We love brookside! We’ve taken our golden retriever puppy to be groomed a few times now and they always do a great job despite her crazy energy! All the staff are always so kind and helpful. She loves all the chews and treats they sell too!

I am so happy they opened this location! They are right around the corner from my house making it very convenient. Our area really needed something like this! Every time I come in they are extremely helpful! I have a senior girl that has become very picky with her food. Their return policy is amazing and because of it I was finally able to find a combination of food she will eat!!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Brookside Barkery in Shawnee, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! As a long-time fan of their original location, I was thrilled to discover this store conveniently located near my vet.The staff at Brookside Barkery in Shawnee is truly exceptional. They went above and beyond in helping me find the perfect dog food for my sensitive pup. Their knowledge and expertise in recommending the right products were invaluable. I am extremely grateful for their dedication and willingness to assist.But that's not all - I also had the privilege of experiencing the incredible grooming services provided by Weston. He is an absolute gem! Weston not only possesses exceptional grooming skills but also demonstrates a genuine care and love for our furry friends. My dog always comes out looking fabulous and feeling pampered after every visit.

Absolutely wonderful staff! I’ve brought my husky/pit who hates nail trims a few times (she’s been turned away by groomers previously), and they always handle her so well. I also just brought my recently rescued mastiff in for grooming and he left happier than ever. Every employee I’ve encountered is so sweet and truly cares about the animals. Can’t recommend them enough!

Fantastic store. Great options, very clean and tidy, very welcoming.The self service dog washing station is a god send and SO worth the money.They even provide walk-in nail clipping, which was great. The blood curdling screams of my VERY dramatic dog would indicate otherwise, but they were super patient and handled her with perfect care!I cannot recommend this place enough.

We just love having Brookside Barkery & Bath in Shawnee! Earlier, we brought our dog, Ginger, in for a bath a nail trim. Up until today, nail trims for her have been a nightmare! But with the experienced and caring groomers at Brookside Barkery & Bath, she had no issues at all! We are also thrilled that they carry her food (Fromm), which we have had to travel a distance to purchase in the past. Thank you!

I used the self-wash service. They were very helpful and friendly. The service included shampoo and conditioner, ear clean fluid, face wipes, quick dry mist, doggie cologne, and use of a blow dryer and apron. They clean up all the mess, which is great because I have a very messy Newfy to bathe. It is a very new place and is quite clean. I will definitely bring using them in the future and recommend them to all who might be considering a self-wash for dogs.
