Just wasted 30 minutes shopping here. They are supposed to be a part of Ace Rewards but have failed to train anyone on how to look up your Ace Rewards number. Even providing them directly WITH my # does no good. I spend thousands of dollars a month all across the US with Ace for the rewards and this is the ONLY location that can't get their act together. I had over $200 in purchases that I finally just walked away from. Get it together if you're now an Ace location!

My experience at Ace Hardware was freaking awesome. The young man who helped me knew exactly where everything was and even helped me load it into the cart and unloaded into the truck. Whoever was working on this day needs a raise cashier and the help on the floor thanks guys really appreciate it

Prices are extreme for some items like a 12v air compressor costing 50$ instead of the 20$ I originally paid at a different store

Ace hardware in Scott City Kansas is the best Ace hardware my husband has ever been in. It's nice and spacious and has everything you could be looking for. We need one in Quincy IL just like it.

The plant light bub was $16.00. I said it was $8.oo for that light bub.they are put money in they pockets. I think so people need to check out the price on think in the store.
