OfficeMax. I needed science school supplies, a 50 ml graduated cylinder. I called ahead, Marjorie found it and held it for me at the register. The helpful and friendly employees is reason why Southwest 29th Street Dollar Tree is my favorite go to store

Very disorganized. Did not have half of what other Dollar Trees have. It took us a long to to find what we were looking for. Employees were very uninformed and could not help us. Only found not even half's of what we needed. Very unhappy with service. Usually very unsatisfied.

This is my neighborhood DT and I come her 2-3x/week. The staff here work hard to keep things stocked and neat even though some of the customers are slobs.
