Worst bakery ever, donuts day old bricks.Need to learn the art of allowing your Cinnamon rolls to properly rise instead of the dense tasteless bricks you throw in a box, and don't even get me started on the sandwich croissants, and Not the friendliest of staff, like you find at front of store. It was nice to see so many young people employed at the store today. Both my checker and bagger were nice and polite and handled a woman in front of me who was behaving inappropriately for the situation with kindness and grace. They made the best of a silly situation over a coupon for a free item.

Love this Dillons, the location is great coming from Montara. I’d rather come here than WM. They always have what I need, lanes are always open, and I can use my gas points at the station in the same parking lot. Pickup is always done fast, and customer service is amazing! I also love coming here to pay my rent using the money services. To make a money order, I can just swipe my debit card and it’s done. So easy. Thank you for a seamless experience everytime!

This place has one of the best cheeses your taste buds could ever encounter with a burger or sandwich. Boar's Head Chipotle Guda cheese. It's not as spicy as it sounds. This is the only place to get it. Once you try it on a bacon and mushroom cheeseburger or cold cut sandwich I'm sure you'll agree that it's well worth the price of a pound of it which is just over $10 after taxes. This place has most of the food items one person or one family needs in a month and at very competitive prices too.

Dillions pharmacy sucks. I've tried to get meds there several times but had nothing but problems. The options & variety in the deli for hot meals is very poor if they even bother having anything. The rest of the store is just ok.

I never leave reviews but Jan in the bakery is so amazing and nice. I feel like she’s very underrated. She gave me a hug and told me she loved me, also gave me baking tips for baking my first cake. She is such a sweetheart I feel like I just adopted a grandma. She deserves so much ❤️ She has been the most impactful person in my life even though I just met her yesterday for 20 minutes.

Look at that! Great customer service, and quick turnaround. I will admit it is a bit small, but it's amazing what a well managed market can do for a customer. If you're forced to give your money to Kroger anyway (which is another issue entirely), might as well give it to one that knows what it's doing.

Dillons cashier ran my debit card twice recently! (Ran the lady in front of me 3 times) Said it wasn't going thru. A few days later I see she actually charged me twice! Took the receipt back to Dillons for a refund or gift card. Was toldNO! NOT UNLESS YOU BRING A BANK STATEMENT IN!!!!!!!!AYFKM! They are not getting a bank statement! It's clearly right there on the receipt. They could've easily checked their daily report on that cashier's transactions for that time period on that register!!!! No wonder Dillons is a billion dollar company!

I go there often. Tend to use self-checkout, especially when not in the mood to interact and wanting to diligently focus on my purchases. Never had issues with the products, but had to confront an employee yesterday who feigns attentiveness in the self- checkout, but stands next to me and watches like a hawk as if I'm going to steal something, so much so that she knew what wasn't going to register before the register did. When I asked why she was zeroed in on me, she said it's her job. Really? To watch me? While everyone else is checking out, you're focused only on me? Dillons, invest in security. Guess I'll have to start pulling out my camera and recording.

The store usually is well stocked, but not well staffed. I have been coming here for over a year and I honestly cannot recall a single staff asking me if I needed help finding things. When I do need help its near impossible to find an employee to help.Today, in the midst of COVID, I saw zero effort on behalf of the store to sanitize items. Nobody was wiping down carts or self checkout. Nobody was enforcing the wearing of masks. Very disappointing compared to other stores who are trying to limit the germ sharing..

The pharmacy usually does well but for two weeks they told me they weren’t able to give me meds that if not taken could give me a heart condition, they said they couldn’t get it to me because the doctor hadn’t approved it yet so I call my doctor and they say they had never gotten a request for my meds. Thank god me and my mom have the same meds or I would be sueing

I am genuinely surprised at the negative comments regarding customer service at the Brookwood Dillons. We have been shopping there for 35 years and I have always had excellent service and friendly help. I have gotten to know several of the staff by name. I really hope this store remains open. And a comment about the pharmacy drew my attention, for I think they provide the best service one can find. I'm now a regular there, but I have dropped off and waited and picked up at pharmacies for people all over town, and Tim and the Dillons Pharmacy staff are unsurpassed. I'm puzzled about the negative comment - I have never experienced poor service there.

Great customer service. Got home and realized that two bottles of purchase were missing. Called to ask if there were found at one of the cashiers but not found. Went back the following morning and mentioned to customer service and was told to simply go and get the two items from the shelf and return to counter who simply told us to take as replacement.

I love this little Dillon's! It's smaller than most of the others, but it's located in an extremely convenient place for me and the people there are so very nice. They always have what I need and I don't feel like it's so terribly crowded - thus a more pleasant shopping experience.

The part of the store that sells groceries isn't so bad. Unfortunately, the things I have to put up with to get those groceries makes coming here not worth it. The confusing pricing system, the employees who couldn't care less about doing their job correctly, items not ringing up correctly.I guess the poor quality of the employees is due to the company's way of treating them. The stores are open pretty much year round, even on Thanksgiving! For heaven's sake, what ever happened to spending holidays with family? If the corporate management is so focused solely on making as much money as possible, no wonder they attract only the worst employees. Anyone with an ounce of intelligence would find a better company to work for, someone who actually values the employees' family time.

This store has a wide variety of products. With the Dillons card allowing lots of special discounts, it can save a lot from posted prices.

Digital coupons are ridiculous ! Had to ring my groceries up twice because of it ! Older generation misses out on deals because they don't have a cell phone ! They're about to lose me as a shopper because customer 1st is no longer a priority! I've not been offered a carry out in 2 years probably at any of their stores ! I can go to Walmart if I want this service ! I worked for Dillons for 18 years so I'm just sad to see customer service is no longer a priority.

Smaller but well stocked. I'm glad for the remodel of the produce section. Tim in Pharmacy runs a tight ship and I think their fried chicken is better than Boss Hawg's next door.

Brookwood Dillons is the absolute worst Dillons store in the entire city. This store has been allowed to run down to an abysmal state. There are no amenities in this store (olive bar, natural food section etc.) like ALL the other Dillons stores in town have. Selection at this store is horrendous in comparison to all of the other stores. This place has taken up the reigns of the now closed former central Topeka dump Dillons. I would say if you can’t bring this store up to the standard of all other locations in town, then it’s time to close the doors.

We are not going to the Dillons on 29th St anymore. I wouldn't recommend them because while everyone is nice there, the stock levels leave a lot to be desired. Always out of sale items, and always having to go to another Dillons or to Wal mart after leaving this store to get the items we need that we were planning on getting at this location..

This Dillons is where customer service goes to die. If you use the self check out and need an attendant, be prepared to wait up to 15 minutes. Also, they no long stock a lot of items. Close this place already!
