My wife called orkin for a simple spray around for spiders, guy came by and he wanted to remove all the insulation in the attic, basically remodel the attic and do a bunch of things trying to turn my house into some kind of bug fortress or something. Quoted us like 10 grand. Like dude we just want you to spray for spiders. When my wife told him no on the attic remodel he refused to even spray at all. Who does business like this? Just a weird experience.

Orkin does a great job with the flea treatment they provide. They're very thorough and get the job done. Their flea treatment is very effective. Their call center is very professional and helpful. It's our second time hiring them and if we ever have another issue with pests we will 100% be calling Orkin. We liked Don so much we requested to have him do our treatment the second time. I tried calling our local Orkin location but no matter what number I called I was constantly put on a call wait and was sent straight to a representative. The representative seemed professional over the phone. I called on Thursday Oct 20th in the afternoon and was told that I would get a call back to receive a quote and set up an appointment if not that same day at least by Monday at the latest. It is now Nov 7th and never heard back. Thankfully another company was able to provide their services for us. I would definitely recommend Hassman in Salina.

I have been using Orkin for almost 15 years. I used the service in TN, after switching from a “popular” exterminator that was a waste of time. When I moved to Kansas in 2018, I had a few ants, wasps and spiders and orkin was my first call, but I was a bit hesitant, because I thought their services may not be as good as I previously received in TN. I was wing - they are absolutely wonderful, and they get the job done extermination and preventive treatments. In the past year, I brought a Meyer lemon plant indoors for the winter, and truthfully I had never seen so many flies ever - they were disgusting, and I could not get rid of them. I called Orkin, they came and did their job, and I was not disappointed! These folks have this down to a science - I am so thankful because I hate bugs and creepy crawlers. when we were not getting the results we wanted from the over the counter stuff we have been buying the past few months we decided it was time to seek professional help! I called orkin about 1:00pm TODAY and they had me scheduled N at my residence within a couple hours! Jeffrey came out spoke to me about what he was doing and did his thing! My guy called for an annual spider spray and they claimed to not allow that but then called back claiming they would do it for an exorbitant price. He refused. Dastardly group in Salina, Kansas. Do not use. Try Tox-eol. And, go back to Missouri. Dishonest vagrants.

Being on fixed income the price is a little high for me and have to go without some things.A 1 time visit I understand but I'm a continual client and had some medications denied by my insurance. Been a customer for well over 10 years. Quality of service has gone down tremendously in the last year. If you choose to use this company for pest control. I suggest you double check their work to make sure they're doing what you are paying them for. It's sad no longer use them, but I cannot continue to pay for a service that is not being fulfilled.Update... Your statement simply is not true the last time your technician was out he was by his self. I personally walked him through to show him what I wanted done and what my concerns where . He told me he would be back in a week for a follow up no one ever returned.

When I let a relative stay with me for a couple of months, my home became totally infested with roaches. I called Orkin and by the third treatment all I needed was just a perimeter treatment every other month, and that was over a year ago. I could not have been more pleasantly surprised. Orkin is one of the best pest control companies I have had the pleasure and opportunity to work with. Our technician is the most awesome and most professional person that we have ever had. In, addition, the representative always, always reaches out to us to inform us of when the next upcoming service is going to be. The best thing about her timing is that she gives us the opportunity to reach out to reschedule our appointment if need be. Furthermore, the cost for their services was the final thing that I considered in choosing Orkin. Previous companies would initially say that their cost for services would be one price however, over a short period of time you end up paying similar costs to send your child to college. Orkin, has been and will be the company we keep for as long as they will have us. I almost forgot, unlike other pest control pills, Orkin has never pressured me to purchase services in order to make more sales. It is primarily me that asks for additional services because I truly know that they are in fact dedicated to their customers and because their professionalism far exceeds that of any other company that is in the same service sector.
