Passing through had to stop, "Q" was awesome to work with, very friendly and knowledgeable about the store. Riley was a delight to work with as well. Both were very helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely stopping before I head back home to Wisconsin.

Honestly, the last visit to this store was super uncomfortable. The way the managers spoke to an employee with a store full of customers was totally uncalled for & off putting. It was very awkward and embarrassing. Clearly some employees have a power trip they aren’t afraid to enforce publicly. Also, they should try ordering less Chinese boot brands to fill their shelves and more American made boots and hats, like the consumers actually want! You can actually smell the chemicals on the boots. Would you want to buy boots with a warning label on them? I wouldn’t. I will order online from now on instead of going to this location.

Only wore the shoes for an hour and they refused a return. Shoes are of poor quality, uncomfortable and looked pre-worn after inspecting closer. Woman up front had a poor attitude and talked in a condescending way. I would not recommend shopping here, take yourself to Vanderbilt to get more bang for your buck.

Yall need to learn to like heavy and fat people.... not everyone is shaped like Tim Mcgraw... Luke combs would not even find anything that fit him in this store... Cavenders at least has plus sizes available

I have to say thank-you to the Topeka Boot-Barn Team! I was able to order boots into the store flawlessly to ensure the perfect fit. The management team at store went out of the way not to just sell items but to educate me on the brands, cost, quality and availability. If you get the opportunity stop in, it’s worth your time and your feet will thank you!

Recently went in to look for a new hat. A very tall nice young lady Named Emily helped me. She was very knowledgeable and had an amazing attitude. I will definitely be back there again and will tell my friends about the awesome service well done boot barn and well done Emily!

Bought a $30 set of suspenders lasted 2 weeks before they broke brought them back looking exactly as the pair that I grabbed off the shelf to replace the new broken because I didn't sign in with their system when I originally bought them they were unable to help me sorry that I'm lotec and don't want to be bombarded with spam if you want quality actual workwear go to VANDERBILTS

I love me some Boot Barn. This location is great, and the ladies are super friendly and helpful. However, whoever is stocking the cowboy hats needs to take it easy. It's hard to want to buy one with the brims and crowns bent and twisted. That's the only criticism I have for this spot.

The store has alot of varieties but I'm giving it a 2 star because the overall customer service is bad. All the women that were working there today had attitudes, no smiles no nothing. So that alone ruins the overall experience.

Staff is less than friendly, they have a decent amount of product except every single thing they sensor they fail to sensor through the seams thus damaging the items before you even buy them. Highly suggest you check every item for sensor damage before you buy. Management is also less than helpful as they refused to hold an item overnight for us to pick up first thing in the morning as we wouldn’t make it until after they closed. Recommend going to the Lawrence location instead as the staff is far more friendly and helpful.

Great store. I bought some boots for my husband back in November and the tacks started coming out of the soles by January. I don’t think it had anything to do with the quality of the boot but rather a manufacturer defect. Boot barn took them right back and gave us a new pair that day no questions asked. Great customer service will definitely go back.

Disappointed by my visit today only because I did not find what I was looking dor but the staff (David) was sharp, knew his product and tried his hardest to find something comparable to what i was in the market for. I was hoping boot barn was a red wing outlet but they are not sadly. This store is well organized, has a great selection and a top performing staff. I may return for western style boots in the future. I highly recommend to anyone else inntje market for boots or hats to definitely stop in at boot barn Topeka.

One stop shop for boots, anyone who hikes or has anything other than an office job should definitely use this as their first stop. I did find their options for comfortable but stylish heavy duty boots, especially with steel tips, to be sorely lacking, but at the end of the day any heavy duty boots are gonna get destroyed and don’t need to look great.

The staff is great, very knowledgable and friendly. The selection for western wear is massive. The work boot selection is very limited especially if you have wide feet. The work wear section is decent sized one of the only places I can find for FR work wear.

Went in to this store to buy four pairs of boots for the family, was likely to drop five hundred dollars on boots. But instead the Communist manager refused to let me in without a mask, even though I have asthma, and can't wear a mask. So I took my five hundred dollars and spent it at tarwaters on way better boots.

I was disappointed with this place. I went in to have a hat reshaped just a touch up in the front. I was told I could drop it off but it would take 2-3 days! REALLY?? For a 5 min touch up? Probably won't be spending any more money here!

Good selection of Western wear of all kinds, like Vanderbilts. I was expecting it to be a shoes of all kind store. Their boots were a bit pricey. I can do better at Shepler's online.

Went in to find me a duster. I was asking about a specific brand that they not have on stock. The employee says I'll be right back let me go check about the features and specifications.. I looked around for another 10 minutes at the merchandise and she never showed back up

I went here to exchange a pair of boots i bought on the website and the worker completely messed up and i left the store with no boots and no refund. The customer service both in the store and over the phone was horrible. However i sent them an email and the online customer service lady called me and corrected the issue. I would say be careful at this store.

My sister and I showed up at 8:59 they didn't open for a few minutes, but that was fine. When they opened up the manager came out opened the door, shook the matt out our direction, looked at us then brushed his hands off turned around and walked inside closing the door. No hello or anything. It was very rude so we walked away.
