Great place to take your dog for self service wash. The stairs provided to get your pet into a tub are sturdy and moveable. Price is great! Owner is very nice. Been going there for 6 years now.

The facility was very clean! Unfortunately the dryers are just air so my dog was freezing after Bring your own soap because their soap is VERY watered down! They do offer a large variety of shampoo tho!

Our baby was suffering from multiple organ failure, but we wanted her bathed and groomed before she passed. U-Wash Puppy was the only place with a groomer who would help us. We could absolutely see the last 2 days of her life were just a little better because she was cooler and she could actually see us. Now, two weeks later, we're back with another of our dogs who chased a skunk. It's so much easier using their table-height tubs and having all the necessities so easily available. We will definitely be using them often.

Found this little gem while traveling through KC to Illinois. I picked up a puppy for a friend on my way home, and he needed a quick freshening up for the rest of the ride home. U Puppy Wash wasn't too far off the highway to be out of the way. We didn't have a wait, we got right in. Each bath station you are provided 2 towels, a shampoo scrubber, a brush, shampoo and water. When you are finished with your puppy's wash, there is even a blow dryer. I especially liked how the bathtubs were normal "people" size tubs, and they are raised up so washing can be comfy for you and your best pal of any size. I spent $11, and I thought it was totally worth every cent. This place did not disappoint.

Highly recommend! First and foremost: total back saver, no leaning over the sink or tub. Our anxious pup wasn't doing great at a regular groomer, plus he would be there all day. It's wonderful to get in and out so quickly, everything is ready. It's also great to see the other adorable pups getting cleaned up! We will 100% be back!!

Highly recommend coming here for any grooming needs. I brought my Labrador Retriever to them for a full grooming. They were quick and the prices are hard to beat. I picked her up and she was so happy! I will be a returning customer for sure.

This was our first visit. I am a believer. I could trim Ms. Phoebe at a comfortable level. I scrubbed her fluff & didn't break my back. Loved the plug for the Clippers. The tubs are easy to use, the loops they provide to secure your dogs are super helpful, they provide towels and soap and brushes and a blow dryer. We always use the spray conditioner too! It’s worth the cost to not have to wrangle my dogs into a tub, try and clean them from my height, and then clean up my entire bathroom when they shed and shake and spray water everywhere. The facility is always clean and every single employee has always been super helpful and friendly!

Awesome service. We’ve used their groomers and we’ve done the self wash twice. Both were great experiences. It’s so nice to have a tub that’s elevated plus have a blow dryer available so you’re not stuck with a wet dog!

I just went here for the first time and it was absolutely awesome. I hadn’t given my dog a bath in quite a while because he has a lot of hair and is very squirmy. They had baths for them to clip into, towel, brushes, blow dryers, shampoo and conditioner there for you. The lady that helped me was super nice and helpful and I will definitely be back. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone who struggles with washing their pups!!

We used the Self Service option for washing and drying both our family dogs for the first time yesterday! Very satisfied with the experience!The water is WARM and very comfortable!I saw a review that mentioned COLD water and that was NOT an issue at all!We used two different stations, simultaneously.There are eye hooks and basic neck harnesses to secure the dogs while in the tub and on the grooming table, so we were able to safely remove their collars.They are fully equipped with excellent water pressure, shampoo, leave in conditioner, palm scrubbers, two towels, hair dryers, brush and Doggie Cologne! You don’t have to take anything unless you have personal preferences, we took both our allergy reducing shampoo and nail clippers.It was a perfect time to get those nails done for both our wiggly fur babes!Love the blow dryers! Instead of multiple settings(or lack of) there is a simple dial that turns on and rotates from lowest to highest power and anywhere in between. Comfortable and effective for most all breed types!The staff member who greeted us was friendly, super helpful and had some great tips for efficiency! Using the blow dryer to get my dog’s hair off me, very clever “trick of the trade!” Rates are super reasonable.I’m very excited to have found this little Gem and happy to share this review and experience!Bonuses include: NO mess to clean in our bathtub, hair to unclog or wet dogs shaking in the house!

Meredith (owner) is great! Always attentive and knows Belle by name when we walk in. Tub height is ideal and doesn't require much bending. They supply everything you need, including after-bath perfume. Highly recommended DIY grooming.

U Wash Puppy is a great place to wash your dirty pup. Their elevated tubs save your back as opposed to an at home tub. The staff is incredibly friendly and will help you with whatever you need. Their shampoo smells great, but you also have the opportunity to bring your own. High velocity dryers are provided to get your dog completely dry and prevent hot spots. Would definitely recommend this lovely place for all dog owners.

Friendly staff and fair pricing. A little outdated though, they only had 1 soap option no conditioner options and only 1 brush option that was not a very good dog hair brush, it looked more like a human brush. The blow dryer being in the same room as the whole store is very inefficient as dog hair gets blown all over the store. Can't say they really compete with the newer Uwashes that are popping up.

Have frequented this business for years. Today my new dog was groomed by Cheyanne. My gosh, she's the best in this entire city! She's thorough, gentle, understanding of dogs physical limitations, and the result was a senior dog that looked beautiful, smelled marvelous and was not stressed out. She's patient and talks to you about your dog! Who knew someone like this existed in Johnson County. Wow!!

We love Uwash! My Husky used to clog our drains with every wash and was constantly making a mess of the bathroom with her shaking. The uwash owner couldn't care less with the amount of hair we bring in or the amount of water shaken out in our tub stall. She provides everything needed with a smile on her face and sometimes has cute lil' foster puppies napping behind the counter ;) It's a wonderful and affordable grooming option!

I had an amazing experience at u-wash puppy! My lab mix loved it as well and the owner Meredith was nothing but helpful and amazing, especially since I had my young kids with me! The prices you cannot beat and the service is beyond 5 stars. Will be a repeated customer for sure!
