I had a broken water pipe in the wall. They came out and quickly fixed and replace the sheet rock pieces so pets would not try to get into the hole. Very nice guys who knew what they were doing.

They charged me for multiple visits "fixing" my air conditioner. The issue was that the air conditioning unit put into the house before we bought it pushed too much air for the ducting to move so things kept over heating and my compressor eventually died. I didn't know this and they didn't bother to tell me this ever. After they charged me for 3 repair visits I finally went with someone else who fixed it correctly and gave me the information about how much air it needed to move after 1 visit. Summit plumbing is a fraudulent business and will take you for every dime they can.

Summit Plumbing came to our home to install a new hot water heater. They were there for less than 1 hour. We had already drained the water out and everything to make their lives slightly easier. Two men came out to load up a empty hot water heater and charged us extra for another guy to come out. Let’s be real here, if you do this for a living you’d know that a hot water heater isn’t THAT heavy and I could have taken it out myself. They are very good about inflating their costs and making unnecessary labor at your cost! so watch out for that!! If you want quality service, and good customer service, i definitely do not recommend Summit Plumbing!check previous reviews to know that my spouse and I are not that only ones that have dealt with this.

My Girlfriend had to have the gas lines in her house serviced before the gas could be turned on. They came out and had to replace much of the old line. They were extremely quick and thorough and I would recommend them to anyone. I know so many we called were way more expensive and very vague about what the cost. Joe came out on a Saturday and went to work fast for us. We were without use of a shower and because Summit Plumbing actually takes your call and does what they say they’ll do, I will use them in the future. I was expecting a higher bill due to it being a Saturday, so I was definitely pleased with the cost of their service.

My home warranty company called them to come fix our ac. Since moving into our house almost a year ago we have had to call them twice, because of something going on with our air conditioning unit It's the 1st time coming out it took them almost 3 months, to show up at our house we would call them several times a week and each time they said oh we'll try to be out there today they never called or showed up showed up. The 2nd time they they said that they would be out they never showed up or called and it's been a month and a 1/2 since we called about our ac shooting freon.(They also said they would put us as high priority fix because I was because our AC is shooting freeon high priority being a month and a 1/2 later don't believe that) Highly unprofessional and not reliable for services they need to either hire more people or not take on so many jobs.

Summit plumbing was a bad experience all around . My home warranty called them for a hot water heater job . Which is as simple as that . Summit decides to tell the hwa that they must do modifications in my home and had an overage amount which is fine , come to find out after approving the modifications ,no modications were done, summit says that the overage was to send a second guy to help with unloading a water heater and charged three hours of labor even tho they were in my house for no more than one hour . The office never gets back to you , they send you one bill. Then threaten you . If you like paying for hours of labor that haven’t been performed , and you like getting the run around .. well summit is a good choice !

Had a plumbing issue at 5pm on a Friday night and Eric came out to check everything out right away. He was fantastic and a wealth of information. He really helped us out and I would totally recommend Summit Plumbing to anyone.

Not sure about their general service but today at 5:00pm, I followed one of the vehicles halfway across Salina, KS. They could be the speediest, greatest, most in-depth plumbers the world has ever seen.... But they can't drive correctly even if a cop were to follow them. No turn signals, randomly stopping on the road during the busiest hours of traffic, not yielding at yellow lights and not stopping on red lights.... I'm pretty sure they're so expensive to compensate for the amount traffic violations recieved.

These folks do the right thing for their customers. They discuss with you what needs to be done and the right way to do it so that you are fully informed. If you allow them to do a job for you I promise you will see professional employees doing a professional job.

I called to have a water heater installed they gave me a scheduled time took off work to meet then an hour later i called them to verify they were coming at which time they told me it was too late in the day i could either pay them an additional fee or the would not do the job i found a better more reasonable company that came the same day after and completed the job for $150 less than Summitt's bid

Absolutely horrible experience. They inflate their labor costs and DO NOT guarantee work. Stay AWAY!! Still dealing with their mess from months ago. Go with a reputable company.
