Recently had a puncture north of Scott City, which was fixed right away - but they also inspected all the tires, and found one which was worn badly on the inside tread, not normally visible from outside - they organised a replacement quickly for a very reasonable price without trying to “upsell”, other than the obvious safety factor - thanks to them, we were back on the road safely without any great delay, and completed our trip without a blowout which could have been a catastrophe - top marks to these people, highly recommend them for straightforward efficient service 😎👍

Very helpful. Was struggling to get air in a tire and was deflating it more. The counter guy came out filled all 4 and was real nice about it.

We got up in the morning at the campsite with a very low tire, I aired it up and went in to Great Western Tire.They got my car in immediately and got the tire repaired quickly. Their employee was very courteous and did a great job. I was impressed with the business and will be back although I don't live in Scott City.

Still trying to figure out what it is about an oil change that takes an hour to complete. An HOUR. I thought I’d be there for 20 minutes, especially since I made an appointment and they knew I was coming. There were somehow enough people working to accept walk-ins and immediately help them, but not enough to pull a drain plug, replace it, replace a filter, and pour some oil so I could go home. They filled the wiper fluid as “part of the oil change” and went ahead and charged me for it after saying they wouldn’t. I paid them $55 for me to wait for an hour on something I could’ve done in 15 minutes. But, if you like spending time and money, this is the place for you.

Went in to get tires rotated. Ended up telling me my tires were shot I needed new ones so I just told them to investigate a weird sound I was hearing and I came back and they gave me a oil change and told me I had a bad bearing but they never told me which tire which was stupid. They gave me the oil change for free but I expected them to clearly do what I was told them to do. also the old man who inspected my vehicle just seems like a grumpy ole guy not a people person. Ended up figuring which tire was bad sooo not the best place.

This place saved us! We picked up a footlong nail from an old homestead site while exploring and we barely made it in! They showed us the nail and advised us on two new rear tires. We had just pulled our camper up from lower Alabama and they were shot! The prices were great and they even hooked us up with an oil change.

This place ripped me off and flat out robbed me and withheld information about my car for two days. Went to get a tire and oil change and it cost me 280 for labor when they broke parts and charged me for it. Overall my bill was 537.00. No stars from me really, but had to put one so I can tell all. They hardly had people at the front desk as well. Don’t go here. They’re not fair.

We were hauling an oversized load and had real tire problems on Sunday afternoon late one of the mechanics​ loved close by and saw is pull in he came up to us and was very helpful even though they were closed he called his boss on Sunday and the owner powered up his computer and got our special order tires coming rite then so that they would be there in the morning and let us stay on the lot that nite .The next day they took care of us like family and got us on our way these folks really believe in quality service

This place is horrible these days. Used to be top notch. This really disappoints me. I used to drive over from Leoti to get tires done here. I miss the old manager Dan. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
