Went there with my dog owner daughter to pick up some special treats she couldn't buy elsewhere at a reasonable price. I haven't been a pet owner for some time now, and I was impressed by this store. Quite a variety of products for all types of pets, and many services also. The store was clean, spacious, and very organized. I didn't see a lot of staff around, but to be fair, it was in the morning soon after opening. I would definitely recommend it to anyone for their pet needs.

My regular pet store was having trouble getting in Fancy Feast Elegant Medleys, the only canned cat food my rescue cats like. So I went back to PetSmart and the selection was fabulous, four chicken varieties, three turkey and four salmon! My surprise was that the price was only a couple cents higher with a 2¢ discount when buying at least 24 cans. With their buying power they are likely prioritized over other stores. I am staying with PetSmart now!!

The coupons I received via email are only good for online orders. This is really unfair to people who need prescription (which is considerably more expensive anyway) food for their pets. I'd like to be able to use the coupons in store, in person. Very descriminatory to people who shop in store.

Always has what I need, and it's a getaway of sorts for me to pet all the furbabies that people bring with them. No kitties or dogs to be adopted yet, but that's always a good sign

The way they 'care' for the Betta Fish is absolutely disgusting. I was just in the other day and there were several dead ones, some that were even growing, what looked to be, mold on them...so that goes to show how long the poor things have been there. They keep them right by the front door, where it's cold. THESE ARE TROPICAL FISH! I have several pictures as well! If this is how they treat Bettas, can't imagine how the other animals are treated

Favorite place to go and get fish. They are always healthy and do well when we get them home. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Even when I'm asking for specific fish and they have to chase them down 😀😀😀

Had a great experience buying a hamster and a couple snails. The employees were very helpful and even talk is a little about a bird species they had in store. Thanks for everything!

The store itself was clean, neat, stocked, and all over was nice. Though we asked an associate for help, and he told us one minute, he'd check their system and walked out back not to be seen again for 5+ minutes. Ended up just going online and checked for the product. He was very nice up to this point though.

The fish area made me sick. Goldfish are cheap, but they still shouldn't be crowded in a mass open grave. How is this not animal abuse? Clean your tanks!They earned an extra star because the staff were very loving and involved with the birds.

Resourceful, and the pets we got there have all survived more than a week, which is more than i can say for some other places.They also do dog training classes on site too.

They usually have the items I need. However, sometimes they don't. I think this store is still experiencing some supply problems.

I went in with my 9 year old two times in the past week to buy him a tank and fish for his birthday. In retrospect, I had absolutely no clue what I was doing. Their fish department manager was very patient with us, gave us a lot of fish caring instructions, and helped us from making some costly mistakes in a kind manner.

Siana groomed my baby today and she was so kind to get me in last minute. I had some questions on the different packages available and she price quoted me for each without any attitude. There was only two girls grooming that day and I was just very impressed on how they were managing a busy schedule, some restless pups, and customers with questions. It may seem expected however it's rare to see people act so kind when busy.

I came to PetSmart hoping to talk to somebody about aquatic supplies for my saltwater aquarium. Upon stepping into the store, it was well organized and well stocked, but finding a staff member to help seemed impossible and when I finally found one, the only advice I was given was to consult with somebody that knows more about exotic animals and supplies as petco does not work with saltwater aquariums. So needless to say I was a little disappointed.

I placed an online order. They were quick to pull the items and were ready in about 15 minutes. The associate that helped us at the store was friendly and helpful.

There was a dead fish in here that had been dead for a while and it was obvious because the water was turning brown. Their guinea pigs looked like they were about to die. They do not take care of their animals at all, and they don’t try to hide it
