Chris and Denise went above and beyond to ensure I wasn’t stranded in Satanta while supporting the Bike Across Kansas bicycle tour. They responded from a personal phone call to assess the problem, returned and installed the starter that was causing my problem. On a weekend and while out of town, they were quick to jump in and solve the issue. Words do not express my appreciation for their kindness and professionalism while getting me back in service. Chris treated us like family. We broke down on family vacation. He diagnosed our vehicle, gave us (and our dog) a ride to another city, and referred us to a tow service - all at no charge. Love this place..They go Above and Beyond for their customers. They listen very carefully to your needs on your car's repairs and act accordingly. Had an issue with my Durango and Integrity got it going promptly. At a fair price! That issue later turned out to be a recall from Dodge, and they sent over the paperwork to show Dodge as soon as I asked. Dodge approved the refund for the intermittent relay issue. Thanks Integrity Auto!
