Dillons had everything that we needed. Today they had a great sale going and the fresh veggies looked really great. The self checkout registers are a little hard to deal with. The checkout attendant was so patient and helpful. We appreciated that.

If you're gonna have self checkouts, then at least staff them with individuals that understand how the system works and are competent enough to operate it. A decent attitude and acting like you care about being there helps too. This location has really gone downhill in customer service ever since they installed the second set of self checkouts. And back when I worked there, they would've printed this review out and talked with everyone about it.

Pharmacy staff would not sell me insulin syringes. These are an over-the-counter item, but they made a cold, unprofessional decision to not sell them to me. My diabetic wife and I were visiting town, and she had left her diabetic supplies at home.This horrible service really put us in a bind, and jeopardized my wife's health.I understand that they likely think people buying syringes are drug users, but they should not treat people poorly that really need medical items that are crucial to their health.We are also sending a complaint to the Kansas Board of Pharmacy.

This store is great. Been shopping here for Decades. The employees are friendly, helpful, and always say hi to my handicapped brother. Only thing is, they always seem to be shorthanded. I'd like to see these hard working people, get more help.

Shopping and finding items was fine it wasnt till we got to checkout when we had an issue with an employee staring us down the whole time because of our large cart and then tried implying that we didnt check some of the larger items after watching us scan them

I've always preferred the Dillons on 29th. My last online order for store pick up was a mess. They gave my food to a random person that was not authorized to pick up my food. So I had to come back the next day to get my order. Which I understand things happen, not really sure how that happens but ok. I also live out of town so it was big inconvenience. Then once I realized I didn't get all my food. I called to let them know. The guy on the phone tried to make me sound like I didn't know what I was talking about and I had to have gotten all the food. Then tells me to come by and just ask for him. I had asked just for a refund or the food. But after trying to plan a third time going out of my way. I just couldn't make it back. With feeling like I was being talked to like I was wrong after they messed up. I just gave up. So I paid for food I didn't get just because they messed up.

Lunch - dirty tables, no one cleaning up the whole time we were there. We wiped off our own table. Two drink dispensers out of order. Food--Chinese & chicken dinners below average. Two different drinks tasted watered down. Disappointing.

Prices going up, 4th of July tomorrow you have only 2 cashiers!!! Under half self check out stations open if that. People waiting long enough their ice cream is melting in line. Should be giving discounts for time spent in lines...Its like this non holidays too...hire more staff PLEASE

There was a time I gave this store 5 stars, for their variety and customer service. I believe customer service is everything, now they have 1 poor elderly woman watching multiple self-checkers and no one to help her. If a price is wrong the customer is now forced to "prove it". Why shop someplace that charges 3xs the price of Aldi or Wal-Mart? At least Aldi will throw your groceries in your cart, with a smile. If I could reduce my score below 1 star I would. The really sad part, is it's not that poor elderly womans fault or the floor supervisor that looks like she hasn't had time to sleep. It's the corporate office who has reduced the amount of employees, increased the current employees work load, while diminishing the quality of customer service to zero. Shame on you Kroger!

Just got told because the lady was at the end of her shift and couldn't watch the self-check lane that we weren't allowed through self check lane with a full cart of groceries. Nothing says an item count on those lanes. We go through these lanes twice a month with yhe same amount and have never had any trouble. Dillon's doesn't want to pay cashiers, but doesn't allow full carts through self check out. Capitalism at it's finest.

The worst Dillons!This week there were no grocery carts IN THE BUILDING my husband had to go back to the parking lot to grab 2 while I struggled waiting and holding both our twins.Last week they were out of grocery bags. What kind of grocery store charges these prices and doesn’t have plastic bags?!? This isn’t Aldi’s!Watch you expiration dates! I have bought a few items not realizing how close the date was. What takes the cake here? The TWO YEAR OLD EXPIRED can of red peppers I found covered in a thick layer of dust!And every week they are out of multiple staple items! For an entire month I have been unable to finish my shopping list because they were out of stock.Lastly, the layout for the store makes zero sense. I thought it was just me being new to the area, but on multiple occasions I’ve seen others stop employees to ask where items were.Find somewhere else to shop, even the Walmart next door is better than this!

This is the North Topeka store that I'm sharing about. I used to think that this store was the best one but when they started the "click list" or pick up as they call it now, it went from good to not so good. They are usually out of many items, don't have substitutes or they just offer you them and the people that pick out your groceries aren't very good at picking produce or meat. I had three extremely bad experiences with my pick up orders so I quite going here to shop on line. I was told by a manager to bring in my rotted produce and smashed bread and do my own shopping. Very unprofessional.

It's Dillon's ... BETTER than Walmart in all food especially PRODUCE .. a little pricey but better quality..don't recommend going after 5pm it gets packed and ALWAYS have a Dillon's card it SAVES ....$$$ can't beat there 2 for 5 deals

Knowledgeable staff helpful courteous kind the store itself is laid out very well easily accessible location is Right pricing is very fair quality of products ounces in the house eggs there be slicing is far better than Walmart Dillons is excellent. I would recommend anyone to do the degree.

Since the remodel the choices are much greater. The shelves are always stocked, the checkout lines are efficient. The only issue is that parking lot is really dark by 10pm and shouldn't be so dark with two hours left before closing. It looks like they're closed when they're not and it seems unsafe.

I used a new feature today and I was pleasantly surprised with the results. The only con to this pro was that it added to the Dillons employee's responsibility.
