I HATE leaving negative reviews, but I'm really hoping this will result in being more of a teaching moment than anything.On the 12th of this month, I woke up weary of the overgrown lawn. I checked online at several different places in Salina before going to TSC. I saw the 50 inch Cub Cadet mower on sale and it looked interesting. I called and spoke with the manager, who, while not making any promises, seemed to believe that he could get a Store Associate to deliver it that day.I arrived at the store a short time later, only to have him say that the 3rd party delivery service they use could "maybe" deliver it Monday. I called my neighbor, who agreed to let me use one of his flatbeds to get it home.I was in need of other items, so I asked the young man at the counter where they were. He did a great job of pointing across the store, and not leaving the counter when there was yet another person or 2 that could have done checkout.Even when I checked out, I had to ask for assistance in carrying items out to my SUV. For $3549.75 damage to my card, there was no customer service.

I normally love this store. But hubby ordered an item for me to just pick up for a quick trip in to town. They gave me the wrong battery so he had to return -30miles one way- to find out they didn't have the right one. Lesson- I should have check the UPC to make certain before I left the store. They were nice about the return and he was nice about my error.

I love Tractor Supply, I really do. I've been to their locations in several states..... this location in Salina, however, begs the question : If the undercover loss prevention weirdo is going to follow me all over the store, then why doesn't he offer to push my cart?..... Yep, 2 stars.

Staff are friendly and helpful. They were quick to help us clean up when one of our goofy dogs got too excited and marked the floor (sorry about that). We always get their food from here and its reasonably priced.

The store was clean, well stocked as usual. I was looking for a small clevis pin. Nobody ever greeted me or asked if I needed help, unusual for TSC. Anyway, I hunted for about 30 minutes and left without a purchase, unusual for me here!

Tractor supply has lots of different items, from clothing and tools to yard and garden items, and this visit I found what I was looking for. However, the store was not as clean as usual (in fact some areas were quite dirty), and several areas in the store were "cleaned out" or simply not restocked with goods, leaving the feeling of a place that was on the way out.

I go here all the time for a variety of things. From feed to parts to clothes. I have never found at anytime, anyone to be to busy to help anyone that comes in. Especially Lindsay. She is very knowledgeable and always has a smile for everyone.

The help greeted me with a welcoming smile right away and took me directly to the animal food that I was looking for...and promptly checked me out with another great smile . Since they moved out to the south end of town, I sometimes forget to shop there for things. Glad that I remembered them this time!!

We purchased a new Cub Cadet mower yesterday. The belt broke the first time it was used. Called and spoke with Ken the manager who not only offered a new belt to replace it but instead loaded up a new mower and brought it out to us for an exchange.He went above and beyond for customer service and we greatly appreciate it!Thank you Ken.

Salesman tried to sell me everything from butane lighters, to battery operated lanterns, to a ball cap, while the checkout lady was trying to sign me up for a charge card, while we were trying to check out! Too pushy!! Also, their parking lot is full of pot holes as it has been for years.

This is one of the best places to get animal food especially for sheep feed. They also are a good place to get lime for your garden and putting down in stalls. This is usually the place we go for fencing material.

There is never enough of the type of feed I need. I have been a regular customer at this particular store for 20 years and have watched it decline in the level of customer service. I have repeatedly stated to managers that I didn't find what I need, and have repeatedly asked to order more. Still nothing. I'll have to find another source. Tired of this.

The employees are always happy and greets you when you walk in. They have everything you need for the home and the farm. It's a great little gem for the hobby or full time farmer.

The cashier Nancy is a very rude lady the other associates were very friendly but she is last you see and leaves a lasting impression . She needs out of customer service I will not return if she is the cashier I will turn around and go elsewhere .

TRIED TO SELL MOLDY HORSE FEED!! COULD KILL A HORSE!!!!They offered us MOLDY horse feed for a discount of three dollars. Selling moldy food is absolutely unethical and unsafe for animals. They refused to get new food in until the moldy stuff was sold. Disgusting and greedy.

I've been to a lot of tractor supply stores from Kansas to the east coast and this is the worst run store I've ever seen. Manager at the time ( Nancy) was rude and raised her voice at me. One person working.

Asked for some help with and item and Mike was a complete jerk and acted like I was bothering him by asking him a question. Very rude Orschelns will be getting my business from now on.
