Had to have a prescription filled before a procedure and it is not written till the day of. There was a problem with the prescription (not CVS’s fault) when I dropped it off. It was finally resolved, but when I arrived to pick it up, the pharmacy was closed for lunch! All of the 4-5 people that were there earlier were gone. Why would they let the whole pharmacy group leave. Unbelievable!

I receive text messages that I've requested a refill on something I just picked up prompting a call from my doctor. When I call the pharmacy, I am answered by "hold" and after sitting on hold a long time, I'm just hung up on. Their automated system is messed up.

Alicia is one of the employee who charged me for USB(asked for soft copy of passport pic) which is $ 16.99 + tax. She gave me empty USB envelope saying USB is inside envelope. But she knew that there is no USB inside the envelope. I went for a retake of picture ( as the first picture is blurred). Other employee helped me with retake and I have asked her for updating the picture in USB ( soft copy). At that point of time I have seen that the envelop is empty and asked the previous employee(Alicia) . She committed that she has not given me the USB but charged me for it. Worst experience and rude employee. ALERT: CHECK YOUR ITEMS BEFORE PAYING BILL AND AMOUNT YOU PAID.

I have had this prescription for 8 years have filled it at various cha pharmacy around the country. Never had problems but this pharmacy I tried filling it 3 months in a row and had the same problem every month yet each time they told me that they had the info they needed and we wouldn't have an issue next month well I did. So I went to fill it today hoping it wouldn't be a problem but it was they said they couldn't fill it. I went to the CVS at 21st and Gage and what do you know they were able to fill it with out a problem. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. Oh another oddity about this store is it cost more to get my prescription filled there.

I think Employee's in Customer Service have become more protective of their feelings. It may seem rude, but when I think of all the verbal abuse they deal with from unhappy People that come into the store and expect THEM TO JUMP AND RUN to get to a Person who very possibly is not paying attention to what they themselves sound like, and which words are used. It compares with going into a Restaurant and expecting FAST FOOD timing..... then the Waitress is BLAMED because THE COOK had to prepare the food! I'd like to compliment them and simply say Thanks, for dealing with some People at all. After all, the Customer's have NO IDEA what type of LIFE the Employee is having at that time. My Sister is in Hospital with Leukemia, very sick, terribly sad for Anyone who knows how wonderful she is, and we hope will continue to be.COMPLAINERS: Do you know what that Employee's LIFE is like on THAT DAY?

I called and asked for pricing on Primatine Mist inhalers, the girl said that Primatine Mist has been off the market for 20 years and its no longer available. I went to Walgreens and they had it on the shelf as an OTC Inhaler for $29.99, i bought three of them. CVS needs to hire people that know what they are talking about. Also, i walked into CVS the next day with my wife for a different product and saw the Primatine Mist that the girl said they didnt have because it was off the market.TO CVS: YOUR OWN STAFF cost you over $90.00 in one sale...and based on the lack of customers you have in there...you really cant afford to lose a single dollar...learn your products....learn your job.

Unless you have no co-pay for your prescriptions they are expensive. There over-the-counter products are also High in cost. You're better off going to Walmart for a lot of personal care products. It's worth the trip to go elsewhere for personal care items.

Their photo printer is terrible quality. Smudged colors. Dont waste your time for now. Pretty much same price at Fedex and far better quality.

Called up and asked about prices on 4 specific items, the girl put me on hold for 12 minute and came back and said they didnt carry any of the items i asked for even though they are listed as a retailer of the items. I drove to the store myself and they had EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THE ITEMS I ASKED ABOUT!!!!!!!!!! THIS is why this store will be out of business within a year!
