The only problem is at checkout. The lines are so slow and no one seems to care. They are slow no matter what time of day you go. I’ve learned to just deal with it but is is annoying!! Sometimes when I see they have a crowd I just don’t go in. No sense in being in line longer that you were in the store 😂😂😂

Big Lots installed a installed a piece of re-bar in there front sidewalk...it was barely visible. I didn't see it and my foot caught on it and folded inward and I fell on my side. At the time I thought I was ok but I have suffered from the injury ever since and now require hip replacement. refuseany

It is a Big Lots, it's a three star, they sell three star products generally. If you dig around a bit, you can get some good deals and some not good deals. Decent prices with an average shopping experience.

Big Lots is very disappointing. I haven't been there in quite some time. It was very sparse, empty. The things I looked at and even in their e-mail, their prices are too high for the quality. It looked dirty and cheap.I don't like giving bad reviews. We did buy 2 foot masks one of which was outdated I didn't look at in the store. We bought a cute little wall decor for $5.

They always have decent prices especially on the queen bed set. Also they have some many decorations that are so cute and cheaper!! They carry food products along with carrying furniture that are very sturdy. They just have a little bit of everything at good prices. I recommend this company to everyone that wants good shopping and cheaper prices. it is kinda like a smaller Walmart.Go check them out see for yourself!!

I always love going to Big Lots because I get a lot of my snack foods from there at a great price. They also have an excellent Electronics area as well as hygiene, and household cleaning supplies all at a really great price! I recently went and discovered an 8 box container of Velveeta. To my surprise it was only $2.95! So I love Big Lots even more😊

Staff is really friendly and helpful when you have questions. Sometimes the check out line can be a little wait but its because the staff is making sure you are satisfied and getting your discounts. Not something I would count as a negative. Store is clean and stock is frequently changing. 5 stars from me :)

Feb 2023 for the past couple of months the online inventory in not in sync with store inventory. Frustrating to shop, place order and then get to the store within the hour and be missing several things because they are not in stock. Especially when staff says they’ve been out of the items I ordered for weeks. Takes too many days for a refund.Oct 2021- I’ve used the free curbside service a few times recently! It’s fast and the staff are always friendly.

In the past, I gave this store a 5 star rating for having so many items at incredible prices along with outstanding customer service from all employees. However, I now give this store a -1 rating due to a person named Jamie who was beyond disrespectful and lacks good customer service skills.I called to inquire of a product in which I know they carry. However, I needed to know if the product fit a specific brand item that I had. Not only did she not "actively" listen to what I had asked, but argued about getting someone to check for me. The icing on the cake was when she refused to get a manager.This has definitely ruined my opinion about this store. Pretty sad after we have spent a large amount of money in there the last couple of months.I sure hope she learns some customer service skill and not treat others so rudely.Shame on her and shame on Big Lots for allowing her to do this to customers. I called and spoke with corporate and to date, have not heard anything back from them. I called again this morning, but I don't anticipate hearing back from them.

Not as happy this last visit. The store and lot cleanliness has gone downhill and you can't even get their shopping carts thru some of the isles. Was happy with most of my purchases but their womens sizing is off 1-2 sizes but not the men's. Go figure.

I enjoyed shopping after 5 p.m. and only 4 cars in the lot. Very rare. They have great choice in everything and they offer a product for several economic levels. From a store brand to name brands. Plus the spring outdoor section is spectacular!!! Store is clean and there are people cleaning all the time.

I shop at this store occasionally. I’ve always enjoyed shopping here but yesterday when I popped in I immediately noticed a difference. The store was so clean and organized with a lot of new, very trendy products. I was approached several times by two very nice, professional employees to ask if I needed any help. One was named Michael. He was terrific. Thank you for such a pleasant shopping experience, I will be back often!

It was great. I would have paid almost $30-40 for a roaster pan at another store closer to home. However I appreciate getting my email alerts because I saved $25. My roaster pan cost me only $15, was able to get a new set of knives for $9 and a free beverage. Thank you Big Lots.

I LOVE BIG LOTS ❤.... I check here for things before I go to Walmart. The employees are awesome. Some have worked there for years. It's nice to see the people. Also they know right where items are.

They followed me thru the store as soon as I walked in they said over the pa system for all security to come to the front or something. I was shopping for supplies. I paid with a check and they wouldn't run my check. They made me feel like they were doing it on purpose. I even called ahead and asked if took checks for payment. I like Big lots but they're customer service is not friendly

It was a good experience over all they had what I was looking for the only problem was at checkout, the cashier you could obviously tell she don't take pride in her job. It took her 7-10 minutes just to check out one lady ahead of me and it might of been longer but the line was about 6 people and about 10 min she finally decided to call another cashier up and thats when I was called over to that line. So it might of been longer than 10 min and the lady in front of me only had 4 items. The cashier would ask the customer a question then she wouldn't listen to the customers response because one time she asked and when the lady started to answer the cashier started talking over her with asking the same question again, you could visibly see the customer getting frustrated so much so that the customer not the cashier looked over at me and apologized that it was taking so long.
