The owner was extremely friendly. Our 17 year-old dog was supposed to come in and get a groom but passed away the evening before his appointment. He had never been to Paw Envy but as I was talking about him, she was getting a bit emotional. She cared.. It was honestly something I won't forget. They were also very quick to get my other dog groomed and taken care of.Thank you for caring and we'll be back to get some treats and future grooming.

Love this place! They have the best products for dogs and cats! They even monogram things! My pup kept walking around the house with the treat in her mouth and was so excited when I gave it to her! The owner is so nice and makes the best recommendations! I have already been back three times to buy products and Christmas gifts that she can customize with the pets name on it. Our pup loves the treats and food and is getting groomed tomorrow. Cutest pet supply boutique!Dog grooming went great! Groomer was so gentle!

We have a goldendoodle and recently tried the grooming service at Paw Envy because it's more convenient than our previous groomer. We've been back twice since for grooming, and they just keep getting better. All of the groomers are very kind with the dogs, and do a nice job. After his grooming "spa day," my kids can't wait to see what fun superhero-themed bandana our doodle will be sporting. Plus, the store carries several of our favorite dog food products, and we've even found a few new items to love. Everyone is so friendly and helpful; I enjoy shopping here.*****Another 5 stars for the self-serve dog wash stations!What a difference having the right tools and products at hand makes for giving your dog a bath. Wow! The waterproof aprons, elevated tubs, spray hose, brushes, combs, great-smelling products, towels, dryers—they really thought of everything you need! It’s actually fun to wash your dog here! 😃

This is a great little store. We've started taking our large dog here for baths. It's so much more convenient than using a tub or backyard. The employees here are really friendly too. I definitely would recommend giving them a try.

We got our dog groomed here, and while they did a decent job, I feel they practiced an unfair pricing strategy. They added a 12.5% fee at pickup because our dog was uneasy with his legs being cut, even though he's not aggressive, just squirmy. Additionally, they charged extra because he is two pounds over the weight limit for medium dogs. While we agreed to this at booking, combined with the surprise fee it left us feeling unhappy. Be very clear with them about pricing before giving them work.

We’ve gotten our 1 year old Portuguese Water Dog groomed here twice and love it! Other groomers were impatient with her mouthiness and high energy, but the groomers at Paw Envy are so patient with her and shared some tips for us to do at home to help her get better. You can tell they are passionate about dogs and I can’t recommend them enough. We are so glad to have this place right up the street!

We went in to do a self-service bath/grooming for our Lab. The staff was very nice and helpful throughout the whole process. The price was very reasonable. They had everything you might need to clean and groom your dog, including aprons for the humans. Then the best part is that they clean up after you’re done! They also had some great toys, supplies, snacks, and treats in their shop. We had a great experience overall.

Amazing place and locally owned! I love to support local business and this place was amazing and the people were so kind! My puppies loved the homemade dog treats and walking around shopping. We will definitely be back, a hidden gem for sure if you have dogs!

Awesome store that needs our support to keep it in our neighborhood. They compare to Petsmart in prices, but I think they have higher quality items. There are a lot of unique items for our pets. A grooming service, self-service bathes, and so much more!No, I don't earn a commission or kick back for this review. I am just a neighbor living out here in western Shawnee, enjoying a pet store around the corner. A mom and pop store that needs our support. If they don't carry something you want, they will look into ordering it as well. A neat pet store.

Love this place ❤️. You need to stop by for grooming and handmade dog treats! They groomed both of our dogs this wk: our 13 yr old wheaten terrier and 7 yr old goldendoodle (rescue from a puppy mill only 4months ago). They were so very gentle and kind to both of them and made sure to go at the pace that was right for the dog! Also purchased two bags of their homemade dog treats. And our dogs loved them.
