Dang I was just looking at the review for the dude with the sloppy Joe mix, and I just gotta say that’s rough, I usually just go here for quick groceries or see if meats on sale. Usually a bunch of high school kids working and goofing off seems like a good time for them.But I always use self checkout so I gotta complain about there being no self checkout discount, I’m just waiting for the day I am at self checkout and it asks me what I want to tip to the employees. Like do I get a tip? Naw it goes to the kid chugging the root beer in the corner.

This deli is has amazingly slow. The rest of the store is acceptable although I can’t rate the pharmacy. They have Dunkin’ now. Pay up front so you don’t have a birthday while waiting for deli service to ring you up.

I went in to get a few items. 5 items to be exact. Laundry soap. Laundry sent beads. Two cans of chilli and one can of sloppy joe. I go to self checkout. The store manager is standing there watching me. I scan all the items. In the order I mentioned. The store manager Mike accused me of not scanning something. I go through it with him and he goes “oh” and walks away.I said “seriously.” And I get the attitude from him cause he thought I was stealing and when I prove I’m not he gets mad at me. I use to work there. DO NOT EVER WORK THERE. I think I need to go to the owner of the store and have a meeting with him. It’s getting to true point I would rather drive 30 miles to go someplace else. I would give -10 stars if it would let me. No wonder why they cannot keep people working there.

Good selection and friendly staff willing to help if any questions or anything needed. Glad to have it here in town but expensive. They have good sales on items in their weekly ad which is nice but the regular priced items are extra high so it makes up for it.

We’ve lived in SH for a year now. Store always seems clean & organized. Parking lot improvements are appreciated. Most staff is friendly. The pharmacy takes good care of us with prescriptions, consultation and vaccines.Grocery pickup service has been good for us.The florist is awesome and very friendly. I’m looking forward to the relocation of the floral department, as it will be Front & center for people to see.Residents of Spring Hill are always talking about wanting an everyday breakfast restaurant with eggs, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, etc… so I was disappointed to hear that the remodel doesn’t include one. I believe Price Chopper is missing the boat by not putting in breakfast.

I’m so tired of the price chopper in Spring Hill Kansas selling rotten produce. Your the only grocery store here so you should take care of your customers. Every time I go in your store either several items are expired or rotten. Get it together for the people who live here!!! I should not have to drive to another Price Chopper out of the area to get quality food. I hope another grocery store comes to town. I won’t be back. I’ve lived here 17 years and your food quality keeps getting worse as the prices rise. Fix it!!!

Just bought raw chicken gizzards from this Price Chopper yesterday. Opened them today and they were rotten smelling so I took them back today. The guy from the meat department came up and wanted to argue about giving me a $2.87 refund. So, I told him to put it where the sum doesn't shine. Will never step foot in the S.H. Price Chopper again.

Just the right size store for our community and prices seem to be lower than other Price Choppers. Best place for fresh flowers I've seen in the area. Produce section is top notch and fresh meat is nicely stocked. Lots of beer varieties if your into adult beverages. Overall not the biggest (that'swhat Wallyworld is for) but just right for my needs.

The freezer manager Nanni (unsure of the spelling, apologizes) went WAY out of his way to help me find two items in the store. It was after 8 and I knew it must have been a long day but Nanni took care of it with professionalism and a very clear knowledge of the store. All the staff have always done a great job of helping.

Great service, I love all of the students they hire, what a great opportunity for our local kids to have a job before graduating. Everyone is always happy to help and look in the back if things run out on the shelves. I love their meat sales and their produce sales.

I live within 3 miles of this store and will drive past it every time to go somewhere else. They never have what I need, if they do it's over priced or out of date - especially watch the produce. Store is dingy & dirty & the employees are unhelpful. Sad that I can't shop local but instead have to take my tax dollars that have been earned in Miami County to Johnson County.

After shopping at the store I stopped at customer service to exchange a dollar for 4 quarters and I was flat out told NO. I wasn't given a reason or sent to a register...It was just a NO. There was NO customer service at customer service!

We bought a gift card from here and it didnt work. We had receipt but not the part that said approved and gift card did not work. We took back but they would not honor fixing. The cashier never gave us the approved receipt but when you log in online it shows cards not located or active but they didnt seem to care. Gift card was to Home Depot and was 100.00 so not very happy. I would not recommend buying gift cards from here. On a side note we do buy food here and fruit which never had a problem with.

I will never go to a price chopper again! I moved to Spring Hill a yr ago. Have continuously asked them to order my brand of cigarettes I buy a carton every wk or 2. They never have them, when they do, is just single packs and if they have 10 pks, one lady manager several times very rude saying she won't sell the carton price. And I have a PC card that doesn't work as to let me use the on line so ap I can get gas discount or saver point coupons. Workers there say they can't help me with that. I will drive to Hyvee every time for everything I need, for better prices and services After 1 yr PC cannot give good service

Went in for two specific items bread they had none, and coffee creamer didn't have my brand. The cashier was rude and a total idiot. I understand times are not normal but this is not the first time this has happened at this store so Will be finding a different store to shop

We moved here from Gardner so you enjoy the smaller time feeling but there are not many food options here in town so for the third time tonight we went to Price Chopper at about 5:40 to get a rotisserie chicken. Once again we walked in at a standard dinner time and waited at the deli counter with no staff and site. And when one finally did come home around the back we were told that they were out of rotisserie chickens. He said that they had made like 6 of them but they all sold. Why is it that with it being as early as it was more chickens were not started cooking? I worked in food service for a long time and when you start to run out of something at the beginning of your rush you don't generally just close it down, you make more. Very disappointing. We will continue to drive into town to go to Hy-Vee or Walmart from now on

Spring Hill Price Chopper constantly charges more than advertised! We take it back but most people probably don't check their receipts. A planned rip off. It is also very common for milk to spoil a few days before the date shown. Sometimes, the label on the skim milk shows the expiration date just two days from the current date, and it is still on the shelf. Gotta drink it fast, if at all, or look for abetter date in 2%. Paola KS Price Chopper is much better.

This is by far the worst store that you can shop at. If you rely on coupons to help meet your budget BEWARE! Once you show a coupon to the Assistant Manger of the store you are automatically labeled as a degenerate. You will suffer lasting harassment, prejudice and discord. This isn't worth having to pay the prices that also reflect within the store.

Ummm need to change your pharmacy hours on Google I just walked 20 min to get my scrips 3 days after getting out of the hospital it said it was was open till ten.. Yea in the morning going to have a conversation with the store manager about this just wrong

This is my favorite price chopper to go to. Everyone is friendly and eager to help if you need it. They know what isle everything is and its pretty clean as well. Their price chopper deals are hard to beat.

Store very clean everyone very helpful but being new to Spring Hill the prices were a lot more expensive than living in Olathe that had various stores choose from kind of like highway robbery one store to choose from you're going to pay for your food and pay top dollar a little disappointing wish there were more than one store to choose from like a Walmart also wish they had fast food but as far as the staff goes they were awesome manager as well God bless have a good good day.

Prices are high, meat isn't always good, and the produce can sometimes be rotten. If it wasn't 10 miles to the next place I wouldn't shop here.
