First time in and wanted to get more information on products. We were able to do that is a relaxed and nonrushed fashion. Dan was great and answered our questions and was honest when he was nto sure about something but lead us to locations online for further education in those areas and helped us look up stuff while there for better understanding. I will definitely be back for purchases.

There's no doubting their products are great, but they seem to be lacking responsibility and professionalism when it comes to their opening hours. I went over there today to get my usual stuff, only to find the door was locked and the lights were off when they should've been open an hour ago. I also heard that this has been occurring for years now and I only started going there recently. How unprofessional

Love their Thc-O moonrocks, hhc vapes Thc-a flower and cbn products! The taste is so good especially the thca flower! Everything helps to calm me right down and will make you very mellow and relaxed. These products have definitely helped with my anxiety, depression and sleep issues.

I base my rating on the price of items, atmosphere and the kindness of the employees.In the case of American Shaman, I had never been in before, all my questions were answered and then some with lovely hospitality. I was offered samples and given time to just sit and look.The only reason I wouldn't give this a 5 star is because the prices are still so high, however, I believe it's because CBD is a wonderful alternative to narcotics, that actually works. Still, if they would lower the prices, we could all feel better.

Love this place. Beautiful and inviting. Always friendly people working. Some employees seem to have better knowledge of the product than others. Wish that was more even handed. Last time ( first time ever with cbd) tried the unflavored VG cloud. Worked well for my trigeminal neuralgia. Results in minutes. Very pleased. Went with the nasal spray this time. I've had to use the oil 2 to 3 times a day otherwise. Get's expensive.This location will soon have a coffee bar too!

Great customer service! Got a vape pen and had trouble getting it to work and went in and showed me how operate it. Had it for about 2 months and stopped working and went back in and traded me out for a new! CBD seems to help some with my anxiety, stress, and insomnia. Plan on going back for more cartridges and plan on trying some other products too!

If you want great customer service and amazing CBD product, do not go here. Avoid this place at all costs and save your money. My dad bought “CBD” product from here and I took one look at the ingredients list and knew it was a terrible product. Go to the one on 21st and Wanamaker across from natural grocers. They are much more educated and will make sure you are also educated on the product you are buying. The product my dad purchased at this store is watered down and taste like gasoline.

I was very hesitant to go inside.i am new to cbd and was concerned about taking anything with my medications. The staff was so wonderful and polite. I tried a sample of the water soluble and within 10 mins i felt i had taken a double dose of my meds. It is so good to feel like me again. Thank you so much! You have no idea how this will change my life!
