Now a Tractor Supply while I have not been in there in a bit I have been using the store over the years. The turn over rate is mid range and people will stick around for a while. Staff can be based on the time of year not only for this location the more than dozen I have used not only Orscheln and Tractor Supply. Most of these stores have a limited supply over a vast range of items. The main problem with these stores is they sell a lot of junk from clothing and nick nacks. Clothing takes up around 1/6 of the store if you divide the store into right left middle and front back. Really there is now only 1/5th of a store as the counters now take up most of the middle front. Plus it has a self check out isle. I mean these places do not have a steady stream of customers that its going to hinder them having a full time check out.Good deals can be found if you look and know what you are buying. Yet place is more for I do not want to drive to the big city for a single part and you are lucky if they have what you need.

Orschelns was bought out buy Tractor Supply. When I visited the whole staff had changed. Looks like they hired a bunch of immature kids. Seen multiple employees goofing off and on their cell phones. it was a major task to get assistance when asking for help or information on a product. I really would like to shop here, but they need to get it together and hire people who are friendly and responsible who have good people skills, that want to work.

I wish I could rate this place a 0... Today, I got bad customer service and given an eye roll by a young female employee... I mentioned it to her supervisor, hopefully she really takes care of this young girls disrespectful behavior....I have been a frequent loyal customer to this place when it was Orschelns... But, I highly doubt it, the younger generation seem to run things these days...

Their car batteries are way overpriced! We were there for awhile before someone actually came over to ask if we needed help. The associate was helpful and carried the battery to the registers for us.

The employees here are the kindest people. We had a car issue and all the auto parts stores were closed. We stopped there to see if we could find the tool we needed and a bolt. All the employees were so helpful, some even came out and looked at what we needed. Then when they didn't have the bolt, they were kind enough to call people they knew to see if anyone was able to help out. Seriously the best customer service!!

Since they have been in business, it was a ruff building. Finally the right opportunity presented itself. So happy orscheln farm & home was able to make their place of business better to customers to shop. Now, they're shining there hard work. Thanks for being a business that values our community and helps us do more.

The store manager Stephany was great in working through some issues with a gift card through the Tractor Supply Transition. Very good customer service!

Nice store. Employees are nice. The only thing I would change is that you can't look at the outdoor equipment, mainly fencing items, without an employee letting you into the fenced in area.

I got there at 5:57 and they already had the doors locked and denied me. They aren't suppose to close until 6:00 and they closed early. I will be coming corporate and turning them in.

The help is fine, but they are always out of stock of what we need. It has been mentioned numerous times to the staff that they never have the feed we need, but nothing seems to have changed. This has been an ongoing occurrence for over two years.

I been to a few Orschleans and I will say this obe by far was the worst of them all!!! The customer service was lousy n the employee acted like he didnt even give a dam!!! Wth smh really bad don't think Il shop here again. Other stores that give better Id driver the distance to store for the customer service!!!

They have everything. I brought my Mom a hanging flower pot...no way to hang ....ran to Orschelns and found a Shepard's hook ...Perfect!

Some of the staff are not very knowledgeable re: pricing, location of product. They don't take care of their garden section, ie. Half dead plants, dried out, dead flowers.
