I had a great experience at Thayer Feed. I did things a little against the usual... I drove for hours to their location and walked in. The staff was all very helpful and courteous with my impromptu order.I've looked all over for animal feed that fits my budget and needs, Thayer is the first place that fits both categories.They even liked my husband's (renecked) trailer.

I have been purchasing Thayer chicken feed for a while now. My interaction with them (Dee and the drop off/delivery guys) are always very pleasant. I hadn't received the phone message about the pick up time for the feed. Thankfully, the delivery guy called on the pick up day to let me know they were there and waiting. I felt terrible having anyone wait on me and I told them that when I arrived. You know how they responded?! "WE APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS!" I felt like a valued customer. They went out of their way for me. I am thankful for them. They have the chicken feed I feel confident in feeding my chickens!

no communication, failure to ship product, nobody answers phone calls or emails, they are happy to try and call for payment of products they dont send.
