The staff there are very sweet and kind. We recently lost our fur baby, and they sent a heartfelt sympathy card. They had been treating our little guy for congestive heart failure, and I'm sure that added a few more months to his life.

We have a new rescue dog, Chinese Crested hairy hairless. We had our first visit yesterday! I have been taking all of my pups to Spring Hill Vet since I moved back to KC 13 years ago. I won't go anywhere else! We love the vets and all the assistants. They always take great care of them.

All the employees were patient and nice. They didn't rush me while I was working with my dog, which made it easier to take care of her as she was very nervous. The lobby was spacious enough to avoid the other dogs, and it was a very quick and easy visit!

The front desk staff is awesome and make sure you get taken care of in a timely manner.You can tell the technicians really care!I’ve had the pleasure of seeing all vets there and I’m impressed!!Dr Hanson has your pets best interest at heart.Dr Bauer goes above an beyond.Dr Whitmon is knowledgeable.I really couldn’t ask for a better clinic to take care of two cats! We love Spring Hill Vet. It's so close to home and all the staff members are so kind. Everyone seems to genuinely enjoy their jobs and I love how they take the extra time to make sure our pup is comfortable and leaves happy instead of traumatized. I've never visited a vet that took the extra care like that. This is definitely going to be our vet long term for our new puppy!

My dog was recently diagnosed with acute kidney failure and pancreatitis. Dr. Hanson was so good to Penny. It's great when a vet holds your pets face in their hands and treats them with the love that you would treat them with yourself. Dr. Whitmon took over her care and kept her over night for fluids. He was so helpful when it came to discussing blood work and her symptoms and how to continue care. The girls at the front desk are the best, as well! I have been going to Spring Hill Vet for over 10 years and I will continue to recommend them to anyone in need. Thank you for taking good care of my girl!

I really like Dr. Whitman. He is not pushy, yet very knowledgeable. He treated me and my dog very nicely! The vet tech was nice too, I’m not sure of her name. I will be back for sure!

We have been taking our two dogs here for 5-6 years and have had a good experience up until today. We had called in for our normal 3 month flea/tick pills and were given a different brand, although we didn't realize it until we got home. We immediately called and were told that we could not exchange them, but that we could give them this new medication that we had never used and come back in a month to buy more, or we could just come back and buy the original brand we requested, basically paying double. We drive about 25 minutes to go here, so we are now just going to look for something closer to home instead.

Great service in a timely fashion. Receptionist was very nice - not rude at all! Veterinarian actually did an exam on our dog! Staff was compassionate, gentle and supportive. We would recommend this organization - our cat will be going for her visit in a few months. Very smooth visit.

Edit**We have recommended Spring Hill for a few years now for our cats and dogs. That still hold true but please read the following:We took our boxer mix for a sick visit and discovered he had a huge tumor in his abdomen. Speaking with the vet and technician, surgery just wasn't possible. They showed us the xray and even the ultrasound to help us understand the seriousness. We had to say goodbye to our sweet boy. I must tell anyone looking for a veterinarian that the wonderful people here treat you and your furry family with respect and compassion. Our hearts are broken and they made a difficult situation as easy as they could. It's easy to say good things when everything is great but to praise the people that care for your pets at a time like this is extraordinary. To say we recommend Spring Hill is an understatement. We can't thank them enough.

What a wonderful place! Very understanding when I brought the wrong cat to the appointment! They let me turn around and still have an appt the same day! The ladies helping me were kind and thoughtful while making my nervous cat feel at ease! Dr. Whitmon was very brave and patient with my cat that wanted nothing to do with vaccines! I have never seen such amazing service. My dog had to have surgery and was boarded for a few days while she was healing. I received calls, text, pictures and videos of my dog. The vet came in on his day off to say bye to my dog and explain everything on the day I picked her up to come home. She was happy and very healthy. They did an amazing job. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to make sure their pet would be taken care of and loved. The vet and his staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service. I will never take my pets anywhere else.

I brought my fur babies here due to relocation, and we immediately felt at ease. This clinic is professional, heartfelt, will do their best to assist you with your fur baby’s needs.Front desk is always responsive, no matter how busy they are, the Drs. Know what they are doing, the techs are efficient in time! I will continue to take my kitties to them, and my pets in the future❤️. Also, both of my daughters have said that they want to become a vet. So this place is a role model as well!

This was the WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE & MY 9 YR OLD CATS!!From minute one i was scolded for not calling from my car. I'd forgot my phone at home with stress of surgery for my beloved MicahThen was accused of cussing out the front secretary Carrie By Dr Erin Miller, i was not asked what happen .She proceeded to tell me she didn't appreciate me cussing at Carrie.That NEVER EVER took place.The WORST PART OF THIS..DR MILLER GAVE MY MICAH PAIN MEDICATION FOR DOGS ONLY ( FATAL TO CATS) 6 DAYS WORTH !!!!😭We have been in BLUE PEARL HOSPITAL praying he lives.PLEASE DON'T GO HERE EVER.THERE WILL BE AN INVESTIGATION AND CHARGES BROUGHT ON THEM.MEDICALLY / ETHICALLY WORST EXPERIENCE
