The employees should do a better job about paying attention to the front end.There was a long line of frustrated customers with a malfunctioning self checkout and the clerk was nowhere to be found, we looked.I could've just as easily walked right out the door and saved a lot of time.March 13th, 2024 at 3:45pm

I was so impressed with the manager Crystal who I called in the process of helping with a private matter however she was not only helpful but I noticed while I was on the phone with her she was greeting people by name and just had a kindness and wonderful presence about her and people were reacting to that with so much joy. We need more people like her in the world.

I love Dollar General because it's so easy to get in and out of, is usually not too crowded and they carry a wide variety of goods. This store is my favorite location because it's always very neat and organized and everyone who works there is friendly and helpful!

Had to run to the store last minute to buy dog food. I like Dollar General because it is convenient. However, I now know I can’t rely on them to be open at 9:50pm when they’re store closes at 10. For being a convenient store where most shopping experiences take less than 5 min, it’s frustrating.

I don’t expect a lot from Dollar General, it’s mostly just for convenience when I can’t be bothered to get to the regular stores where everything is cheap and I don’t mind paying a small premium for the convenience. But this one really takes the cake, very disorganized, half the store still has product sitting on it that hasn’t been put onto the shelf, and there’s really only ever one person working that you have to play a game of Marco Polo with before you can get them to the register.

I called ahead to see if they had an item I bought out of every DG east of me. Decided to go west this year. They said they had 3 in stock. Employee couldn’t find 1 when I got there. Horrible customer service and completely disordsnized!

Dollar General..I love it there! Lots of good prices, they take coupons. I wish they had banana, apples and oranges! One stop shopping if they had some fresh fruit and veg!

Cashier was having problems with register the line was getting longer people were not practicing Social distancing I had to step out of line and go grab some mask due to coughing customers in the store The head cashier was not helping her, (he could of opened another register and helped check people out that were waiting) she continued to apologize letting us know that she was having problems with the terminal (it kept asking the customer if they wanted cash back cashier was commented about registers not working properly that they were old and needed to be updated

They have their own brand with good quality on some things and the name brand stuff is maybe cents more expensive than super stores nearby. So you don't have to deal with larger crowd whether window shopping or convenient shopping.

Stocker knew store well. She pointed me to an obscure product and took me there. Cashier efficient and friendly. Store well stocked with all sorts of items.

A good store with friendly staff. Well stocked and typically clear aisles. Wednesday is restocking/ delivery day so there is congestion.

The 45th & California store is always clean and organized. I dont go often, but when I do it's better than the others I've been to in town.

A variety of merchandise, from frozen foods and groceries, to discount casual clothes. Most prices are competitve. Good to stop at for a quick item or two. Lots of impulse items.

Ran in for some decent cheap snaks. Turns out they had some. Looked like a bunch of other people had the same idea. Most of what I wanted was sold out.
