With all honesty I would NOT recommend going to this subway. This employee in this subway has been rude towards costumers and he’s been holding his girlfriend hostage (William Wahlmeier). As well as his boss, Marisa. They both have made sure that she sits outside for hours on end in the car will he works which shows a lot. William also drugs her… she’s being abused by WILLIAM. If you come across this subway please look for a green Chevy Impala with the license plate “858 SCR”. Make sure she’s alive and call for help if needed. She doesn’t deserve this at all, she barely graduated last year and he’s ruining her life.. Marisa has been allowing this behavior from William, one time I went through the drive thru and it was completely obvious that he was high the whole time. How UNPROFESSIONAL. theyeat diaper btw..

It was absolutely delicious. It's weird to say, because I've had the sweet onion chicken teriyaki wrap on countless occasions, but this was by far the best I've had in a really long time. For the first time in years, the meat was actually hot, not luke warm at best. I also liked that they add the teriyaki sauce upon order instead of premixed like they used to. I felt like I could taste it more than I ever have.The guy who made it was also very friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be there. Great experience. Kudos!!

Sheri wasn't very friendly, she was short and snappy. The whole staff reflected that they didn't want to be working. One of them burped SUPER loud in the back, just doesn't seem like a professional place. Sub was good though

I'm from Washington DC, and I drove from Houston to Denver last month. The ladies behind the counter were simply amazing. They were incredibly nice and accommodating for a self-proclaimed fish out of water. Simply wonderful. The franchisee and manager should be proud.

Store staff was awesome and understanding. Food was amazing. App did not give a selection for toasted or at least not made obvious. Staff fixed sandwich once I came in, however had to wait due to App. Store gets 5 stars, 1star is for app and to bring attention to the issues with the app

Didn’t speak when I walked in, the lady with the purple hair was very rude and aggressive to someone in the drive thru “WHAT BREAD” ! I told the other girl that was there and didn’t speak as well that I left my wallet. I left and didn’t return. It was hot in there as well with flies flying around gross and the toppings area was horrible looking with stuff all over it no wonder why the flies were all over stuff too !Smh this is pathetic

The food was good but this location needs to come to with a better way to treat the customers in the drive thru. We stopped though on our way home from Thanksgiving and we're the only car in the drive thru line. When we pulled up to order we were asked to please wait while they took care of those inside first. We were patient. After at least 10 minutes of waiting my husband backed up and then pulled up again in case they had forgot we were still waiting. They then told us again that they had nearly 8 customers inside "ahead" of us and to wait until everyone inside the restaurant was taken care of first. This completely threw me off considering those inside are being served in order from who was in the line first and yet even though technically we would be considered "in line" we were being pushed to the end or until customers stopped walking in for them to even take our order. This is a system that obvious to anyone is not working properly and is frustrating to customers. We felt like we were being ignored or disregarded for using the drive thru even though it's there and open to do so. We waited another 5-10 minutes and then just drove through and parked for me to go inside to order instead seeing how the parking lot only have about 5 cars in it. When I went in they did have about 4 people standing in line so of course I waited til it was my turn to be served. I ordered and did not say anything about my frustration with the way things are conducted. We spent at the least 30 minutes from pulling in the drive until I paid for my food and left. That is absurd. I have worked at and even was shift manager for another Subway in Andover and would have never acted like that. I do think that one of the employees was new to the job but the two people working were working at a very slow pace. They let every single sandwich beep multiple times before removing from the toaster making them more brown than I personally would have liked, the were unable to multitask or work on more than one sandwich at a time. I'm not insinuating that they should just rush through but when a sandwich is toasting and you have another one behind you can still do veggies on the next one while waiting for the first.. it's proper time management and customer service compared to just standing there waiting on the toaster. When I asked for a little salt my sandwich was showered in it that I didn't even finish either. Over all this experience was a disappointment from a place I've always enjoyed.

Good food, clean, good service. I had quit coming here for about two years due to service issues. A new manager has turned the service around. Many years ago I worked at a Mobile Oil service station in this location. Service was Paramount to the success of that business and this one as well.

I was greeted immediately by a friendly gentleman. He knew his products and made a great sandwich for me. The restaurant was very clean and well stocked. The bread was excellent. I highly recommend this Subway and its professional staff and will eat there again.

Was disappointed to find out they had eliminated about half of their bread selection for sandwiches. Ingredients were fresh and tasty though! My boyfriend got some brisket or roast beef sandwich, was not worth the $12 price tag but my oven roasted chicken breast was fabulous as always. Staff could be a little more friendly.

Came in to order at 12:15pm. I wanted the cold cut combo sandwich. The guy behind the counter said they didn’t have any because he didn’t have time to prep it. Really!? It’s noon - people are coming in for lunch. The was told they don’t have oregano anymore. Ok, whatever. I sit down to eat at a dirty table because that’s all there is available. As I’m finishing my sandwich a small bug is crawling across the table like it came out of my sandwich. Gross. Will not be back and I do not recommend anyone else visit this place.

Great food and friendly staff but the service was very slow. There were a few few people in line but not many. The third guest behind us didn't get through the line and have their food until we were almost done eating. Usually this location is very speedy so not sure what the problem was.

I just love it. Fresh ingredients, fast, good, inexpensive.I'd appreciate if they'd open later than 10 PM in Salina, Kansas. I would definitely come back and recommend to a friend. A good experience so far.

They didn't have all the bread options and they shut down the toasting machine way early. I assume they wanted to be out early. I would recommend one of the other locations if you are going in the evening.

Most nasty subway I have been too! Employee didn’t have mask fully covering face and had snot dripping down! Was pretty much throwing veggies on the sandwich and probably put half a bottle of mayo on my sandwich! Very poor customer service!

It's a standard subway, but it was missing some ingredients (Swiss cheese, a few types of bread,...). They were also a bit short staffed (2 employees for a weekend lunch). But overall, I can't really complain as the food was pretty tasty and the store was pretty clean (even the restrooms).
