We have taken our pets to Wizard of Paws for 8 years now and would highly recommend their services!! All of the staff are very friendly, very professional, and have always worked so well at providing the best services!! They have also been very easy to reschedule appointments if needed. We love how great our dogs look and smell from getting them groomed! The staff is always so friendly and willing to go the extra step to make sure their customers are happy with the services provided!!

We have been taking our dog to Wizard Of Paws since we moved to town almost 4 years ago. They have always been so wonderful with him. They are easy to schedule with, very responsive with all communication, and the most understanding business we have ever worked with. Their professionalism is first class! We have been getting our dogs groomed here for over a year now. Always show up to every appointment and they do a good job grooming. I will no longer be going back because of the incident that happened today. We lost a dear friend in the horrific mass shooting that occurred on Wednesday. Today, the Thursday after we had an appointment for our two dogs to get groomed. I called at 8:35 and spoke with Monica and told her we would not be able to make the appointment, when she told she would be sending us an invoiced matched to what the grooming price would have been I told her our situation and she said i’m sorry for your loss we will be sending you an invoice. Frustrated and in no state to argue I hung up. At around noon I received an invoice of $152. I called them back and spoke with Monica again and I told her I would not be paying that. She proceeded to tell me that I never told her I lost someone in the shooting and that I just said I knew someone. And then she told me that she runs a business what did she expect me to do.. I was willing to pay a cancellation fee, I understand how business’ work but $152 after what I had explained to her.. I was extremely distraught considering what had happened only yesterday and I couldn’t believe I was having a conversation with such an insensitive human being. We argued on the phone for a minute and then she proceeded to tell me that I obviously wasn’t coming back because I was yelling at her.. and the “yelling” that I was doing was crying explaining how rude she was being and how I can’t even believe this was a conversation I was having to have. After I told her we absolutely were not coming back and that I was going to leave a review she then told me she would cancel the invoice. I told her thank you but I still was in disbelief of the conversation I just had. She told me once I was able to calm down and talk like an adult then we could talk. I hung up. I was done. I will not be going back.
