I came to this target to get a few things and stopped my starbucks for a drink. I wanted to try something different so I got a Venti Passion Tango Tea Lemonade with Strawberry Inclusions. Upon tasting it I wasn't a fan, but I went to go buy a different drink that I was more familiar with. I bought the drink but I explained how I wasn't a fan of the Lemonade. She let me know I could've exchanged it and I didn't need to pay for a different one but I told her "it's okay I tried something new in a venti and thats on me. I just wanted something that I knew I would like." She stopped making the grande and started making a TRENTA. After she was done with that she gave me the grande as well!!!! The Iced Chai Latte is my favorite so to get both of those drinks made me so happy. I didn't catch her name but she had this pretty blueish green dyed hair and she is such a sweetheart! This experience really made my day! The people at this starbucks should definitely get a raise! I am just here visiting and I do not see this kind of customer service where I live. People here are so kind.

Love coming here just to kinda peak around, maybe grab a drink from the lovely Starbucks employees. Target usually has anything I need, and without any hassle. Employees are more than willing to help out in any circumstances.

Great store! We were passing through on our way back east, and the workers were hospitable and the store was clean. Shout out to Wayne for greeting us each time he saw us, then being quick to OK our firework purchase. Best small Target I’ve visited yet!

I originally ordered this item from "Amazon" on my daughter's baby registry. I ordered the item and the next day I received an email from "Amazon" stating it would arrive in September, a full month away!! My daughter was scheduled to go in to have a C-section the following week (5 days away..) and "Amazon" wanted me to wait a full month for the gift from the baby registry!! I decided to do a search for the product. After searching (it only took 2 ticks) I was at Target store in the buy now section so I purchased the item and picked it up the very next day!! So much for Amazon!! "Target" thank you for coming through for me, it was such a relief to know I'd have this item and a lot sooner than I'd expected (within less than 24 hrs)!! From now on you'll be my go to store online. Appreciated!

Quick trip while waiting for supper take/outs. Found what I needed and there were multiple checkouts with real people so did use self-check. Was happy to seeing this. Also noticed employees throughout the store helping customers.

I enjoy a lot about Target. It’s a clean store, I find what I look for, and I find more that I am not looking for. Great if you want to find good appealing products, but I can’t recommend Target if you don’t have good willpower to not buy everything in sight

I like the store and they have pretty much anything you might need. Another perk is getting discounts by using the app or signing up for Red Card. It's nice that their online prices match their in-store prices, unlike Walmart. Prices are comparable to all of the other stores, and there's a Starbucks inside if you are into that kind of thing.Edited 2/28/2023Removed a star because the customer service during my last visit was questionable. I forgot to have them scan my Red Card for 5% off. I asked Customer Service about it and he didn’t seem eager to help at all. I was told I would have return the entire cart of goods (~$200) and purchase it all again to get the Red Card discount. You’d think they would have a method in place if something like this happens. Even if it’s putting the 5% on a gift card for a future purchase.

The one and only reason I will rate my experience coming into Salina target is because of Trisha. She helped me beyond belief and she didn’t even need to. She introduced me to the Target app and saved me almost $40! With inflation these days and not to mention the holidays. I don’t think she’ll ever understand how much she helped me. Not only that, but in this day and age. It’s EXTREMELY hard to get good, let alone amazing, customer service. She not only gave me that but I was lucky enough to have her help me twice on 2 separate trips. For once someone was genuinely nice and didn’t make me feel like I was an inconvenience by just breathing. She made my cold heart melt a little. She absolutely deserves ALL the free Starbucks and perks she can get! ☺️

The store is never a disappointment but I was very surprised with the lack of selection in the maternity area. My expecting wife thoroughly enjoys coming to the store and could not find anything that would fit her comfortably and aesthetically at any point during her pregnancy. They do have some items their selection is just very limited and this is nothing that will prevent me from going back to the store just a surprise to encounter that hopefully I can prevent other people from running into. I have not been online so the options may be more extended there.

Buyer beware … be very careful when purchasing an item you may think will need to be returned. Target will not credit an item back to a debit card without having it in your possession such as in a case where your spouse would buy it and you would attempt to return it without his or her card with you. However, they will offer a store gift card. I can understand not giving cash back but there shouldn’t be a question when you have a receipt in hand, can provide an I.d., and are wanting credit to the same card an item was purchased with. However, if you use their Red Card, no questions asked. Ummmm… no thanks! My husband will make another trip to the store, make the return, I will cut up my Red Card, and we will shop elsewhere.

I love Target. The staff are very knowledgeable. They have very reasonable prices. And the customer service is fantastic. I can tell that the staff aren't there for money. They are there for the people, and that's the way it should be. Thank you for being a fantastic store in Salina, Kansas!

Will not purchase from Target.com ever again. I was double charged for a purchase and when called they claimed the duplicate charge is a "hold" and will drop off by the end of the month. This would make sense it was a pending charge, but I have two duplicate "hard posted" debits on my account.Love Target and will only shop in person moving forward.

Even with renovations, customer service is the best. Also, during checkout, I was suppose to get a $5 gift card but it didn't ring up as such. The gentleman checking me out rang up and hand wrote me a $5 gift card and said he would check out later. That was greatly appreciated so I didn't have to wait another 10 minutes for someone to verify. Love the people who work here!!!

Tomeka is awesome on customer service. I found a product that was priced on the shelf but scanned for a higher price. She didn't hesitate to me for give it to me for the cheaper price. Thanks for honoring what was fair and right. I would've understood if it was in the wrong place but the price on the shelf was for that product . A lot of businesses don't honor that anymore. Will definitely shop there again. Good customer service is priceless. The associates there are always friendly.

i ordered online for the first time....i ordered 2 items and when i wanted to change the shipping address it wouldnt let me. I went to the store the following morning to pick up the 2 things i ordered there was only 1 thing ready for me to pick up....the other item was not available which i had no clue why...so i then had to run back to the toy department to find another toy to replace the one that wasnt with my order which made me late to work!

Pricey but good quality! Help is easy to find if needed and they are always kind in helping! Pop corn and pretzel are best in town! Keeps up with that famous movie popcorn but 1/4 of the price

Target is unique. They have a lot to offer and if you dont have a Target Red Card you should. Cartwheel is fairly good they have slacked a bit with really providing good coupons based on your past shopping habbits but also just more useful coupons as a whole. The checkout is fast sometimes and slow others and it seemes its never consistent and fast. I really dont like that they pull out the stock carts while shoppers are shopping i grab less because you can barely navigate to look at other stuff. They expanded and it added a few more aisle and man i was hoping for grocerys. The feel is better than all the other stores and its more family focused so great store just need a few tweeks to maximize customer experience.

The items I needed were not available in Wichita, they apparently could not be shipped to me via Target online or store to store (they could not be transferred to Wichita). Therefore I had to drive an hour each way to get the items I needed. Upon arriving the store was very empty minus employees. The cashier employees were chatting and watching me enter, the customer service lady was sorting candy bars with her back towards the customer waiting area. The cashiers watched me waiting for her attention, but didn't say anything. When she turned around she asked for ID, even though I had bar code ready. The entire transaction just wasn't pleasant or friendly, it was indifferent. I <3 Target, but today was "off" compared to normal Target shopping trips
