The ONLY reason this store is still open is because it's the only place to get necessary items. It is sooo messy and unorganized... I am not blaming the workers it is the higher upshot giving them enough workers or hours to keep the store nice...they come help when a new manager starts then leave them with next to no help or hours for the help. I've watched it time and again. To those working here, I appreciate you trying.

You had about 4-5 staff on hand and a line of customers wrapped around the divider with only one register open. I get that you guys are busy, but your customers are trying to spend money as well as have things to do. Why not open the second register instead of hanging up signs and unloading boxes, both of which can wait until after the rush.

I came here at 7:10 AM to get some tampons and y'all weren't even open. No one answered the door or phone and yet claim to have new hours. "Open 7 AM to 11 AM Everyday!" My ass. Get your act together. This is a business. Not a leisure park.

Anita is rude. She is way too much into people's business and not focused on her job. I hate going in when she is there. I rather go all the way to scott if I need something because she is a horrible person to have to deal with.

The Scott City KS store is a mess. Merchandise sits on carts in the aisles, customers are forced to wait in extremely long lines while ONLY 1 of the 2 registers are being used. I observed the store manager sitting in the office playing games on his phone while the poor guys at the register was completely swamped with customers.

Scott City Dollar general seriously needs new management. So sad to see this nice new store run this way. As I type this I've been waiting in line behind 6 or 7 people. Only one cashier. Boxes all over

Very disappointed. My boyfriend and I went to Dollar General ten minutes before they closed and had the doors literally shut in our face as the employee saw us approaching. As the employee locked the doors and was walking away from us she waved us off by putting her hand in the air, very rude. Would not go to this establishment again.

I had a huge problem on my hands and the district manager himself came to the store to see to it that the issue was resolved. Can't ask for more than that. Thank you again!!

We were trying to get in at 8:46pm, when we got into town. The doors were locked already and we called and the man talking said they close at 9pm. I said well I’m standing outside and it’s not 9, and his reply was “well it’s 9 on my watch.”

Very nice employee but the store is very messy with merchandise all over the floor and boxes stacked in every aisle. It is very difficult to shop there.

Just so happened to grab my daughtet a Paw Patrol cup and to my surprise it rang up .01cents. The cashier also went out of her way to help me find what i was looking for.

While they are friendly they need to stop firing people who live in town and stop hiring people from out of town. Even if you continue to do this hire more than 5 and have at LEAST 3 people there at all times!

There is always 1 register opened and always a long line of waiting customer's, I spend more time waiting in line then I do shopping. Ugh!

The place was dirty and crowded with stocking carts products on the floor causing bad trip hazard. associates where not helpful didn't know where products were and unwilling to help. I will not shop at this store again.

I needed a small tube of clear adhesive/sealer. The local hardware store was already closed. They had it. They fit a lot of goods in a small space.

Had a line from the second register to the door. Had 2 people working. One was running the register and the other went on "lunch" break smoking a cigarette.

Horrible. It's hard to shop there when the shelves are EMPTY. Row after row the shelfs are empty.
