I walked in and instantly the environment was just not welcoming. The girls were herded around towards the back. When I step up to the counter. One stepped towards me approaching me and I asked if this was my order looking confused as I never been there before. She said yes and turned and walked away. I struggled to find straws as it was hard to find where the items were located. I originally was going to leave a tip but she turned around so quick to go talk to her coworkers. My drink was made the way I ordered on the app. But it felt so unwelcome there that I didn't go back to get it fixed.Parking: The parking area was super small. Not only did I drive right past it because it's hard to see. When I went to park I couldn't park in front. Some big black truck a lady was driving was taking up two entire parking spots. How she managed I am not sure. So I had to park next to a bank and walk a fair distance to get my drinks and snacks. Parking are is just not the greatest.

This is a high end Starbucks open for breakfast at 6am ahd has all the latest drinks and sanwiches even the Cocoa Marshmallow Dream bars. The barista s all are friendly and efficient at producing the drinks quickly. There is a large indoor seating area and also tables and chairs outside on the south and West side patio facing Sante Fe Ave and Mulberry Street The Starbucks hours are now 6am to7pm. They do deliver on a 3 wheeled bicycle if are within 1 mile of store. This Starbucks shares the fanciest bathroom I've even seen with YaYa's Bistro which is across the hall at Homewood Suites Salina

Easy to access from the street because it sets on the corner, so you can access parking from across the street or next to the building. You can also access it from the hotel because it's connected to the hotel entry or you can access it from another outside entrance, both on Santa Fe Avenue. I like to order my coffee in advance and go in and pick it up. Very nice inside... the building is retro in a way as far as it's brick; kind of Old Brick because the downtown Salina is a historical shopping area so everything is more on the Retro side from the 30s through 70s.They have all the normal food items and coffee to buy and cups Etc that you would find in most Starbucks shops.They are open 6:00 to 5:00 everyday except Sunday and they open at 7:00 and close at 3:00 on Sunday.If you're visiting Salina and want to enjoy the downtown area this is a good place to stop and get coffee.Parking: As stated in my review it sits on the corner of Santa Fe, the 200 block and is situated in the same building as the hotel but is its own separate entity. Parking is easy, you can park right in front of the hotel on Santa Fe across the street on Santa Fe. Santa Fe is very pedestrian friendly. Parking is free.

The older gentleman who is a Barista here, Steven is his name, quit obviously hates his job!He was very Rude , told me I can't have my drink made the way I requested as it would make his job harder to do so. So I comprised and said "Fine, could I have extra Carmel please?" His response (with a very smug look on his face) "We don't do that here!" What exactly does that mean.. "Here?" They must make their own rules at this location.. funny too, they have a sign behind the counter that says"Be kind to eachother" I guess they need to teach Steven to lead by example!!!!

Just came to get a drink from Starbucks located at 9th Street. I had my drink order written down so they won't make a mistake. ( They did it a couple of times before) so guess what? They made me the wrong drink again 😢😢😢 i asked for an iced caffe latte, sugar vanilla (4shots) then they made it HOT! also i ordered a vinte because i wanted the biggest cup and they gave me the medium size (grande) instead of. They charged me for the largest and i got the small drink . Very disappointed.

I usually like this location, but ordered two breakfast sandwiches which my son and I were eating there. I opened the paper bag and both sandwiches were completely blown apart with the cheese melted to the inside of the bag. Carried them carefully for the five steps to our seats, so I can only assume one of the workers was illustrating for us how slammed they felt. Not impressed!

This is sad that Starbucks closes at 3pm on Sunday when YaYa’s next door is open and there’s guests at the hotel.But most importantly customers from Salina that would love to enjoy a coffee during their day off with friends or family at our downtown Starbucks.

Love this Starbucks! The service was polite and very quick. With my semi difficult order, they made sure they were going to have it right. The atmosphere is the best out of all of our Salina Starbucks. The lighting is dim, very cozy and laid back. A perfect addition to our downtown's district!!

Next time I say, let’s get Starbucks. Remind me of the last several times I’ve come in to be treated like lumber in a lumber mill. The afternoon crew is vapid, sincere complacency is prevalent from barista knowledge to the amount of trouble I caused by asking for a drink. Too bad too, because I RARELY post a scathing review.Do yourself a favor and go to the corporate store on south 9th. At least you’ll be treated humanly.

Steven was very condescending towards me when I asked for extra Ice .. Straight told me he couldn't do that..and that he would have a hard time pouring the frap if I were to get extra ice. Funny.. I have never had a Barista tell me that before .Then when husband asked for extra Carmel in his Carmel crunch. Steven stated "We Don't do that!"

Love staying at the Homewood suites, but it’s unfortunate that this Starbucks routinely makes errors on drinks. I get an iced shaken espresso at every Starbucks I go to and this one just cannot seem to get it right. I couldn’t tell you what they’re forgetting, but it always tastes like I’m drinking liquified cardboard.

I always receive friendly service when I'm there, but this Starbucks has some other issues they need to work out. The first would be inventory. Every time I go, they seem to be running low or completely out of something. For example, One day I ordered a bagel, and of the 4 types of bagels they should have in stock, they only had 1 type, and the barista as totally clueless. They also run out of specialty drinks quickly. Secondly, I arrived this morning at 7:45 to grab some coffee (on a Monday Morning), and they were closed. Their website claims they should be open at 6 am. There didn't appear to be anyone in the store at all. I was not the only one walking up to the door trying to figure out why they weren't open. Looks like they've got some management issues and problems with inconsistency. I recommend sticking to the local coffee shops.

Showed up right before closing and got two of the new pistachio lattes quickly. They're very delicious, highly recommend if you like pistachio!

Great Starbucks in Downtown Salina Kansas. Is located in the southwest corner of Homewood Suites at Mulberry Street and Sante Fe Ave or 257 South Sante Fe Avenue. You can eat inside or outside under the umbrellas. The drinks and snacks are great and they have a great bathroom out the north inside door of Starbucks and to your right inside Homewood Suites. Its a high end place . The pastries are 50% off the last 2 hours before close. Also on some Thursdays corporate Starbucks declares a happy hour during certain hours.

We used to live in Salina, now when we visit we stay at Homewood Suites. 100% most positive thing about this Starbucks location is Casey! She is the epitome of customer service.

Never will I go to Starbucks again.Went in for my daughter's birthday she raves aboute Starbucks all the time.She ordered her drink I ordered my sons drink a dragon fruit???I didn't order anything didn't really know what they had as far as variety. My daughter' got her drink they handed me a chocolate concoction that wasn't a dragon fruit.i said wrong order guy turns around tells other employees how I screwed up ordering and now want a dragon fruit I clearly asked for dragon fruit and did not appreciate being talked to or aboute like some fool.Starbucks on Santa fe I wouldn't recommend.

This location will double charge you debit card. They will not correct this issue. This has happened multiple times. Horible staff who won't take personal responsibility.I called my bank they verified they double charged multiple time. Had to dispute these charges and the bank got me my money back.

Stopped in on my way to work to pick up a Pike place coffee with french vanilla cream and a breakfast sandwich of egg, bacon, and Gouda cheese. The staff was very courteous.

Best Starbucks in town. The drinks are always perfect and the staff is always friendly. Definitely a favorite place for coffee.
