This is a great group of caring people and Dr Jamie is awesome. She helped me through the process of making the hardest decision but the best for my baby with her knowledge, empathy and kindness. I wish I would've went here sooner! 🐾

I've had to come for several reasons over the years and have had nothing but amazing things to say about every experience I've had. The staff is always very helpful and kind and hear your concerns. I cant thank them more!

I want to say a few things.1. The staff and vets are amazing! But….. I don’t know what they base their charges on though. I went twice and paid well over 500. And some the charges didn’t make sense. I will let you compare receipts and you tell me where you get the better deal and still receive amazing customer service and amazing vets. All I’m saying is, you shouldn’t hustle or use vulnerable people that love their animals. 😒😒😒 not only did I get more medication for my pup but they actually figured out what Zukos skin condition was.

Wonderful care. The staff and veterans are amazing. They have helped some many of our pets. Including Mr. Tegu a very large lizard.

Provided extremely well care and very well spoken information. My hamster had passed away rather quickly, but I knew he passed comfortably because of what they had informed me and helped me understand. His passing was sudden, but I really appreciate the care and respect that these people provide. They treat you as a person with feelings. I received a card in the mail and it came with a website to use if I need help grieving. I cannot stress how great these people are. <3

Town and Country is a wonderful Vet center for your pet. They do an outstanding job of caring for your pet and are able to provide a calming atmosphere that our cats love.

The staff here is so friendly and knowledgeable! Very forgiving of pet mishaps. Pricing seems decent compared to the area. I've probably been a customer for over 15 years.

We had a great experience when we had to help transition our Great Dane Zero. Everyone there cared about what was happening and made things a little easier to deal with at the time of our appointment. From then on we decided that Town & Country would handle vet services for our other "kids".

Great experience. Even my dog did really well considering her behavior. They aim for less anxiety on the pets, which is a blessing. Kudos to the whole team that I worked with. Thank you!

This is the second doggie that I have taken to Town and Country, and they are a professional but also family-like service. They answered all of my questions about my new doggie and how to make her transition into my home successful.

Some good and some bad -- varied experiences.Pros: Local, not long scheduling waits for general care (less than a few days), reception desk well-staffed, receptionists kind and knowledgable, up-to-date and clean, pleasant waiting area, convenient pay methods. Some specifics: (1) When our dog has had bladder issues and other non-emergent issues, we were able to get her in quickly. Emergent care can be near impossible to get in town, but they were able to see us and help us quickly during one of our pet emergencies that happened during the day. (2) Staff always very friendly and attentive with our dog, she enjoys vet visits and is not scared. (3) Payment options are up-to-date with current tech, one time we accidentally left without fully paying (we'd paid for services but not for her medication we picked up), they simply texted us an invoice link and we were able to easily pay it before we even finished the drive home.Cons: record keeping system seems to have inconsistencies, short-notice care (boarding, grooming, etc) can be very difficult to secure, grooming department difficult to communicate with and schedule with. Some specifics: (1) We once had our boarding appointment canceled before a big trip. Thankfully they were able to work her "back" in when we showed up to drop her off and they were apologetic, but it was a jarring experience during the pre-travel time crunch. (2) We've had to re-update our primary contact information multiple times (4+) with reception due to it not getting updated each time. This caused several instances of not getting appointment reminders or grooming pick-up notices. The record keeping system seems to have some flaws. (3) Grooming services have been frustrating for us to utilize. The groomers are kind and well-intentioned, but without a lot of resources and tools. They're understaffed, like most groomers in town, however you may wait 6+ months for your first appointment, which is quite long compared to others. It seems they are most equipped for short-haired breeds or breeds that get shaved, and do not have the tools for trimming and shaping long-haired breeds, but this was not relayed to us in a timely fashion. We had our long-haired, double-coated dog groomed several times over 6 months, and the results were a little odd starting out, but never out-right bad or thoughtlessly done. I began dropping her off with a note writing out what needed to be done. The first time I did this, the results were better and I was optimistic. The second time I did this, they decided the more challenging parts (feathers/layering) could not be done with their tools, but also didn't complete some of the simpler things, like a hygeine trim. Our girl has occassional GI issues and keeping her hygeine areas and buttcheeks trimmed makes post-diarrhea clean up much easier. She is also bathed/dried/brushed regularly at home, and the main purpose of getting her groomed is the hair trimming. The decision to not trim her was not communicated until very late in the day, right before the primary groomer left. I had called at 2:51pm to check in on her groom due to past issues with not getting notified that her groom was completed. I tried calling twice, but there was no answer. I got a voicemail a few minutes later at 2:58pm that told me she would not be trimmed, and when I called back a few minutes later, there was no answer. At some point, I was able to touch base, and was very surprised/confused/unhappy. The person I talked to basically rehashed what the voicemail said but was extremely appologetic and did not charge us for the bath/dry/brush and nail/foot trim. A later follow up to cancel grooming appointments we had scheduled out for her was also met sympathetically. Ultimately, we decided to have her groomed somewhere more equipped for long-haired/double-coated breeds. I would highly recommend the grooming department create a pamphlet or postcard on the sorts of grooms they do and do not do, with wait times being so long it is critical that this information is accessible and known upfront.

Friendly and helpful staff. I was traveling cross country and my baby (Max, a 95lb mutt) broke a nail while running (galloping like a horse) over some rocks. I was very impressed with the way the entire staff listened to my concerns and were quickly able to help my baby get better! I drive a semi and Max is the copilot. I've been to vets regularly all across the country to maintain my baby's well being. This place is in the top tier! I highly recommend this place. I'm glad I found them. I'll definitely be back. I'm used to other places forcing us to do unnecessary blood work and other tests before seeing my dog. I know when he needs stuff and I'm on top of it. My Max is super healthy and very well maintained! This place didn't try to rip me off!!!

Nothing but great things to say about Town and Country. They take such good care of our sweet toy poodle every time we’re in town! Nicest front desk staff, nurses, and doctors. You can tell they truly care. So thankful for everyone here!!

I adopted a cat from the shelter, she of course had a few issues, ear mites, upper resp. problem. From the time I called to make the appointment to the time I picked Sophie up they were all amazing. You can tell they all care about the animals, the techs are great and Dr. Stolzenburg was wonderful. They listened to all my concerns for her and worked thru everything. Sophie is very happy and healthy now. Dr. Stolzenburg and the staff are amazing, this is Spohie's new vet for life!!!

Dr Sydney Welchel is awesome! So kind and caring, and very easy to talk to! She gave us all the time we needed! And Jenny, the vet tech, was so good to my dog! Gave her lots of treats! And she was such a fun person with my dog, and me too! I could tell my dog, Lilly, was very relaxed and her appointment went so easy. Lilly enjoyed being there!!

My vet wasn't able to take care of my dog during a emergency. Because she was not coming in till later that day and I could not wait so I went to another vet that could not help her and I went to this veterinarian's office Town and Country they took her in called me several times during the emergency procedure. Because I wasn't allowed in because of the virus. They had sent me to K Stare in Manhattan and they weren't able to save her so the choice was made to put her down one of the hardest choices I ever made in my life. But they sent me a sympathy card with paragraphs from there own words of very kind and loving words to pay their respects for my dog's passing.

Nice and clean, very friendly and was very patient with my macaw. Little on the pricey side though for a trimming.

Clean, well kept facility! They are great with animals!Slow and gentle to make a good impression so the animals don’t get anxiety from vet experience. They talk you through what’s going on with diagnosis, treatment options, even what shots they are getting and what they are for. They have even gave me a call to check in on our dog a few days after they seen him for a skin infection. They are very good people, kind , intelligent.Best time I’ve had at a vet by far!!!

Great place to take your pets. My dog is terrible with strangers and the staff here took their time with her and tried to make her as comfortable as possible. I really can't say how much I appreciated their willingness to work with her and try to make it a positive experience. They are a little more expensive but worth it.

The atmosphere of Town and Country is more like a comfortable home than an animal hospital. Every staff member I have come in contact with is friendly and helpful. Lucy's doctor will listen to my concerns! Lucy is always treated gently and with love. This is a place that I trust completely!!

Our dog got hit by a car and Town and Country was the only Vet that would give him immediate attention. The staff was very professional, kind, gentle, and helpful. Our dog is doing much better and I feel it is a direct result of Town and Country doing everything they could to help him. They even called back several time to check on our dog to make sure he was okay and taking his medication.

They got our cat in for what she needed to be seen for in a timely manner. Also you could tell the technicians actually enjoyed their jobs. The staff is friendly when they answer the phone. All in all we had a great experience at town and country vet for being first timers here. I would definitely recommend anyone to give them a try our cat Bailey 🐈 enjoyed her visit as so did we.
