We stayed here after riding at the sand dunes. Very nice , and only 1 mile from the dunes ! They did an amazing job of remodeling this a few years ago, no comparison to what it used to be .Nearby activities: Off-road ATV riding at the sand dunes.

I had already stayed here and everything was fine. but last weekend we stayed and they double charged my debit card because "it was very dirty and they had to double charge". It's supposed that if you rent a room in a hotel you're not going to clean all the time you're there, it's supposed to be to rest and I JUST DID NOT like it.Response:People, do yourself a favor, take pictures of how you leave the room, I have lived in hotels all my life and this is the 1st time that they have charged my card with this type of charge and well, they have the power to do it without notifying you. We are sure that we did not break ANYTHING and YES there was popcorn but it was not thrown everywhere as they say. But you learn from everything and I learned from this to take evidence (PICTURES) so they don't want to blame you for something you didn't do. And very apart from this. DO NOT expect a delicious breakfast. There is only cereal, yogurt and milk.

Very friendly staff, super clean, nice room. Good selection on free breakfast.Only issue was the TV in our room didn't work. Front desk clerk came up and worked on it, still wouldn't work and she offered to call her manager. We were going to bed soon because of getting on the road early so told her not to worry about it. Staff on both shifts were very friendly and helpful.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and the service was unreal. Staff is extremely friendly and courteous. I left my suitcase at the hotel, stupid me, but the owner personally picked it up and shipped it out to me without even a phone call. I’ll definitely be staying here again when I’m back in town for work. Thanks again boarders inn and suites!!

I absolutely loved this Hotel! They were extremely friendly, & the ladies cleaning the rooms were all very sweet & kind, and they have the cleanest rooms anywhere! Hands down! And they have walk-in showers, and those were very clean as well. They have breakfast, & they also have pops & snack you can purchase. This Hotel is above & beyond standards! I definitely recommend!

We got two rooms, one deluxe and one regular. The regular was tiny, barely room for a bag. The rooms were very clean. Very nice and big televisions. The beds were white, clean and free of bed bugs. The staff was very professional and friendly.Would have been 5 Star except the pillows were rock hard, I'd highly recommend better pillows.

Very impressed! We had struggled to find an ipdat d and clean hotel while on the road and this one was both. The rooms are nicely done, comfortable, and conveniently located. Beds, pillows, all furniture are new and very tasteful. The shower was nice with plenty of hot water. I had read a review about the frosted glass door on the bathroom but it provides plenty of privacy and looks good with the room. The breakfast was small but still nice. Overall, great experience and highly recommend!

Clean, contemporary newer property. Staff was friendly and professional. Ground floor rooms are significantly smaller, but 2nd floor rooms can only be accessed by a very narrow outside walkway or relatively steep indoor stairwell. Overall a pleasant stay. There is a small convenience store in the Lobby, that has a limited selection of frozen items. Bagged Ice is available at the Front Desk. Property is fairly close to the Dining establishments in the Town. This Hotel is at the very West end of town, so Truck traffic noise is noticeable but not intrusive. Overall a pleasant stay.

Newly remodeled beautiful room and bathroom. Breakfast had an excellent variety of items to choose from. I stay in hotels every night and appreciate clean, tastefully decorated rooms. Definately will stay again. The young lady that checked me in was very nice too. Thank you owners for your pride in your hotel

We booked two rooms through the website instead of a discounted travel site. Unfortunately the hotel got over booked and we were unable to get both rooms our first night. The hotel owner absolutely made this right! We stayed a total of three nights two of which were in two separate rooms, which is what we wanted, and we were not charged for our entire stay! I would absolutely stay here again! The rooms are clean and modern with plenty of outlets for devices! The rooms on the first floor are small, but again comfortable. As I have family living in the area I will absolutely be staying here again!

This place is so clean and nice yet so simple and to the point. It feels like home in a way, just comfy. The lovely lady at the front is so nice and we had the funniest conversation when I checked in. I don't plan to be but if ever around Syracuse again I will definitely stay here.

We arrived in the afternoon, pretty road weary from traveling across Colorado on bikes. The internet was down when we arrived but the young lady at the front desk was wonderful about it. There was coffee and fruit available for snacking. The rooms are generous in size, lots of pillows, comfy beds and the BEST shower! The water pressure is awesome and the shower heads are high enough for even those over 6 ft. tall. Everything was either new or very well maintained and the rooms were really quiet.

Came in late and got a room at a very reasonable rate. I may not have chosen this hotel by just driving by but the location (some what industrial) does not do this hotel justice. Upon checking in the front desk clerk, Judy was one of the nicest that I have ever encountered in a hotel. The room was extremely clean and attractive. Actually it appeared that most everything was new and very modern. When we have arrived all of the restaurants were closed and we have not eaten. Judy Was extremely helpful in finding us something to eat so late which was so much more than we have ever experienced in any other hotel that we had checked into. Our room had a microwave, refrigerator/freezer, a small eating area with table and chairs, a fully equipped kitchenette. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling through this area. Thank you Judy for all of your help in making our stay one of the best ever.

This place is EXCEPTIONAL! It's a older motel remodeled to perfection. Its clean, new, large and has a large bath, comfy separate sleeping area, kitchen, table and chairs, lots of pillows, large tv, great breakfast and friendly staff at an affordable price. Its even pet friendly! Highly recommend!

What a nice place to stay! Very clean, friendly staff, great snacks of fresh fruit individually wrapped. The only downside for me is the bed wasn't very comfortable. Five stars on everything else!

1 star because the room and bathroom were clean. Check-in was painfully slow. Even though we had the email confirmation and prepaid, the front desk lady said she "deleted" our reservation and made us wait while she dug through binders and boxes doing who knows what. She then snapped "please!" when we asked if we could just get our room key. When it's late at night and you've been driving all day you don't want to sit around for 15 minutes waiting to get into your room. The tv didn't work and after trying a few ways to reboot it and having the front desk lady try as well, we were stuck with no tv for the night. The next morning when we asked for a discount because of the tv, the manager actually offered to comp us the room which we didn't expect, but was nice to do. Well, she never reversed the charge and when we filed a complaint with the credit card, the hotel lied and said they never agreed to comp us. Totally dishonest.

Charge me a cleaning fee for simply leaving a couple boxes of carryout food (regular Styrofoam containers) and for leaving a pile of dirty towels in the room... am I supposed to take them to a laundromat and wash them then? I'd rather stay in a bug infested motel next time lol...

Very nice hotel. Rates were reasonable. Clean, updated. We will stop there again on our next trip to Nebraska. Restaurant close to it had a good breakfast. You get 20% off of breakfast if you are a guest of the hotel. And check out the Bison bar and grill. Really good steaks.
