I usually don't give reviews unless it's really good or bad.I have to say I am Very happy with the service today at Petco!All of the employees were super helpful and professional!My 2 girls got a grooming and to my surprise they really enjoyed the pampering! Even as the groomer was training another young lady she did an awesome job!My girls look great and are very happy! Amber (I think that was her name) even helped me with them to my car!Thank you!!! I'll be back as long as she is the groomer!!!

My little guy Oliver had a bath and cut today by Sydney! As always she did an amazing job! Also would like to add that every time we come to Pet Co, we are greeted and treated like they know us well. Jesse is amazing as all the others are too!

The first visit was a little rough. The 2nd visit was an amazing experience. My husband and I were there to purchase a larger fish tank. The whole store was really clean. Even the fishtanks had incredibly clear water, and everyone was extremely helpful. It was a great experience!

Shows online that they carry diamond dogfood. And that it was in stock. Drove across town for absolutely nothing. Plus none of the employees even acknowledged our existence except (chase or chance was his name). Was super nice and polite to our kiddo. The one star is for him. The missing four is for the joke online advertising and the rest of the employees

Absolutely ridiculous, terrible service. The Fish monger refuses to sell us a fish because I don't feel that worrying about the fish 10 years from now is the biggest issue.... let's keep it for a year first..... MMM K.We bought many times from here.... fish, cat, 4 dogs. No more..... No moreZero out of 100/10.... Do not recommend.

I had a appointment to get my dog groomed at Salina Petco on Sunday 3/24/24 at 1PM. They sent me a text to confirm the appointment it said in the text that they require 48 notice of cancellation. I confirmed the appointment. I then received a text message on the morning of the 24 reminding me of the appointment at 1PM. I get to the store go in the groomer room and waiting no one there. Finally some one from up front cam in the groomer room and said they are not doing any grooming today. I advised that I have a appointment at 1Pm. They then advised me they have no groomer today. This was a total wast of my time and gas. If they are taking appointments then they need to have some one there. And OH what about there 48 hour notice for cancelling the appointment. You must tell them 48 hours before but they just wait tell you wast your time and money to drive to there store then they tell you no groomer today. Way did you send me a text at around 9 am on the 24 to remind me of the appointment. Might have been nice to send me one cancelling the appointment. I was going to get Dog food when I was there but thought I will give my money to a different place that has help there.PETCO: Looking forward to seeing you today at 1:00 CDT at Salina! The woman who helped me today was as good as they get! She was knowledgeable and helpful, very kind. This afternoon, I was looking at fish and she was hauling a dolly/cart to the back room by where I was standing. As she was going through the doors, she saw me, stopped what she was doing and made sure to ask if I needed help. She rocked! Wish I caught her name. She answered questions on my Albino African Clawed frogs feeding, Assissted in getting me a Gold Zebra Loach and several snails. You don't find that genuity everywhere. Beacause I liked her, I loved my experience! Thanks 🙃

Horrible. Bad customer service . We have fish tank wanted help get right fitler. Guy ask why . Told my autistic son wanted fish. He love s watch em . He sits hrs just watching. Clerk ask how old. we said ghe five. he freaked out in front customer s and said can't sell fish to ur family kids like that grow up animal Killers. Really people staring at us my son crying. I'll never do busy Petco again. Very poor rude customer service in fish department.

Sales person was very rude to my husband. My husband has a small fish tank and wanted to buy a cat fish and picosomus for the bottom of his tank. Also he wanted a few smaller fish. The sales man belittled him, told him that he was being cruel to these fish he was buying. He said the fishes eyes would bulge out and the fish would basically explode in the tank. Mind you my husband's had this tank for 15yrs. Mostly this salesperson was annoyed and put off that he had to do any work at all. By the way, my husband is 78 and also a veteran, never should have been treated this way. Also on an interesting note, I came back to the fish section a few minutes after my husband and started looking at the fish tanks. The salesperson said he'd be with me in a moment. He didn't know we were together, also I am 24 yrs younger than my husband. The salesperson person made faces, like rolling his eyes and other things when he saw me watching. After my husband left to go pay, the salesperson came over and tried to vent about that old man. I stopped ✋️ him right away and said that old man was my husband. The salesman turned around and walked away not wanting to talk to me anymore. We will no longer buy anything from this store.

Great deals. Really care about pets. Grooming is good and consistent. Annie needs more perfume though. Patient to get you the best at your best price. Plus I like to shop with my Annie who's not welcome everywhere.They listened to what I said and reviewed. Excellent job this last time. I will be back!

I AM NOT ABLE TO GO IN STORE, I AM IN A WHEELCHAIR. I USUALLY ORDER AND HAVE IT DELIVERED. DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED BUT COULD NOT GO IN MY PETCO. I CALLED THE STORE AND ASKED IF THEY HAD THE ONE I NEEDED, ROYAL CANINE FOR ADULT YORKSHIRES, THEY CHECKED AND SAID THEY DID, ASKED IF I COULD GET DELIVERED, THEY SAID ONLY GOING THRU APP ON LINE. WHEN I SAID IT WAS NOT LETTING ME, THEY SAID THEY COULD BRING IT UP TO CASH REGISTER. I SAID THAT WOULD WORK, I SENT MY HELP TO STORE TO GET IT.

No one would wait on me they were to busy talking,, I wanted some fish from your saltwater tanks, I told the lady at the checkout counter about it and she apologized for it. I was going to spend $300, in your store, so I went to the pet shop across town, they are way more happy to get my business from me and there fish were cheaper, thanks pet co, for saving me money, I licc CC e 80 miles from town and have been buying stuff from you guys for ov10 years. Not anymore

Tried to buy one, 1.5 in. goldfish and guy in the back refused to sell me "his" fish unless I had or bought one of their 30 gallon tanks for it. That would be quite an investment for one minnow. He seemed rather offended when I didn't buy his hard-sell.
