I am new to the area, and was already overdue for my little ole senior schnauzer to be groomed , when I was admitted to the hospital putting his grooming beyond “way over due”. Collar and comb owner and staff was nothing but understanding and kind to me!! My little man is “15” and has a little nightly / nap time urine leak , that I normally clean off of him daily.Due to my own circumstances ~ he was not cleaned for two weeks and his hair was red stained and stinky!! The Collar and Comb tech I had ~ didn’t blink an eye when I brought my baby in to be groomed. Nor did they judge my stinky little man. Not only were they knowledgeable and experienced with seniors , but they took their time and let him rest. The results were amazing. My little Noah was like a new puppy bouncing around after his bath and groom! They called as soon as he was ready and the process was so easy!! We will be making regular appts and I feel confident recommending the owner and the tech I used ~for any one else who is worried about sending their senior pet to be bathed and groomed! This is the place to use! 🐶

Absolute sticker shock. Despite our initial discussions indicating that our dog's first grooming might exceed the prices listed on their site, we were still astounded when we received the bill. It ended up being approximately 50% higher than what we had anticipated based on our earlier conversations.For anyone going for the first time, I highly recommend taking your pet in and requesting a quote upfront. While the quality of the grooming was acceptable, it's certainly not suitable for everyone. Even though subsequent visits may be more affordable if done within a reasonable timeframe, I plan to explore other options. I'm not keen on all the additional charges we found on our bill.

Dakota has always done a GREAT job on my dogs. I have been using Dakota for our groomer for years b/c she’s so good & good with our fur babies. This shop is professional, informative, educated & easy to work with. I would highly recommend Pet Collar Boutique to anyone.

We recently took our Bernedoodle, Laurel and we’re so pleased with the experience! Laurel looked amazing and actually looked like a doodle!It is evident that our groomer was super knowledgeable about doodle coats and she has never looked better! My husband was super impressed! Upon pick up she also seemed much more relaxed than after other grooming appointments.The service was more than worth the price and earned a loyal customer! Thank you for taking such good care of our fur baby!

This place is amazing. Dakota did an awesome job on my dog Bear’s grooming. I am picky when it comes to grooming place due to past issues with a different place. I feel 100% comfortable when Bear is in their care, and he looks so healthy and happy after his visit! Wonderful place!Thank you so much!

Cancelled appt, to expensive $140 vs $60 at Pet n Suds. The employee was nice but they wanted me to use their recommended vet. They said it would take 3 hrs, at Pet n Suds the groomer had my new rescued dogs sit on her lap as she worked with her. Only took an 1hr to groom which was done perfectly. I guess Collar Pet Boutique is okay if you want to pay $140 every 6 weeks, but I would rather drive a little more and only pay $60.Updated review after your comments. I can afford the $140 and I do not like you suggesting otherwise. So now I am taking you down to a one star because of that, and you never told me that I should come back with my dog before you gave me a price.

Another great addition to the historic downtown area in Spring Hill. Quaint pet friendly pet store with everything from treats to collars. Mostly dog and cat products. Go check it out!

We are a new family to Spring Hill. We contacted and sent in all docs needed to a schedule an appt for our two dogs. We even reached back out after sending them in. They’ve never reached back out and it’s been several weeks. Not a good look for a a small town business.

Loved it!! Kota does such a great job. My pup is old and getting pretty senile in his old age so even just bathing at home is getting worse and worse. Kota is patient with him and takes excellent care of him and gets the job done!!! I will never go to anyone else
